Had a good experience with my roofing ,some small quiches which were not significant.Work was done on a timely basis.Crew was respectful and friendly. Overall, I was impressed with the overall project.

They did a great job. My rep Faiz Ayubi was very attentive and responsive to my issues. He was able to get my insurance company to approve after 2 times of being denied a full roof replacement. Thanks again Fiaz.

Daniel Santoyo and his crew with Ga. Premium Roofing was wonderful. Daniel took the time to explain the process of all moving parts to getting the approval of getting my roof place which including pictures and the estimates of the repair, meeting with the insurance adjuster/inspector. My experience with Oscar and his team was excellent! Oscar was very kind, responsive, and informative throughout the entire process. He always kept me posted on the status of everything. I love my new roof. The Tamko Titan is amazing. I wasn’t very knowledgeable about roofing materials but Faiz took the time to educate me and had me do my own research before committing. Faiz Ayubi was excellent. We had a small mishap with the Adjuster stepping through my roof. Faiz went above and beyond to make sure it caused no further damage even though it was not his fault. This is one of the best companies to have working for you! I dealt with Alan Espinosa as our representative, and he was great! He explained all the ins and outs of roofing when it came to what we needed done. He was very professional with us. Alan helped us a great deal when it came to dealing with our insurance carrier and what we as owners needed. He stayed in contact with us weekly and sometimes daily to make sure we were not short changed by our insurance company. We appreciate Alan and GA. I had a great experience. Oscar was very informative, patient and pleasant! He always kept me up to date with progress leading up to my roof repair and kept up with communication after repairs were complete whenever I had questions. He took the time to explain materials used which were all high quality. I may even be able to get a discount on my insurance, which is a plus. I had hail damage and I got GA Premium roof to replace everything. I am very pleased with the results. Especially doing business with Raul Tinoco. He is professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend.

They did a great job on my roof and was suppose to replace my siding ,garage door , window screens and gutters BUT the contractor boss let me go this morning because of the complaints of the disrespectful workers. They repaired both neighbors on each side of me roofs via my referral. In the process of working on their roofs after mine, workers drug equiptment across my yard, threw tarp over my flowers, sat on my rocks and flowers in my landscape while doing my neighbor to take a break, left tacks from my neighbors roof in front of my garage., left my bricks around my yard dismantled, bent my gutter with their ladder , left all wires out on my outside disc when they put it back. I simply relayed all this to the boss because none of workers spoke english. . Instead of apolizing he was defensive each time and dropped me this morning. The quality of work was good. I simply wanted him to talk to his workers about being respectful of others property. Im a single woman and feel I have the right to speak up concering the matter. I would love to continue to work woth them with another site boss who welcomes constructive criticism in order to elevate the company. In the meantime I will be looking for someone else to complete the job

From start to finish this was a beautiful experience. I have spoken with several other contractors about my roof. This company took the time to explain everything in detail. We recently decided to have our roof replaced after having a couple of maintenance repairs a few years ago. We worked exclusively with Daniel Santoyo of Georgia Premium Roofing and I must say his professionalism, communication and patience was exactly what we were looking for.

The job was completed as indicated (one day) and believe it or not with all the nails from the roof replacement no nails or even a piece of old shingle were left behind after their clean-up. Thanks Daniel and team for making our roof replacement a no hassle process.

GA Premium Roofing was very professional and explained every step of the process. They answered all my questions and was very responsive to additional questions that i had later. The completed my installation in one day! The arrived very early and did not stop until the job was completed. Daniel Santoyo was my roofing consultant and he provided excellent! service.

Daniel Santoyo was a pleasure to work with. He was responsive and professional and my roof looks great. He was working on the roof across the street when he saw my damage. The insurance approved repair but when they went to repair it the shingles kept breaking.

He took numerous pictures and sent to the insurance and after a few months of follow up insurance approved the job.

They came early and started but was not able to finish the cleanup until after dark. The next day a two man crew pulled up and finished what needed to be done.

Cleanup wasn't that great and I got a flat tire that couldn't be repaired and they paid for the new tire in a timely manner.

The only thing I didn't like is the lady in the business office who was telling me what checks the insurance sent me and she wanted it. I had to prove that one of the checks they sent was issued a stop payment and when they issued the new check it was not for amount she thought.

Overall good company.

We were lucky to hire Mr. Obdulio Martinez and his team to repair our roof. Everything he said was done and done on time. The public adjuster was great and we did not have to spend time with our insurance company discussing the repair. After they finish the roof, all debris, nails, broken parts of the old roof were clean up carefully, so no single nail was found on my backyard. The company also replaced few flowers that were broken during the process of repair. Great job Obdulio and team!

I have been an Allstate customer for over 10 years and never anticipated the many obstacles I would encounter trying to get my roof replaced. My roof had missing shingles and severe weather damage. Many roofing companies approached me to replace the roof, but once I mentioned my insurance company was Allstate they all stalled. I was told Allstate was one of the worst insurance companies to deal with. One day Nikhil stopped by my home from GA Premium Roofing. When I told him my insurance company was Allstate, he stated they could work with the company and to trust him. After a year of trying to convince Allstate of an entire roof replacement myself , Brenda(from Ga Premium) was able to make my dreams come true in less than a week! Today I have a beautiful 30 year roof with all the trimmings. I will be forever grateful to Nikhil, Brenda, and Ga Premium for their service! I would recommend this company to all my friends, family, and any other Allstate customers who are having a difficult time of getting their roof replaced.

Franco has yet to honor giving us the $500 he owes us for the 2 homeowners that used their services because of our recommendations. He grossed over $25k on those 2 jobs, said he was going to give us the $250 for our recommendations to each of those homeowners and now that those jobs are complete and he has been paid, he has disappeared with what he owes us. He talked a good talk when he wanted to get paid, but when it was our turn to get paid, his honor and integrity went to hell.

It was easy to schedule the work. They were responsive, efficient, and did a fantastic job. The insurance company moved slowly on the claim but it didn't matter with GA Premium Roofing. They were fine with everything. I will recommend them to my neighbors and friends!

I had these guys knock on my door, at first I thought it was just any other sales company trying to sell me something, but once I gave them the chance to talk and explain everything in details, they showed me how my roof was damaged alot and I wasn't aware, they also went ahead and helped me with my insurance claim, and helped me get a new roof, I got them a couple of referrals which they actually went ahead and honored me for it, by paying me as reward for the referrals. These guys are actually very helpful and amazing and would recommend them a 100%

Ga Premium roofing installed our roof over a year ago and we developed a leak recently. The repair team came by at the time scheduled, spent over an hour to identify the leak and promptly repaired it. Great price and professionalism when they installed the roof and fantastic follow-up. This has been the worse experience of my adult life. I contracted with Premium Roofing to have a new roof installed approximately 1 1/2 years ago. Since that time, I've noticed leaks in the same location of my ceiling, for months now. I've had to call the company out multiple times to fix the roof and ceiling.

Even today, my roof is still showing signs of leakage. I have called the company multiple times to have someone come out and fix my roof and ceiling. I spoke with the owner of the company, whom promised to come out and fix the damaged area, but no one has come to my home to fix the leak. My ceiling has two huge brown spots now because the area has gone without being repaired for so long.

This is definitely a sham company and I plan on reporting GA Premium Roofing to the Better Business Bureau. Also, I will seek legal counsel regarding this matter. Buyer beware when entering into a contract with this company!!

Good luck with getting them back out to your home if you need warranty work done. They installed my roof in January and I have been having issues which I called to have an inspection done to see what the problem was. Oscar said he would call a week later to schedule because he would be in my area. The following week came and went with no call no show. I called text and left messages at the office and on Oscars phone with no response. They answered every call and text when I contacted their company to replace my roof and gutters. But now that I’m having issues I can’t get any response from this company. So in essence after you have taken my money I can’t get anyone to come and take care of warranty issues. So customer service and response to calls and regarding payments and questions I may have about the process is very timely in the beginning but now that they have gotten paid I can’t get any response. Now I have to find another roofing company for issues that are supposed to be under warranty from Georgia Premium roofing . Don’t be fooled by the great reviews like I was. This isn’t how business should be done especially after a 30.000 roof job.

A very professional and knowledgeable team!! Answered all of our questions and did a great job on our roof!!

During the process of having my roof replaced, I was very nervous and didn't know what to expect. However, Anderson Mangandi of Georgia Premium Roofing set me at ease with his professionalism explaining all the details of what would occur. The work was excellent, the roof looked wonderful as well as the inside repairs and most importantly they were on time and did the work contracted for. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof.

The overall experience with GA Premium Roofing, Inc is considerably below par and considerably below the standards they portrait on their website. Jhordan, the Representative is kind but isn't customer oriented and cannot solve issues. My Roof was installed approximately July of 2018. Once the job was completed I had several post issues. Clean up was not complete with empty soda cans and empty water bottles on my property. There was a bucket of nails which had water in it with rusty nails and the rusty water leaked onto my driveway and the stain is still there even after pressure washing. In addition, I've had to re-call Jhordan and supposedly the owner Oscar out to the property to explain uneven cut shingles and a bent Gutter from the ladder that was placed against it to climb onto the roof. This past October three months after the roof was installed, there was a leak in my Master bedroom and master bath that was caused by improper installation of the exhaust vents. They were not properly caulked. It took 3 missed appointments for them to show up and fix the issue. Then they were supposed to repair and repainted the stains left from the leak and it's January 2019 and they have yet to fix this. 3 missed appointments and Oscar is either an owner that isn't on top of his contractors or just doesn't care but on 2 occasions he was not aware that the roofer or painters had not shown up to finish the work. I've contacted the BBB and I've alerted my Homeowners Association to alert my neighborhood of this Company inability to complete Roofing jobs. I've spoken with other homeowners that are just as dissatisfied with the Company's work. Overall rating......... POOR.

Mirsha with GA premium roofing was really friendly and helpful throughout our roof replacement, they did everything on time and as promised, we are very happy with our new roof, I would recommend them to family and friends.

Professional work done at a very reasonable price. Had roof shingles replaced on roof, equipment dropped off day prior as stated. Work was performed next day. Clean up crew made sure that there wasnt debris left in my or my neighbors yard. What else can u ask for?

100% professional experience with Anderson Mangandi so you’ll know who to ask for. He worked with us closely and explained the entire process start to finish with photos... he breaks down the cost and reason behind it. Painting guy does excellent work also for inside repairs. The roofers were extremely professional and proficient all done in one day!!! I would highly recommend.

Initially they started off good and then I realized that they were billing my insurance for work that had not been done. I sat and talk to them and told them i was paying for the work that was completed and that i would get another contractor to finish the unfinished work. Well they weren't happy and they continued to say "we can't let you pocket all the money" my main concern is that my problems are fixed. Then I get an email from lawyer threatening my for money for work that they had not done nor did be have a contractual agreement to do. I would never recommend these insurance crooks to anyone. They are only concerned with the money not fixing the problem.
