You wouldn’t think that a hailstorm event would be a good thing, but in my case it was. After having my roof damaged by the storm I called several roofing contractors to give me an estimate on the replacement of the roof. I had five contractors in all come to my home to give me an estimate. When I called Roofs Fast and spoke with Brett, I felt like he was the most professional and knowledgeable with the Roofing system. When he arrived at my home he explained in detail exactly what needed to be done. With Brett it wasn’t like a “Sales Pitch”, he was helping me to understand the process of installing a new roof & what different components would be used. I really appreciated that. So he met up with the Insurance adjuster & worked the details out with the insurance company. Therefore taking a lot of decision making off me. The Installation of the GAF shingles was completed in one day. Now it was time to replace the metal section of the roof. Upon inspection, they found that the metal flashing around the chimney had been improperly installed during construction of my home which caused the roof deck to rot. Therefore it took more time than normal to design a proper flashing system around the chimney and replace the rotted decking. It was a lot of detailed work but it looks fabulous. All in all everything went as smooth as it could be. His Certification on the GAF product , warranty and professionalism was by far better than all the other four roofing contractors. He, as the owner of the company, was on site throughout the entire installation. The crew cleaned up behind themselves and you wouldn’t even have known that they were here. I am so very pleased with the installation & my choice of using this company proved to be the best one. Not just for the excellent & personal service but for their warranty and attention to detail. No hesitation in recommending this company. If I could give them more stars I would.

Brett from Roofs Fast was very professional and on time for our estimate appointment. He spent a great deal of time going over our needs, the product details and warrantees. We were exceptionally pleased with that information and followed up with the visit by verifying the information given us plus contacted past customers of Roofs Fast for their references. All were 5 star. We signed our contract and the roof was scheduled for the following week! The old roof was removed, replaced and completed in one day. We had addition metal roofing completed the next day. We could not be happier with the work and the end result. I usually don’t like writing reviews but we just had our roof replaced by Roofs Fast and they did such a great job that it was worth doing this review to give them a five star rating. We found them on Angie’s List and choose them over other competitors because they are a local and family owned company who also offered veteran benefits. In our initial consultation by Brett, he was so thorough that we learned things about our roof we weren’t aware of. He clearly explained the whole process of roof replacement as well as the difference between the types of shingles, their quality,
benefits and Warranties. There was no pressure just lots of clear information and a guarantee with proof of certification and
generous warranties which made our choice in the process easy. On the day of the work they were on time, organized, very considerate of the rest of my property and to my surprise very fast. They also did a complete clean up before they left. I was also comforted by seeing Brett (owner) on site supervising the work that was being done. I used this company 8 years ago to re-roof my house and just recently used them again to re-do the siding on my house. They definitely stand behind their work and the work they do is exceptional. I feel that their pricing is fair and they are clear with their estimate. There are no hidden fees with this company. Everything is done above board. Roofs Fast is a 5 star company with top notch people running and working for the business. We had a roof put on a couple weeks ago and it was a smooth process from start to finish. From the time we called to get an estimate until the job was finished there was always clear and concise communication between us and them. The owners of the company went above and beyond to help us work with our insurance company to get everything taken care of. They even found a clause in our policy that we did not know needed to be addressed and they didn’t have to do that. Their pricing was also within our budget for getting the project completed. When the roof construction started we were always informed of progress and pairs with phone call, text messages, and pictures. The sincerity and professionalism was greatly appreciated. Bret, the Project Manager, is high energy! He really enjoys the work and it shows! During our initial meeting, he answered all my questions and had an amazing technical knowledge of roofing materials, building requirements - old and new, and problems typically encountered during certain types of projects. Do not be afraid to ask questions!
Subsequent to signing the contract with his company, EVERYTHING went as promised. He took over completely and we barely needed to work with the insurance company!! That's a big deal. Please avoid dealing with them if you can and let Bret and company do it for you - they're true experts.
Materials arrived on-time and the actual workers were superstars too. We were preparing to offer them lunch but they cater they're own meals. Anyway, they completed the job in one short afternoon, cleaned up, and we have not had any issues since.
By the way, did I mention they did two homes for me simultaneously??!

I contacted this company after seeing the roofing work they did at a neighbor's house. I got their information and contacted them about the possibility of replacing my roof. BRETT FRY with Roofs Fast is great to work with we choose Roof Fast over previous Roof company because RF gave a better price. They replaced one sheet of plywood, new shingles Fascia Wrap and new Gutters. They had everything cleaned up and gone. All in a timely manner..

Roofs Fast did a fantastic job on my gutter replacement. They were quick and easy to work with and true to every thing they said and committed to do. Brett was extremely helpful, informative and communicative in spec’ing out the job and the associated costs. The installation crew was also excellent, completing the entire job in one day (and it was a very big job). Once they were done, the only way to tell they had even been on sight was by the great looking new gutters in place on my house!

I would definitely recommend Roofs Fast to anyone seeking new gutters, and probably new roofs also. I did not need a new roof and they did not recommend one, but I have seen roofs they replaced in my neighborhood and they looked fantastic! Therefore, I would not hesitate to use Roofs Fast for new gutters or a roof in the future when needed!

Brett was quick and responsive to my inquiry and respectful of our time to explain how the process, the product and recommendations.

We wanted to do our due diligence to get multiple bids but he got us on the schedule so the product could be ordered and a date saved on their schedule for us.

We picked RoofsFast even though they were not the least expensive but because we want a product and team we could trust.

The end result was a quickly turned around roof and gutters that really transformed the look of the house. We are so pleased with the result and happy to have gotten to work with this trustworthy and reliable team.

Wow, what a great experience from start to finish. I contacted Roofs Fast a few weeks ago when I notice water damage to my living room ceiling. Brett called me back immediately and met me at my house an hour later. That evening I had an estimate for a new roof that was thousands under what I expected to pay. Brett kept his meeting brief and to the point, but answered all of my questions. He promised an installation date sooner than any of the other companies could even come give me am estimate.

They were actually able to start the installation a day earlier than expected, just nine days after I signed my contract. Unfortunately, a storm came up out of nowhere, and while they tied a tarp down securely, they were not able to get it down before some of the rain came through and into my house. Not only were they back out there within 20 minutes of my call, at like 630 that night, they repaired all of the water spots in my ceiling, including the damage I had noticed previously, at no cost.

I ended up with a beautiful new roof and freshly painted ceilings. They also left me convinced that they are a company that stands by their product. I definitely recommend them!

From the very initial steps to the final product, the project went perfectly. When I called asking to schedule a visit to provide an estimate, Brett was able to come out the same day! The quote we received was around 10k less than other quotes, while still providing a high quality product with professional and fast install. The install was completed within a day and the site cleaned up meticulously. I have not found one piece of debris leftover from the project. I will be recommending RoofsFast to anyone who ask and I can’t wait for future projects.

I do not usually write reviews but this team is exceptional! We are very much pleased by the crew from roofs fast. We had a complete roof replacement along with replacing window screens and some metal trim. Throughout the process from the initial estimate, through dealing with my insurance claim, and on to the actual install, the Fry brothers were nothing less than exceptional in their professionalism and responsiveness. The crew showed up at the designated time and went straight to work. I was kept informed throughout the tear-off of the old roof and installation of the new roof. When they were finished they did a cleanup leaving it very clean... other than the beautiful new roof I could not tell they were even there. The another thing I found impressive it was 16 days from the time I called for the estimate to completion. We were so pleased with are having additional work done to our home.

My experience with Roofs Fast was nothing short of perfect. After learning from an inspection that we had storm damage and reaching out to Roofs Fast, Brady told me to file immediately with my insurance, send him the report, and he would make sure everything was taken care of and quickly. And he was true to his word! Filed our claim on 12/15, received our estimate the next day and we were scheduled for a complete replacement on 12/27. The crew showed up exactly on time (7am) and got probably 85% of the job done that day. Completely finished by midday on 12/28. Truly the most pleasant repair experience I have ever had in my 10 years as a homeowner.

I was very impressed with not only the speed of response but also the quality of their work. I did my due diligence and received 4 separate estimates for roof replacement, using the same materials, warranty, previous reviews, and confidence in the ability to get the job done. Roofs Fast beat the others hands down! They stated 1-3 days to complete the work but that in most cases it would be done in one. They arrived at 6:57 (I was told 7am) and by 10 AM my old roof was gone, the base repaired as needed and work was begun on installation. Apart from a few strips of transparent plastic, all debris and waste was picked up and gone by 11:30. My roof was finished and looking great by 2:45PM. This was all accomplished with 12 days of my initial estimate and within 5 days of my decision (including a weekend!). Thanks Roofs Fast for a job well done!
