They were patient with me when I was trying to explain the problems I was having and they both took the time to explain the issues and resolutions in a way I could understand. Not only did I understand why I had the blockage I know what to do to prevent future clogs. I will need work in the future and will be using them. Had an absolutely phenomenal experience with no leak meek. My plumbing line was making a constant loud screech. I was nervous that it was going to be a major fix. No leak meek came in and looked at it, told me it just needed one part replaced. I cannot thank them enough for all the help and great service they provided for me. HIGHLY recommend going to them with all of your plumbing needs.

This place was awesome. I put a request in the evening before and they came out the next day, fixed the shower issue and reasonably price. Awesome. Taisei was a super plumber and saved our day on the Fourth of July. He performed skillful work when our hose bib pipe cracked, resulting in a leak. He repaired and replaced all the necessary parts and even went above and beyond.

Had a leaking come from an area of our downstairs bathroom, Ryan came out and found that it was due to a bad wax seal under one of the toilets. Ended up being a big leak and found it sooner than later. Also had Ryan replace some valves and did a great job in doing so! Very professional, knowledgeable and helpful when it came to discussing options for the leak repair. Great service all around!!

The technician Taisei was polite but this was horribly overpriced. He arrived at 7pm and said that I needed a new water heater in 15 minutes which is not a surprise. I figured that out before I scheduled an appointment online that morning. He then left to get parts and the water heater at 745pm and wasn't back till after 9pm. The dispatch sent me a notice through the app saying it was rescheduled for the next morning so I had to get everyone on the phone and have him call me back to confirm he was coming back to complete the job because the old heater was already removed and water disconnected. When speaking with dispatch to find out what happened and why the technician wasn't going to return to the house, all they could say was we don't know he scheduled it for tomorrow morning. When I explained that it was not discussed with me and I was told he was coming back, dispatch said well there is nothing they can do and the technician is off tomorrow so it will be someone new and will need to start the project all over. Mind you my water was already cut off, the old water heater broke down. He returned but had to leave a second time to get more parts he was missing. He started working on setting up the new heater close to 945 pm and completed the job by 11pm. The new water heater from Lowe's - 40gallon - $500 and I was charged an additional $1800 for additional parts and labor for a total trip charge of $2300. The website states no overtime charges for nights, weekends, or holidays but an additional $1800 is crazy. I asked for an itemized breakdown for all of the parts and hourly rate for labor because it was so much and he couldn't provide it to me and told me that is likely something he is not allowed to do and to take it up with his manager the next day. When I asked him again why it was so high, he stated they are told to take everything and automatically double it. I'll never use them again. He wanted me to do the Google review before I got the bill. $800 (so $200 per hour or $400 per hour for actual onsite work) for Labor and $1500 for parts??? I asked him to explain how 2 feet of copper plus joints and joining compound is $1000 and the technician could not explain it.

Awesome response time and quality work! When our kitchen sink started leaking into the cabinets, they came out in a couple hours and swapped the drain in no time!

We were able to schedule an appointment for the same day (on a Saturday) and they sent out Ryan to take a look. We had such a good experience with Ryan. I had issues with my piping and sink drains being out of alignment due to having granite countertops installed and the new sink being deeper and a little narrower. Devante came to the rescue and got everything situated for me and he was also much earlier than expected which was great! He got things finished in a timely manner and the price was reasonable. Garnet was absolutely amazing. He worked all day and didn't give up. He got our pipes unclogged. He even worked through lunch. He did a great job and he even cleaned everything up before he left.

Ryan showed up at my house within an hour from when I reached out to Roto-Rooter for a laundry line clog. He was professional, friendly, and Knowledgeable! Ryan evaluated the problem and quoted me a fair price prior to moving forward with any work. The kitchen sink main drain pipe was clogged up and water was filling up in both sinks.

A guy from Roto-Rooter came through and made sure that the kitchen drain pipe was cleaned out from debris, and other things that would cause the drain pipe to clog up.

He also went outside the apartment to clean out the main drain pipe, we can now run water in the kitchen sinks without it clogging up. He did an excellent job, was very kind and professional. Thank you again!

My toilet overflowed at 10:30pm and Roto-Rooter was there at 8am the next morning. Everyone who came out was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Ryan even found a clog in the shared pipes outside of my condo unit so I was able to pass that along to the property manager to get it fixed before someone else has an issue
