The owner of Morland Companies, Jeremiah, his project manager, Craig, and the painting crew were exceptional! They were highly professional and skillful. We've lived in our home for over 40 years, and all the ceilings were the original popcorn texture. I initially spoke with Jeremiah on a Tuesday, he provided a quote the very next day, and the crew started on Thursday. The popcorn was removed throughout our entire home, and we had smooth, freshly painted white ceilings by the following week. We are extremely pleased with the beautiful work they did, and we would highly recommend Morland Companies for popcorn ceiling removal and painting.

Professional, experienced and fast. Got the job done almost exactly on time, and it was as quoted. Also appreciated the extensive cost break down so I could decide on each. Very large job doing the full interior top to bottom (walls and ceilings and cabinets and miles of trim in enamel) of our 3800sq ft home with an absolute ton of original 1917 French pane windows. I’ll be honest, these guys aren’t the cheapest, but you get what you pay for. Great work and handled any concerns I had after the job was done.

Jeremiah was very responsive, and the work that he and his team did painting our living room was excellent. They did the whole thing in one day. We had him back two weeks later to paint another room !
