I contacted this company upon the review I read here... I spoke to a Dan at which time I informed him of the urgent nature of our situation. He made an appt for the following week to do an assessment of our roof, at which time I chose to trust these reviews and not make other appointments.

That was a mistake, as they had no problem canceling our scheduled appointment and trying to 'guide' us into being ok with a full week's delay because of new scheduling conflicts with Dan. Tiffany seemed nice at first, until I wouldn't accept this delay of a week - where she proceeded to tell me they were just too busy for us now and go elsewhere.

Beware trusting these folks if you are in any sort of jam or rush, they have no issues with bumping scheduled appointments and making it seem like you are the person at fault for not just accepting whatever delay they deem necessary.

Dan and Tiffany were great to work with. Tiffany provided helpful reminders about appointments and proactively reached out with backup plans when inclement weather was expected. Dan is such a stand up and honest guy, he made me feel confident and comfortable with how in depth he went. When talking about damage Dan knew exactly what the insurance companies would expect for a claim. If you want a group that is on top of their game and know what they're doing, I recommend Retail Roofing. Thanks Dan and Tiffany!

I used Redtail to re-side a building. They did the work exceptionally fast and it looks fantastic. Afterward there was a small section that was nailed a little tight and caused some minor buckling. They fixed it right away. Then, months later, in a completely unrelated event, I lost a little piece of flashing/facia and they fixed it within a couple days just as a courtesy. This is why you work with small businesses instead of big chains.

We had a damaged downspout on the front of our that was needing to be replaced. Nathan advised us on how to make the repairs ourselves and what tools were needed. Highly recommend Red Tail for their customer service.

I cannot say enough good things about Redtail Roofing! They are absolutely the best! We had a new roof, new James Hardie siding, and new gutters & downspouts with gutter covers put on a few weeks ago and we have been absolutely delighted with how well everything turned out. Our house is beautiful now. There were a few hiccups here and there during the process but Dan, the owner, got everything on track and moving quickly forward. He and his crews were wonderful and very accommodating. He and his project managers kept everything on track and every evening his crews cleaned up their messes that they made. Dan would personally come by to do things after the crews left that he felt weren’t completed or done correctly. He is a stickler for details and for perfection, which is not such a bad thing! Tiffany, the office manager, keeps you in the loop on what’s going on & with timeframes and Lori, the scheduler, has everything lined up perfectly. Everyone, including Dan, are so kind and nice and will go out of their way to make their customers happy. I highly recommend Redtail Roofing to get your roof replaced, new siding, and new gutters. You will not regret it.

I highly recommend Redtail! If your looking for quality product & work, reliable workers , and excellent communication throughout the entire process, this is your team! They total replaced our siding, removed stone, and we will be using them for our roof replacement as well!

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Redtail was the 5th company we asked to come diagnose and fix a leak that had been coming into our home for 4 years. We had multiple water tests done with other companies, people climbing in our crawl space, pulling up shingles, men painted tar on our roof, calking, I’m telling you, no one could figure it out.
Redtail was TOP NOTCH. Super generous with their time and resources. We are SO grateful for their knowledge and perseverance and hard work. It has been a year since they were last on our roof and I can say that officially after a year of no water coming in during all 4 seasons we are finally LEAK FREE!!! Thank you, Redtail!! Highly recommend!!

We knew when we bought our house in 2020 that the roof was going to need to be replaced in the near future but thought it had a few years left on it. I’m a planner and really don’t like surprises so I called Redtail Roofing. Dan came out to take a look at things for us and it was evident from the very beginning that this is a company that lives by the golden rule. He took a look at everything including the siding (not because it was something we were ready to do but because I asked and want to learn) and gave us estimates for all of it but also said that barring something unforeseen, we should have at least a couple years left in it. A couple months later, a big wind storm came through and we found a shingle on our back deck and could see a couple spots that were questionable so we called Dan again. He promptly came back out and took another look. He patiently answered every question we had (and I have a lot). Once we decided to move forward, communication was top notch. He has an incredible team and we couldn’t be more pleased. We would recommend them to anyone and when and if the time comes to replace our siding, I know who I’m calling!

I needed soffit repair on the back of my garage. This company was in the neighborhood doing a repair. I spoke with Brian and asked for quote and he gave me one. I agreed and the repair was completed. This company is very service oriented and provides great customer service. They are a class act and I would highly recommend there services.

They came out to give me an estimate to fix a small roof leak. They were here for about 45 minutes, did a thorough inspection of the roof. Rather than charge me to fix the problem (which ended up being relatively minor), he just took me up on the roof and showed me how I could fix it myself (and pointed out some other things that I should look into as well). He didn't even charge me for the visit,, and I got some good advice from a professional. I know who I'm calling if I have another roof issue.

Dan Hedrick has been great from the beginning. Very professional and honest every step of the way. The roofing installation was amazing! Roofing crew completed the job in one day and was hard working, conscientious and took great pride in their work! Would highly recommend Redtail Roofing !!!!

Contacted them due to issues with the gutters on my home. They were prompt, courteous, and transparent with their process.

From start to finish this was an excellent experience, and I highly recommend them. They exceeded my expectations throughout the entire process of replacing my gutters.

We had a leak in our roof that damaged our upstairs bedroom ceiling on Sunday. I called Redtail first thing Monday and they had it repaired by Wednesday, which was fantastic because it poured down rain on Thursday! Very appreciatve for their quick response and friendly service. We will definitely be using them when we have to replace our roof.

Redtail Roofing came out and replaced our roof through insurance. Hunter with Redtail came out and was very helpful throughout the whole process. I could not be happier with the final product. Roof looks great! 100% would recommend!

Hunter came out the very next day after I called. He looked at the vent that needed replaced. Climbed his ladder on a 9/12 pitch roof and replaced the missing cap. Very professional and very polite. Bonus no charge for the repair I could not believe it! I will definitely use REDTAIL ROOFING for our next roof or repair. Thank you so much!!!

Company was very timely and professional. They ultimately helped me figure out I had a plumbing issue and didn't charge me for the service call. Will definitely use them in the future.
