As a person who had never had a roof replaced before I was completely clueless and somewhat intimidated by the process of selecting a company and dealing with an insurance adjuster. After meeting with several companies I selected rosehill roofing due to how comfortable I felt with them and I must say I was more than pleased with my selection. They made the whole process completely hands off for me and guided me thru each and every step from meeting with the insurance adjuster to helping to select a shingle color that would look amazing on my home. As someone who was very stressed about who to choose and what to do in the beginning I feel very fortunate to have found rosehill roofing and I would advise anyone who is as clueless I was to do as I did and reach out to rosehill roofing you will not regret that choice.

There was a hail storm which I was concerned may have damaged my roof, so I called Rosehill Roofing and talked to Jourdan, who came out the same day to inspect my roof for free. There was indeed damage, and Jourdan worked seamlessly with my insurance company to get the information they needed for the claim and to get my roof fixed. Everyone I worked with was very professional and did a great job. We did have a little miscommunication regarding repairing my soffit, but Jourdan without hesitation had someone out the next day to fix it. I could not more highly recommend using Rosehill Roofing the next time you need a new roof.

I hired Rosehill 2 years ago to replace my siding and I was extremely pleased with the response and workmanship of the job they did. So, when it came time for a new roof I knew who I was going with. They are very professional, honest and backup the work. I highly recommend them.

I really can't say enough good things about Doug and his crew at Rosehill. Doug dealt with my insurance adjuster and the new roof was approved within 24 hours. The crew was there and got all work done exactly when they said they would, the roof looks fantastic AND when they cleaned up they even stacked the bags of mulch I had laying around from another project for me. Above and beyond on all levels!

After a hard rain, a water spot appeared on our 2nd floor ceiling. I called Rosehill and spoke to Doug, the owner, and he agreed to take a look the next morning. He showed up on time, quickly diagnosed the problem, and completed the repair for a very reasonable price. Highly recommended!

Doug and his team are incredibly responsive, friendly, and insightful. Among the best contractors I have ever worked with, not just roofers. They work with you to understand the project as a whole and guide you through the entire process. They were always prompt and professional and the quality of work could not be better. From small leaks, to entire roofs, I'd recommend them to anyone and also seek their advice on other specialty contractors in the area as a solid reference. I cannot speak high enough of every step of the experience.

Rosehill Roofing has worked on three of our family homes and we would never use another company. They saved us thousands over competing quotes and their work was excellent. 12/2022 we had a storm and I reached out to a number of places Rose Hill Roofing was the only that actually took action immediately. Jordan made sure we understood the process, answered questions immediately and kept constant communication while we waited for the insurance company to release funds. Rosehill tarped our roof whenever we had any leaking issues prior to getting roof replaced. Rosehill replaced our roof with current shingle style , even took care of interior issues from leaking. I would recommend Rosehill. They did a great job and are honest and upright!!!!

We had two chimneys removed and roof replacement on our 100 year old home and detached garage. Working on our old home always comes with challenges. Doug, Jourdan and Neddy worked hard to make sure everything went smoothly. They were on time, friendly, and completed the job just as we asked! Definitely recommend Rosehill Roofing!

Doug was contacted to fix a leak - after never responding to me, he sent two people over that he “had shown on google earth where the problem was.” It was not fixed. I let him know THAT DAY that the leak continued, no one came back out. Notified him again that we continued to have significant leaking and again, got no response or repair. The leak is now much worse and has caused a lot of damage. Would not recommend.

We were listing our house for sale and Doug at Rosehill Roofing were responsive to some other issues that came up during our inspection. Instead of having to look for other professionals, we were able to complete all the work with Rosehill. The work was completed timely. Doug at Rosehill was early to meet the insurance adjuster. The insurance adjuster who was very late over an hour arriving. Doug was positive and willing to wait and meet with him.

One word- Doug. He works hard, charges fair, and offers advise afterwards. I was quoted double for fixing a simple roof leak by two other big companies, luckily Doug could come out sooner than anyone else or I would have been hesitant on such a low quote. He repaired it in fifteen minutes, showed pictures of the work, and even recocked some flashing and my sky lights for free.

This is the only company I've ever tipped for repair work, and probably the best choice I've made since picking my wife!!

Doug and his crew did a very nice job to complete our roof. I am very picky when it comes to home repairs, and Doug was extremely responsive, polite and professional throughout the entire process. He has a great crew that has been with him for 11 years. There were 3 workers that showed up, got to work right away, very little talking and these guys are true craftsman that know how to install a roof. Cleanup was well done! I went up on the roof after completion, and noted that everything was tight and any exposed roofing nails were coated with silicone for protection. All seals around PVC vents and stacks were replaced with new seals, and heat vents replaced as well. Work was completed in 2 days! Keep up the good work and craftsmanship, there are not many around like "Rosehill roofing" which I recommend highly.

Highly recommended! I called several companies to investigate and quote repair of a leak and Rosehill Roofing was the only company that actually answered phone. Doug called us back and promptly came out to assist us. His rates were quite reasonable, he was knowledgable and very personable. Upon review of our situation, he immediately saw the problem and shared how it could corrected. We will certainly call on them in the future when needed.
