STAY AWAY FROM THEM! they are dishonest.
We had a roof leak and got 3 estimates from 3 roofing companies. Roth roofing was the most expensive, they recommended to redo the entire roof including changing the roof joist, they assured me that their proposal is the most comprehensive and that I won’t have any problems for years more importantly they are giving a 10 year guarantee. It was the guarantee that finally won us over. Forward 1 year later and the roof is leaking heavily I called them knowing that I have a “guarantee” happy to have paid more to have it. Turns out they can take a look at the problem but only in 3-4 weeks. I was shocked! We have a serious leak and everything is getting damaged, we can’t wait 4 weeks. I explained, tried to plead and begged them but they held firm, they will not come see the problem let alone fix it before 3-4 weeks!. I had no choice but to call another roofer which told me the job Roth roofing did is substandard. I had to pay another roofer again to redo the roof. Do yourself a favor stay away from them they are not honest.
