I owe Abu and his team a review. I was waiting to observe the work he did for a few months - but then totally forgot. The other day we had a hard rain and I remembered that 6 months ago - during a regular rain - parts of our ceiling collapsed and there was water leaking from the roof.

A big part of the reason I went with Abu in the first place is because of communication. Abu picks up calls or calls back unlike a lot of other contractors who just leave you on the hook.

He was able to come out to see the roof the same day on a weekend (again most other contractors wanted ,e to wait a whole week). He assessed the problem, came up with a solution and a fair quote. He was honest in saying that he won't be the cheapest around but he would do quality work.

So far the work has been quality. Him and his team came the day they promised - on time - and completed the work same day.

Abu gave me his personal guarantee that if anything went wrong to just call him - and because he is responsive I trust that.

6 months later - so far so good with our roof. There has been no other leaks and everything has held up. I highly recommend Abu and his team for any roofing services.

Abu is a super nice guy and everyone on his team is great to work with and be around. They quickly assessed a problem on a leaky second floor deck, and figured out the solution. It's pricey, but they spent as much time as was needed to make sure the work was done and have great warranties.

Had a good experience with Abu and his crew. My ceiling was leaking. Abu came out, found the issue and proposed a fix. The brickwork near my roof needed to be repointed and waterproofed. They also suggested putting on a metal cap to protect the brick. Initial work had to be delayed due to cold weather, but crew still came by to put up a tarp to protect my home from a heavy rainstrom that was coming. Once the work started, it was completed quickly and thoroughly.

What can I say?! Abu is a pro! Very responsive very fair as far as pricing goes. An all around quality experience for us. We have used his services 3 times now and it’s always the same. Shows up when he says he’s going to show up. Charges you what he says he is going to charge you and the quality of work is excellent. Can’t really ask for anything else. I highly recommend using him. We’ve built a restaurant and gutted an entire home before we met Abu and so we know what it’s like to work with contractors. My only regret is that we didn’t know Abu before we gutted our house. That experience was not the best. Looking forward to many more projects with Abu in the future.

I had a major water leak in my basement and I called a few contractors to come and give me an estimate. Nearly all of them have estimates without really digging into the problem. I was always amazed at how confident they were without having really delving into the leak. Some would say replace the whole foundation wall or it's definitely the storm drain pipe. Abu was the only one that wouldn't quote till he came back a couple of times to figure out where exactly the leak was from. It ended up being water coming from between our neighbour's and our fence and cinder block wall! He came up with a great solution and did the job quicker than he proposed. I have never had a contractor that started on time and finished earlier than expected. Abu is very intelligent, loves what he does and is very trustworthy!

I have used United for waterproofing the porch and front steps and they performed an exceptional job. They were never a bother and cleaned up after themselves everyday. The area under the front steps has been dry and has held up to heavy downpours. Excellent workmanship and highly recommended.

I just had United roofing and waterproofing to repair brick wall cracks and replace stucco on exterior walls of my house with a really good price. We had multiple stress fractures in the stucco on the back of the house as well as bricks that needed stucco coverage. Additionally i needed some areas sealed on the front of house where water was coming in. Abu and his crew did a wonderful job. I have generally not had any issues since then.
