Roofmasters did a great job replacing my roof several years ago. They've been very responsive when I thought the roof was leaking and identified a different issue that was causing the problem (not roof related). I appreciate the extra level of service they provide and strongly recommend the company.

Fantastic Company! They did a Great Job and were allot cheaper than Leif guard which wanted thousands more. I got the Gutter Guards too and we are really happy with them. The Guys had everything done in a little over a hour. I'm really glad we found these guys. They did my Parents House to. Good People.

My experience with Roofmasters was amazing. I had a leak around a vent pipe that I had them come and look at. They quickly placed a temporary fix and evaluated my whole roof. They were able to find enough damage to have a new roof covered by my insurance and completed the job in one day! Very efficient, thorough, punctual and did a great job on the roof. Kirk went well above and beyond throughout the entire roof replacement process. Our insurance company was difficult and hard to even get a hold of but Kirk provided crucial help in navigating all that, even though they were stretching the process out across many months. He provided much needed clarity about all of the costs, and insurance reimbursement. On top of that, the final product was quality work done quickly. Will recommend for sure.

Roofmasters did my roof in 2018, and when I recently had an issue with a leak, they came out and found the likely issue and repaired it without cost to me. It's been several weeks and despite the heavy rain, and now snow, that area hasn't leaked again.

Kirk and his team replaced my roof that was damaged due to wind and hail. They were very professional and so easy to work with. Kirk made sure the insurance company didn't overlook any damage caused by the storm. Once the work began, it was completed quickly and the crew kept everything clean without damaging any of my landscaping. My roof has never looked better. Kirk and team were great to work with. It was a busy season due to severe weather events everywhere, but they did their best to help us. Kirk handled the insurance company great which took a lot of weight off our shoulders. The work was quick, the crew cleaned up really well when they were done, and we love how our new roof and siding look!

HOWEVER, I Decided I would have the Sofits and Facia, VINLY Covered and the Door frames Clad in Aluminun .

Mr Kirk F. the OWNER, Answered the Phone Immediately, and Came Out Later That Day to Estimate the job.
(While it took Several days to a week for the other companies to come out.)
When I met (Mr) Kirk, He was Very Personable, Professional, and Polite. I found Him and His Crew to be Quite HONEST and TRUSTWORTY throughout the Entire process.
The 6-7 Man Crew Came Promply on the Soon Appointed day.
They were all "Skilled at their Craft", polite and worked Carefully around our House, Flowers and Shrubs.
After 2-3 days their Beautiful work Was Finished, and left our property as Clean as it was when they came.
This has Made such a Beautiful, and Wonderful Difference in our Homes Appearance. Thank you Mr Kirk and Anoie and Crew.

Kirk was a huge blessing. Twice I have had issues with my roof, a leak around my bathroom vent pipe and then a shingle that blew off the roof. Kirk was on my roof within a day both times and fixed my issue immediately. He inspected the whole roof both times and assured me I had plenty of life left in my current roof. He is passionate about customer service.

Roofmasters did a great job on our roof after bad storms impacted our neighborhood. They came out and tarped in less than 12 hours after the storm passed and we had a new roof within 2 weeks. Very professional and high quality work.

Kirk, the owner of Roofmasters, is an expert at dealing with insurance companies. Once he determined our roof problems were caused by storm damage, he never gave up on pursuing the insurance claim. We were so glad to have him help us through the process. He did a great job of keeping in touch with us and was tenacious with the insurance company. We loved the personal attention he gave us and the new roof looks wonderful! His crew was polite, respectful, fast, and thorough. They also did a fantastic job of cleaning up after themselves. Kirk worked on our behalf to convince the insurance company that we indeed needed the work due to hail/wind damage. At first they said no, then they said no again, Kirk did the analysis and provided the proof that in the end forced them to replace the full roof. He never gave up. Even once they approved the work he had to go back to them resubmitting estimate revisions multiple times to finally get it all covered. Thank you Kirk for making the house look great and making a very stressful interaction with Insurance less so. Not to mention that the roof was torn off and replaced all in one day. I met Kirk, the owner, thru my brother-in-law who had his roof done by Kirk. He couldn't say enough good things about his experience. Kirk inspected my roof because I suspected hail damage. He met my adjuster, helped me thru the claims process, and provided shingle samples. His crew was efficient, on time, and thorough. The clean up was great. Would highly recommend Roofmasters!

Roofmasters met and exceeded our expectations. Our roof was heavily damaged in a wind storm in February. Luckily, our neighbor had his roof redone just a few months prior. I observed the crew replacing his roof and liked how they stripped the old roof and did repairs to the substructure, so I asked my neighbor who fixed his roof. Once we contacted Roofmasters, they were out an hour later to cover the damage and assess the damage. Kirk fought on our behalf and it was a pain-free experience processing the claim with our insurance. The quality of the install was excellent. We have a huge roof and they finished it in one day. Clean up was also amazing. I assumed we would need to pick up alot of nails and old materials, but they thoroughly picked up after the job was complete. If you choose Roofmasters, you will be happy you did.

I was lucky to have met Kirk the owner of Roofmasters. While he was replacing the roof of my neighbor, he noticed I had siding damage. After inspecting my roof, he found areas where shingles were missing. He met with my insurance company's adjuster and pointed out the damage. He also covered the areas of the roof that could leak before the job was completed. I received my siding repair and roof at no cost to me. Kirk took charge of meeting my appraiser and handled all the negotiations. He is an honest and caring individual and you cannot go wrong with Kirk from Roofmasters! Kirk has amazing customer service. He responds to calls and personally visits to be sure all info is communicated clearly. He helped us thru the insurance process to get a new roof and watched the details with all of the claim work. We were completely satisfied with the workmanship of his team and the new roof. We are confident in recommending his services!

Had some minor roof damage. Called on a Saturday and Kirk immediately scheduled me for Monday. Kirk had the repair done quickly and for a very fair price. Will be definitely recommending Roofmasters in the future.

Had some minor repairs needed due to some storm damage and these guys were the best! Great to deal with and wonderfully reasonable pricing.

Roofmaster’s and Kirk Fillinger is hands down the best contractor we have ever dealt with. After months of dealing with an insurance company that refused to repair anything and an unresponsive and unhelpful roofing contractor we contacted Kirk at Roofmaster’s, within two weeks our claim was approved and a new roof had already been installed. Two weeks after that our claim for siding damage had been approved also and is already set for installation of all new siding. All of this is do to Kirk’s expertise and experience with dealing with insurance companies. The workmanship of the crew was exceptional from their work ethic and quality to all of the time they spent making sure everything was cleaned up and there were no nails or trash anywhere. We have a 2500 square ft house and the roof was removed and replaced in a day.
After going thru such frustration with this process in the beginning, everything went smooth and quick after meeting Kirk.
We highly recommend Kirk and Roofmaster’s to our family, our friends and anyone else we can.

Kirk is amazing! We found a wet spot in the ceiling of our pantry. Kirk arrived within a day of our contacting him and found the reason for my leaky roof (missing shingles) and said he would return the next day to take care of the problem. The next day Kirk was here and repaired all the issues. Kirk didn't try to "upsell" us at all which can be common in today's repair market. The job was completed in less than 15 minutes! SIX STARS! As a background, I checked Google, Angi, and three other "best roofers" sites and researched about 18 of the roofers thoroughly. I chose the six I thought looked best and had five of them come out. All of them were very good, but Kirk of Roofmasters was the single most informative and I quickly developed a trust in what he was telling me. I also liked working directly with the owner with 40 years of experience. We did have wind damage which insurance covered and Kirk got them to cover new gutters also. The roof replacement was very good and the cleanup was immaculate and totally met my perfectionist standards. We ended up getting gutter guards, fascia boards replaced and aluminum coverings on many areas. We did have a couple of inadvertent and unexpected problems which were completely taken care of. I was amazed that he did not want even a partial payment until the job was totally done to my complete satisfaction. I have recommended them to several neighbors and friends.

We had our entire roof replaced by Roofmasters in September 2020, prior to moving into our house. Roofmasters did an exceptional job and several of our neighbors were so impressed that they hired Roofmasters to replace their roofs as well. After a particularly rainy day this September, we noticed a water spot on our downstairs ceiling. I contacted Kirk from Roofmasters who was friendly and responsive. Kirk came out to look at our roof and found a small hole near an upstairs bedroom window. Within the same day that he came to inspect our roof, Kirk sealed the hole and sealed nail heads around the surrounding area. I was so impressed with the quick and friendly service and was grateful that Kirk was able to find the problem before the next rainfall! Kirk is friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. We will be lifelong Roofmasters customers and would definitely recommend him for your roofing needs.

Kirk worked in advance with the insurance adjusters to assess the extent of storm damage to our roof.

After the damages were established, Kirk and his crew arrived on time to replace our roof. First they covered any landscaping that might be affected with dropcloths and protective coverings. They moved any patio planters and patio furniture to keep them clear.

Roofmasters had a large professional crew. Each person had a great attitude and knew their role. They had the old roof off within an hour and a half. They painted and replaced all the old flashing and vents, added a new roof peak vent, and replaced some of the roof plywood. They only took a half hour break and finished the roof by 2 pm. They diligently searched and picked up any leftover shingle parts and fallen nails and replaced the patio furniture.

The new roof really sets off the house! I can enthusiastically recommend Kirk and Roofmasters for any roof projects and am sure that his knowledge, professionalism , and great customer service with quality products extends to all his services.

Kirk is extremely knowledgeable. He is the owner and you only deal directly with him. Not all the different departments of other companies. He knows all aspects including product, installation, and dealing with the insurance aspects. This business model also lowers overhead which means better value to the customer. He beat the competitors by several thousand dollars. His crew did a very high quality install in one day on my 50 square roof. I could not be more satisfied and would most definitely refer him to anyone in the market for a new roof.

Roofmasters is a reliable and honesty roof contractor. I had my roof shingles replaced by them last August. The owner was responsible and came to supervise the workers on the day of roof replacement. Afterwards, I noticed the reinstalled skylights leaked air. Roofmasters told me they will pay for the labor cost if I hired a certified skylights installer to reinstall my skylights. I did, and Roofmasters kept their words and reimbursed me the labors cost.
