K1 Roofing is professional and timely. They ensure quality work while saving the customer from unnecessary expenses. Their team provides home and business owners the highest insurance coverage over any other contractor. I was denied coverage for repairs by my insurance carrier. K1 not only got me approved, but because they specialize in claims they got the insurance company to fully repair my roof! Not only is K1's skill set unparalleled in the industry, but their associates are also pleasant to deal with. Excellent customer service and results from start to finish!

K1 got my clients claims approved when the insurance companies said there wasn't a claim. We went from no claim to over $600k on a commercial building. My clients property value went up considerably due to the work we did. Roof, Windows, stucco, paint, signage, gutters to name a few items covered and replaced. Since working with K1 over a year ago they have won 5 claims and went from no coverage to some claims well over $1 million. This company dose what it says and has been great to work with.
