Just another typical air duct cleaning company trying to scam people, so be aware.
The technician tried to up-sell other services that's over thousands of dollars. After politely refused for additional service, the technician commented he will proceed with the return vent cleaning. This is where I asked how about the supply vents? The technician replied they only clean the supply vents with shop vacuum and not the rotating brush tool in all vents as advertised.
The technician proceed with excuses saying cleaning supply vents with rotating brush will damage my systems and blah blah blah at this point I stopped listening.

Bottom line is, they charge flat rate of $350 to clean the return line for 1 system, and will try to up sell different gimmick packages. It's definitely waste of time that I wish I never called them in the first place.

Reached out to this company based on their reviews, but was immediately quoted $1,200.00 over the phone for an 18-foot dryer vent replacement in my basement drop ceiling—just to replace the vent itself.

I might be a woman, but I wasn’t born yesterday. Years of homeownership have taught me the difference between fair pricing and blatant overcharging. This quote is exponentially overpriced, and the conversation was laced with subtly condescending remarks—especially the part about them being “the only insured location around,” as if that justifies the cost.

$1,200 is what you should pay for a complete system rebuild, not a basic replacement. I felt it was important to leave this review so others don’t fall for the same bait.

I cannot say enough positive things about MMI. They were super professional, on-time and explained EVERYTHING in detail. I had my outside AC unit cleaned, entire condo HVAC unit cleaned and the mold fogger treatment. They also replaced 5 of my vents. I will definitely use them again in a few years and highly recommend.

MMI HOME, responded quickly to have dryer vent installed and have it ready to hook up the appliance. Took them less than an hour to fix, quick and responsive company. Thank you!

I received an in-route call and the team arrived within the window provided. They were courteous, friendly, and professional. They used shoe covers to protect my floors. I especially like that their equipment is not attached to a truck and was brought inside so that my doors remained closed throughout the service. They inspected my HVAC system and showed me pictures of the unit and vents. Recommendations were provided for additional services which i declined but may consider later. My return vents and dry vent were cleaned and a new dryer vent cap replaced (for an additional fee). I am pleased with the service and would recommend.

Save your money. I just called and had a difficult time reaching someone. Then finally someone answers the phone with attitude and responds "this is what we do for a living" after I ask is the air duct cleaning company because of my confusion on how he answers the phone. As homeowners we spend way too much money on keeping everything in working order. So for a company that would have most likely quoted us 1k to clean air ducts, find someone with better customer service, everyone doesn't deserve your hard earned money especially not this company. Yall be blessed.

By your response you clearly lack integrity and accountability and need to hold yourself and employees to a higher standard if you are going to be in the business of providing a service.

MMI Home Improvement Pro come out to my rental property yesterday, and I couldn’t be happier with the service! Both technicians were extremely professional and took the time to explain everything before starting the work. They were thorough, knowledgeable, and made sure I understood what was being done. I’ll definitely be using them again. Highly recommended!

Had service done Saturday the 5th, they left one duct completely untouched. Left black hand prints all over the walls and ceilings where the vents were, left the attic stairs down with the light still on up there. We removed the vent covers before they came and had brand new ones for each vent so it would be easier for them to get to cleaning and reinstall them, but they didn’t attempted to do so, they probably came to our house and saw that we had projects going on and figured they could just be a total mess and that it didn’t matter, which made us super sad considering all the work we have been putting into cleaning and renovating. Considering how much work we had to do when they left for the price we payed has just been eating at me. Because the guys seemed nice I did not want to leave a review like this but when you spend over 1000 dollars for them to only work a hour or two you would think they would at least clean up after themselves. I had to ask right before they were going to pull out if I could see the after photos or they would have never probably shown them. Like I said they were nice but I found the state of the areas that they worked to be left in a unexceptionable condition and have been kicking myself since for not asking them to wait so I could go in and inspect before they left. Also they ask for a tip before even starting the job, which I find strange. I know that is not them, the cleaners, and it is the system they use, but it is off putting. Tipping is something you do after a job is done, not before. Also makes you feel like if you don’t tip they will do a terrible job, so you feel forced. Even with tipping as I did out of guilt, this was still the outcome so what did it matter anyways. Also they do ask you to scan a thing with your phone, as I did as they were leaving and I did, it asks to leave a rating, I left 5 stars, because they were nice but then went inside and saw everything and wish I had waited.

I own a house from the 80s, where the AC vents were located under the house, in the same area as the AC unit. This setup caused a horrible smell in our home, and the airflow was very poor in some rooms. We tried three different companies to fix the problem, but none of them could help.

I’m very glad that I found MMI Home Improvement Pro. Their team gave us a fair estimate for the repair and replacement of the ductwork, as well as adding a booster fan and dampers. The work was done very professionally in the crawlspace under the house; it took them only four hours to remove all the old ductwork and replace it with new ones. They also used a disinfection treatment for the mold in my vents.

The technicians arrived in two company vehicles and worked non-stop from the moment they started. They didn’t take any breaks and were highly efficient. I could tell this is a professional company by their uniforms, the tools they used, and the way they performed the work. Everything that was promised was done.

I am very happy with the results and will definitely use these guys again.

Overall, my recent service received from MMI Home Improvement was a frustrating and disappointing experience. While they came to clean my air vent as requested, they then tried to sell me additional services I declined. They also told me I had mold in my system and needed a whole system replacement, which I also declined. When I asked about the cost, they gave me a higher price than what I was previously quoted on Instagram. To make matters worse, my AC stopped working right after they left, and when I reached out for help as soon as I could, they hung up on me two times!

I left a bad review, and when someone finally called me back, they argued with me and bullied me to remove my review before they would come back to investigate if something went wrong. This type of behavior is unacceptable, and I do not recommend this company to anyone. They are dishonest and do not prioritize customer satisfaction. If you choose to work with MMI Home Improvement, be very careful and make sure you clearly discuss the service and cost before agreeing to anything.

I had an appointment today with MMI home improvement to clean my ductwork. Caleb and Felipe were punctual and very professional. They did a thorough job and pointed out to me some deficiencies that I had which they took care of. While here they also cleaned my clothes dryer duct which had not been done in the last five years. They were prompt thorough, neat and professional. I will certainly make referrals.

We had our roof dryer vent cap replaced by MMI Home Improvement. Their response time was very quick and they arrived on time. There was a little problem with the cap after the initial replacement, however, they addressed the issue immediately and fixed it, proving them to be a reliable company that stands by its work. They did a great job! Wish we had photos of what was taken out but I'm glad that they were able to come and clean out our air ducts and dryer vent. We saw a lot of the stuff that came out in the end.

They just finished the service. It was an excellent service, very professional. They came with 3 guys and did everything in 2 hours. They cleaned all the air ducts in the house. The guys are very polite and we can feel comfortable with them inside the house. I called them because my daughter started coughing just when she was inside her bedroom, like very dry cough and she wasn’t sick, and I know it was happening because the air vent was VERY dirty. So now I know we can breathe better inside the house. When they showed me the pictures how was before, I was unbelievable how dirty it was, I saw how essential and importante it’s to do it.

They were thorough, took their time, and really did a great job. My vents were very neglected and they made them look new! Cleaned the dryer hose & replaced the outside covering which I had no idea was broken. Would definitely recommend !!

Called at 1:00 and they serviced the ducts the same day! First time doing this and had a great experience! Dry fogged the mold spores that I found and cleared up after about 20 min, glad I did it.

These guys installed exactly what I asked for. They responded quickly and listened to my need and installed a new rigid dryer vent exactly the way I asked them to install it.

We had a problem with our dryer for a long time. Took 4 - 6 hours to dry clothes. Finally we got a new dryer. And then the new dryer stopped working after one cycle and showed up arrow D90. We called two companies and none could fix the problem. We paid for the service call and the cleaning with both companies. My friend recommended MMI home improvement. 3 employeers came to my house to look at my dryer. All three employees know what they were doing and look very professional. You can see from the beginning this was a great company. They find our dryer line was all flexible lines something the other companies didn't see. It took them 3 hours to replace all the lines to the right lines that should be used. Also they repaired our cap on our roof. You could differently see this is a professional company that knows what they are doing. After they came to my house my dryer has never worked better. You should differently use this company.

DO NOT USE this company!!! They say they open and clean all vents went they DONT! There is no way to clean vents for a 3000 sq dt hiuse in an hour. We were in a room and they never entered to clean the vent. Call Stanley Steemer instead. DO NOT get scammed by this company
