TSV Construction and roofing is top notch! Honestly I can’t say enough good things about it and it’s owner Brady Martin. They just replaced our roof. The crews were on time, considerate of our property, and did a fabulous job of cleaning up afterwards. Brady was always easy to get in touch with and got back with me immediately on any questions I had. This is the second time Brady and his company have replaced our roof (the 1st time was over 9 years ago). And both times we have been extremely happy. If you want an honest, honorable, and reliable company that does a great job, this is the one you want to choose!

Yesterday upon arriving home, we noticed a tile had slipped down about 10" on our cement tile roof. I didn't have a ladder large enough to access the roof, nor did I feel comfortable navigating around on the cement tiles...AND a monster storm was set to hit Colorado in 48hours. I called TSV and was able to speak with Brady. His crews were all tied up, but in a matter of hours he came out to fix what ended up being several cracked tiles. THIS is the type of customer service that stands out. I will certainly be calling Brady and TSV for any and all future roofing needs!!

Can't say enough about the level of service provided by Brady and his crew at TSV. They replaced our roof in April and the communication was excellent from start to finish. The crew always showed up timely and worked quickly and efficiently. Clean-up was done each day so we never had to worry about our dogs stepping on nails or debris. Finished product was beautiful. I had a very good experience with this company. I was trying to make a decision about my roof during a very complicated transaction as I was buying a house with a very short escrow time. I am so grateful for the time they spent with me helping me understand the issues, including the quality of different kinds of shingles, the process in general for working with the manufacture who had put on faulty shingles. We have used TSV Construction and Roofing for two different tile roof repairs. Both repairs were in response to leaks, and therefore, pretty urgent to us. From our initial contact to the most recent follow-up on our last repair and every communication in between, Brady has been outstanding to work with. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field, provides direct, clear responses to questions/concerns, and makes your urgent needs a priority to him and his team. Estimates are fair, well-defined and expeditious. Our first repair was small and, with his team dedicated to other projects, Brady made the needed repairs himself. For our second repair, he again quickly responded and diagnosed the problem. His team carefully removed/replaced tiles, thoroughly repaired the damaged area under the tiles, and provided before and after photographs on the invoice (thank you!). Exemplary customer service. Had my roof replaced though insurance, Brady at TSV was great to work with! Walked me though all the steps and was very responsive and communicative, met with my insurance adjuster when they came to review. Honest answers and very informative about different roof material choices. We have used TSV for our roofing and we have been super happy with the quality of work, promptness of communication, and delivery of the process that was communicated. Brady and crew were very personal and treated our project as if it were their own home. They left the job site clean at the end of each day which makes us feel like they really care. Brady has been taking over many of the roofing projects in my neighborhood after a large hailstorm. He came highly recommended, was prompt on his first visit, asked me for some paperwork to be sent via email. After doing so, I never heard from him again. Tried multiple times via text and via email as well as via phone call. Beware, they are the epitome of the traditional iffy roofer.

I would highly recommend TSV Construction and Roofing, Inc. if you need to have your roof replaced. I met with the Brady Martin the Owner/Project Manager to discuss the process in getting a new roof. We worked out what we were getting from the insurance company and signed a contract for that amount. He told me when we could expect the materials to be delivered and then when he would start and finish my roof. Brady stayed in touch with me through the whole process and never asked for any money until the job was finished. When the roof was finished he even came by and made sure that everything was cleaned up and picked up the loose nails with a magnet. There are a lot of roofers out there but some can't be trusted. Brady was very professional and made sure we were happy and also he has done many more houses in our neighborhood. Brady and TSV stand true to the motto of Trust, Service, Value.

Several of our neighbors used TSV to replace their roofs. We have been watching and waiting for the outcomes to determine if we will be using the same company for our roof; we won’t. Each day after cleaning our neighbor’s house, the crew left significant amounts of trash in our yard. After the first day, we picked up more than 20 nails in our fenced back yard. We called the Owner/Project Manager Brady , and he promised that someone would be over with a magnet to clean our yard. That never happened. We have had to clean our yard after each of the 3 days of roofing work to make sure it is safe for dogs and children to play. We also picked up numerous roofing nails from our deck and from the sidewalk in front of our house. We are very disappointed with their response to our concerns and their overall attention to detail.

Extremely happy with the service and professionalism we received from TSV. Brady is very helpful and is willing to bend over backwards to help you. They do great work in a reasonable amount of time and explain everything along the way.

Brady came out the next day after the Memorial Day storm at my request and helped us identify damage that had occurred from the storm that I had missed or didn’t even know to look for. A long time local to Colorado roofing company who will work for you to get all of your repairs done and paid for by your insurance company.

Can I give TSV construction 10 stars? They deserve it. I went through 4 roofing contractors to repair hail damage and a leak. None of them were honest. I got a recommendation to use TSV construction, and boy did they do an awesome job! Our roof was completely totalled in the 2018 hail storm. Zach and his team were awesome to work with every step of the way. TSV explained each step of the process, found every cost savings they could find, got the entire roof ripped off and replaced in a single day, checked in with us multiple times after the job was done. I'd hire them again and I'd recommend them without reservation.

Last summer, a hail storm caused significant damage to my home’s roof, skylights, siding, and decks. Based on the recommendation of a friend, I chose TSV Construction and Roofing to handle the repairs. Their crew did a great job replacing our roof and gutters. They found top-notch subcontractors to replace the siding, decks and skylights. Best of all, TSV worked directly with my insurance company (USAA) to get me the largest possible reimbursement. The TSV representative, Zach Smith, stayed in touch throughout the process and answered all of my questions promptly. If my home ever needs work in the future, these are the folks I will call.

My roof replacement by TSV Roofing was excellent in every respect. My new roof looks beautiful, with flawless details and well-installed additional attic vents. They were able to complete the entire project within a day, minimizing any inconvenience to me from the construction. The roof systems were destroyed all over the Highlands area of North Denver during a severe hail storm two years ago. Throughout the area there were hundreds of signs for roofing companies and representatives going door to door, offering roof replacement. I was careful, aware that the roof replacement could last for the next 30 years –––Or not, if the materials or workmanship was poor. I heard some sad stories; people who signed contracts with roofing companies expecting to be treated right and instead had sub-standard results. Most people have homeowners insurance that will cover most of the financial loss. However, if a homeowner gets a raw deal from a roofer, the insurance will not cover the loss.

When my neighbor’s roof was being replaced, I had a perfect view of the ongoing work. I was working from home and my desk is right in front of a picture window, so I saw the workmanship from all angles. I saw a supervisor come in and check on the job. (He actually turned out to be the owner of the roofing company: Brady Martin of TSV Construction and Roofing.) On the last day of the job I went over and asked Brady to have a look at my roof. Earlier, I had interviewed three other roofing companies.

In the final analysis I went with TSV. He is a local guy with wife and family; I knew he’d be around if something came up down the road. All the key points – a thorough description of the steps as the roof system went up according to the steps, outlined in the contract. For a reference I had the roof across the street, and my eyes alert to the quality of the job and I trusted the skills and knowledge that Brady demonstrated.

This company did an excellent job from start to finish. My neighbor recommended them after a hail storm hit the neighborhood. Kevin Wise was the project manager. He made the experience so much better than I had expected. There was substantial damage and a lot to work through. I was traveling a lot and not always prompt in getting things to them. "WHAT MAKES HIM DIFFERENT" you ask??? Lets start with the fact that I met him doing HIS OWN sales calls. I thought to myself..."lets see what this guy knows". Turns out, a lot more than me! I made the decision on the spot to use him based on very difficult roofing questions. He answered them all with flying colors.

Follow that up with the fact that he runs his own jobs and does not assign a project manager....he is the project manager!! He was at my house daily checking on things.

Availability before, during and after the job? Sure, he gets busy, but I always heard back from him when I had a question. I just called him yesterday, several months after the completion of my job, and he already got what I needed. This alone speaks volumes!

Turn-key! Not only did he make the labor and material happen seamlessly on our roof, he met the insurance adjuster to insure we didn't get bamboozled by the insurance company. He facilitated all of the necessary paperwork and coached us through the process as well.

Supplemental services! Window replacement, gutters, roofing...he handled it all and got us what we needed when he promised.
