Paid them 5 thousand to update my electricity, later paid amps and volts 3600 to fix what they messed up, they won't come back to fix anything. Paid 1100 hundred to put a vinyl fence up, my gate broke and they promised to come back and fix it, after waiting 2 years, they never came back to fix it , don't trust them. They kept telling me they would fix it. Did Plumbing upstairs in kitchen , it started leaking and ruined my downstairs bedroom ceiling, came back to fix Plumbing, but never fixed the ceiling right. They did a lot of work at two houses of mine, totaling over 65 thousand dollars, and that's the way they treated me. Never again.
I got screwed over by a different contractor. Had to take them to small claims court. Not wanting to make the same mistake I hired Rossi to finish the work. Well that was another mistake. Chad the owner told me in early Oct that he would be a few weeks out from starting. My house at the time had no siding on it due to previous contractor not finishing the work. My completion date was before Xmas. That date was given just in case supplies weren't in stock which they were. They didn't even start my project until mid January and didn't finish til June! And they're not even finished! I'm having a very hard time getting them back here to fix their mistakes! Getting someone to answer my phone calls is about impossible. They kept screwing up my deck which is still screwed up. I have siding that keeps falling down. And I have brick in the front that also didn't adhere and is laying on the ground. I thought a company like rossi would do good work but I was totally wrong. I rocked their sign in my front yard with a big X going thru it until they came and took it. I may have to take Rossi to small claims as well. I paid a lot of money for shotty work. Even if and when they fix their mistakes I still won't be satisfied. My deck boards don't even hit one of the posts! They had to put shims on top of the post so there wasn't a gap between it and the deck boards! Originally I was going to have them do my kitchen this year but I'm so turned off by them that I will never use them for anything ever. And I hope whoever reads this doesn't either! I will be adding pictures soon!
Rossi put a roof on my house. They are unprofessional and arrogant! They used the wrong shingles for my roof, and they put shingles where they should have put aluminum siding. The shingles have been falling off my home ever since Rossi Construction put them up. Rossi Construction is not a good company to due business with. People beware of Rossi Construction company they do SHODDY WORK!!! I wish I had never used Rossi Construction or gave them all that money! Now I need a new roof!!! The shingles were coming off in 2013 and they are still coming off. You guys came to the house and saw that and did absolutely nothing...I should have and will turn you into the better business bureau! Just completely disgusted by your arrogant and SHODDY WORKMAN SHIP. MAYBE YOU DID THIS TO ME BECAUSE I'M A WOMAN, A BLACK WOMAN WHO Lives in Gary. Their is no excuse for using the wrong type shingles or putting shingles where there was supposed to be siding. Now put that in your pipe and smoke it. I will also contact the FTC. You also came out and tried to sell me one window for 300 dollars who does that I guess Rossi does. I wonder what the BBB and Indiana State Attorney will say about this!
