From Robert and Ayanna during the first steps to get my home's siding assessed, to Walter as my project manager overseeing and helping with my unforseen window issue of a rotted sil that came up during the removal of my old siding, and even Caleb the owner of Rooftek working diligently with me as my home insurance was being a pain and fighting to get everything covered. Top notch company and even better people! I highly recommend and my home is absolutely beautiful after all the work they put in.

Roof Tek was awesome loved working with them. Very professional service the crew was on time and ready to start working at 7:00 am sharp. Definitely would recommend this roofing company. Walter and the team of roofers did a wonderful job replacing my roof. Professional, kept me informed, took good care to protect my flower and veggie gardens, and excellent work on the roof. Walter even did the extra work to check to make sure there are no bats in my chimney. Left everything clean and today. Highly recommend them.

Yesterday Almany (spelling?) knocked on my door to ask if I had roof damage from the recent hail storm. I hadn't had it inspected yet, so she set up an appointment for a tech to inspect my roof for free today. I enjoyed speaking with her, as I enjoyed meeting Caleb today. Turns out I didn't have much damage, just a few dings on my gutters. Even knowing that, Caleb went above and beyond by taking pictures and explaining a few things about my roof. He even cleaned out a few places that were clogged with debris and told me about some options I'll have when I do replace my roof. He was very knowledgeable, personable, and generous with his time. When it's time for work to be done on my roof, I'll be calling Rooftek in Windsor Heights or Ames. I trust them to do the job right.

Honest and trustworthy. Helped me understand the roofing proocess . A great price too. They explained everything and there was no pressure to sign anything .
