Lets start with i met with MANY different roofing companies and did my research before deciding to go with Rooftecs.Kerry was absolutely fantastic to deal with. He came and looked at my roof and showed me plenty of pictures to show me all the damage on my roof. He handled everything with getting insurance to pay for new roof. Kerry "held our hands" thru the whole process. He did everything he said he would do and in a very quick manner. He got the permit quickly (esp during the holiday), once he got that the products were delivered and his crew got everything done in 2 days. Kerry and his crew were very pleasant to deal with. Kerry even delt with getting my interior damage fixed. If you need a new roof I HIGHLY recommend this company. I wish I took before and after pictures

My roof got damaged from hail and hadn’t really noticed but noticed some shingles missing so I called for an inspection. Turned out I needed a whole new roof. Rooftecs made it happen in less that two weeks from initial inspection and the crew was done in 3 days. The roof looks great and the service was impeccable. Highly recommend!

Roof Tecs was great!! They worked with us for an entire year long process with our insurance company and when it came time to fully replace our roof it was done in only 2 days! Extremely thoughtful team of workers who cleaned up the property each day without fault. Office staff was very responsive during the entire process. 10/10 service! Highly recommend.

Everyone at Rooftecs is very professional . They were all very personal from the first time i met Mike, Kerry and Jackie. Kerry worked with my insurance company and met the adjuster making it very easy for me. He got the insurance company to cover the roof because of wind damage. Jackie went the extra mile getting all the paperwork done and getting five different signatures on the insurance check , making it easier for me. The crew did a very professional job , on time , and very clean. I highly recommend Rooftecs to anyone with roof problems.

Our insurance was going to drop us because they said our roof was over 15 years old, so we either put a new roof on or else. So we got in contact with Kerry at rooftecs, he came out to our house looked at our roof and told us he could get our insurance company to pay for it doe to wind damage. we placed a claim and boy they did it !!! With the great help form Jackie how knows how the insurance companys work, and Kerry we got it all payed for. We are so happy and enjoyed working with all of them. From Jackie, Kerry , Rick and all the guys that did such a great job and gave us a great looking roof, we say Thank you ll for all yall did for us. Had a roof done at our home they did a great job and very clean as we have dogs and they made sure our yard was free of any debris and nails.Roof looks great and they also made repairs on sheathing as needed.

WE JUST LOVED THIS COMPANY FROM START TO FINISH!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!!! WE HAD DAMAGE TO OUR ROOF FROM HURRICANE IRMA. OUR INSURANCE COMPANY DID SETTLE THE CLAIM AND CUT US A CHECK THAT WOULD NOT COVER ONE BUNDLE OF SHINGLES LET ALONE A NEW ROOF. WE HAVE TALKED WITH MANY ROOFERS, IN THE PAST ALL SAID THEY COULD GET OUR INSURANCE TO PAY FOR A NEW ROOF BUT WE WOULD HAVE TO PAY OUR DEDUCTIBLE AGAIN IN THE END. WE SAID NO WE ALREADY PAID THE DEDUCTIBLE WHEN WE CLAIMED OUR ROOF. THEN KERRY FROM ROOFTECS CONTRACTING LLC CAME BY AND SAID OUR ROOF WAS SHOT AND HE THINKS HE CAN GET US A NEW ROOF WITH NO OUT OF POCKET COST FROM US. HE ASKED TO SEE OUR PREVIOUS CLAIM. ME SAYING YEA RIGHT AND REALLY DIDN'T WANT TO TALK WITH YET ANOTHER ROOFER, CAUSE OF ALL THE PREVIOUS ROOFERS WE SPOKE WITH. BUT THANKS TO MY HUSBAND FOR TALKING ME INTO LETTING KERRY REVIEW OUR CLAIM FROM BACK IN 2017. KERRY SAID I CAN GET YOU A NEW ROOF WITH NO OUT OF POCKET EXPENSE TO US THE HOMEOWNER. WITHIN ABOUT 30 DAYS KERRY CALLED AND SAID OUR INSURANCE APPROVED A NEW ROOF WITH NO OUT OF POCKET EXPENSE FROM US THE HOMEOWNER. SO WE AGREED TO START THE PROJECT. HE HAD HIS CREW HERE AND ALL MATERIALS 2 DAYS LATER AND WAS FINISHED WITHIN 2 DAYS AND FINAL INSPECTION WITHIN A FEW DAYS FROM FINISHING THE JOB.. HIS EMPLOYEES WERE PROFESSIONAL AND CLEANED UP OUR PROPERTY LIKE THERE WERE NEVER HERE. THANK YOU AGAIN KERRY AND YOUR COMPANY FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK GETTING OUR INSURANCE TO PAY FOR A NEW ROOF AND COMPLETING THE JOB PROFESSIONALLY AND IN A TIMLEY MANNER. VERY PROFESSIONAL COMPANY!
