All Pro Roofing did a fantastic job on my roof project - which turned into a roof, skylight, dormer, and lattice work project -all thanks to Josh McGee and his persistence in dealing with my insurance company. Josh was professional and tenacious. He kept me informed of every step of the way. Most importantly, the work was done expeditiously and professionally. The teams of people who completed all phases of the project were top notch. I highly recommend Josh McGee and All Pro Roofing.

Josh at AllPro helped me accomplish the tasks of getting new siding, roofing & gutters. I knew that I had water damage under some windows due to the lack of weather/vapor barrier behind my original siding. He guided me through the many issues of my insurance company only wanting to pay the bare minimum. We ended up getting the whole roof and siding replacement covered (to current building code) & professionally installed by AllPro. I couldn’t be more satisfied with the quality of work that Josh & his crews completed for us!

If you need work done on your home, I would highly recommend Josh and his company All Pro Roofing. I had some significant damage to my home from a tornado. A couple of my neighbors recommended that I use All Pro Roofing and Restoration and I’m glad I did.
They did a great job on my home and Josh the owner was there on site and in constant contact to make sure everything was done right and to my satisfaction.
Another advantage that I found using Josh was he has experience working with my insurance company. When I told my claims adjuster who I was using her first response was “ that’s a good guy to use “.
Josh worked directly with my insurance company to get my roof done along with the stone siding and interior water damage on my ceiling.
I don’t write reviews very often but I felt compelled to do it this time because of the hassle free and positive experience I had with All Pro Roofing and Restoration.

Josh helped after a tornado did some damage to our house and property. He walked through the process and helped keep me informed of next steps. All Pro Roofing was excellent in helping me replace my roof. Josh was the consummate pro. He explained everything that was needed during the inspection, while the work was being done, and once the work was completed. I highly recommend All Pro for any and all roofing needs in Central Ohio.

After strong winds, I had two companies leave cards at my door indicating they noticed damage to my roof. I had AllPro Roofing and Restoration come out for an inspection. Josh told me he saw no damage. Some companies may tell you there is damage when there isn’t, but this is not one of them. I appreciated the honesty and when I do need a new roof, I’ll definitely call them to do the work.

During the extreme cold days we had a few weeks ago, I found water had leaked inside my room with a vaulted ceiling. I thought I had an ice dam or leak and was very concerned with the problem. I called All Pro and Josh came out. He was able to identify the problem as actually an insulation issue and advised me how to fix it. He was prompt, friendly and very knowledgeable. This is definitely the company that I will call with any roofing issues in the future.

In late 2020, our insurance company made the determination that our home’s roof had received damages from a hailstorm earlier that year. They instructed us to contact a roofing company to get an estimate for the replacement of damage items. We contacted a reputable local company only to be told by our insurance that both the scope of work, materials, and costs were inflated. So began the process of us seeking additional quotes from 3 other companies, all of whom gave similar scopes and material quantities. For each additional quote, the insurance company again stated material estimates and quotes were inflated. The back and forth went on for nearly 11 months, leaving us frustrated and discouraged. This is around the time we met Josh McGee with AllPro Roofing.

From the start, Josh was thoughtful and patient in explaining what repairs were needed for our large and challenging roof (many valleys, peaks, 50sq of shingles, and over 40-foot elevation at the rear of the site). Josh provided fair and reasonable estimates for materials and labor for all components of the roof (including gutters, leaf guards, and copper). Again, the insurance company pushed back but Josh stood behind his quote and helped guide us through the difficult process of negotiating with the insurance company. In the end, Josh got us everything we were entitled too.

When repair work on the home began, Josh kept us informed every step of the way. He oversaw the ordering of like-quality materials, the work of the highly professional contractors, and made sure the area around our home was left clean and tidy.

In all, Josh showed the resolve and determination to get us the fair replacement value for all damages, and he was honest, trustworthy and meticulous. To date, everything is functioning properly, and we are extremely happy with the appearance. Without hesitation, we give Josh McGee and AllPro Roofing 5 stars and would highly recommend him and his company to our closest friends and family.

AllPro Roofing is a 1st Class company all the way. The owner, Josh went to bat for us with the insurance company to get our entire roof replaced due to storm damage. When the insurance company tried to take short cuts and lowball the coverage, Josh always had documentation on code compliance, letters from manufacturers and all the documentation to support our claim. They knew they were dealing with a professional and couldn't short cut the claim. His crew was installed the entire roof and skylights in just over 1 day. The cleanup was so thorough that we couldn't even tell they had been there. Highly recommend!!!

AllPro Roofing and Restoration did a wonderful job during all the steps of replacing our roof which had hail damage. From our initial consultation to when our roof work was complete, everyone we dealt with was professional, knowledgeable, courteous and respectful of both our time and property. We cannot recommend them and the work they do enough!

This process was easier than I imagined and unfortunately most people don’t get to experience. We received Josh’s company from my husband co-worker and we weren’t sure if he’d come up to our area- we’re almost an hour north. Thankfully he was willing to come check out our problem. He wasnt sure if our claim would get approved but thankfully the adjuster we were assigned was fabulous! She took our shingle test, approved it and sent josh the information.
She coordinated with him on the details of what was needed to repair the portion of roof that was damaged and we ordered the color- that was the hardest part.
Josh was very honest and forthcoming with what to expect and how things would work.
The crew showed up at 555AM:( but they were all done by 4. We walked about and checked things over. We have given Josh’s contact info to a lot of people who have said they need a new roof. We’ve not met anyone that works for people as hard as he does. He understands how difficult it can be and he’s there to help!! Definitely recommend!!

Josh came out and gave us a very reasonable estimate. Once everything was ready to proceed, he had the materials delivered the following week and planned to do the installation then as well. He kept in contact and let us know what was going on every step of the way.

His crew was one of the most hardworking group of men and women I’ve ever seen. Not only did they do an awesome job on the installation, you’d never know they were there except for the new gorgeous roof! They cleaned up absolutely everything which is hard to do after a huge tear off that we had.

I dealt with Josh replacing the roof of my previous home and was very satisfied with the whole experience. He is professional, thorough and only interested in making the customer happy. Josh worked with the insurance co. to make sure I got everything due to me. Now in my new home, so far he has replaced the roof of my barn, wrapped the large doors, and put on gutters. Inspected the roof when I purchased the home informed me of roofs condition, I decided to have the roof and gutters replaced, he gave me a quote that was spot on and reasonable with many options for colors, kept me up to date on what was going on and answered any questions I had, the work looks good.

AllPro couldn’t have been a better selection. Honest, on time, handled everything from insurance to clean up. Even provided before, during and after drone photos. Josh and his team are truly unmatched.

I wanted to wait a couple of months before posting a review to make sure everything was solid. So far so good. Exceptional really. Our new roof, soffits and gutters look and perform great. The house is much quieter during heavy rainstorms and no more leaks! Josh's recommendation to reroute the gutters really improved their aesthetics and performance. Josh was awesome to work with. No BS. He broke down the costs and explained what was needed and why. When we ran into issues that arose from the last roofer's work 20 yrs ago, Josh didn't gloss it over. He was straight forward and explained what extra work (and cost) would be needed to make it right. His work crews were all polite, and efficient. To be honest, we got a ton of quotes from roofing companies big and small. We went with Josh and AllPro because he seemed to really care about the work and doing a quality job. We are very happy with the results and would recommend AllPro for any of your roofing needs.

The only company that would give me a quote for a full tear off, which I knew would need done. Straight forward, upfront, no surprises. Love the singles, and ridge vent.

I noticed damage after a heavy windstorm and called multiple places for estimates. Josh responded immediately and came out next day. He took pictures and tarped the roof to prevent further damage while he helped me navigate a less than cooperative insurance company. Communication with Josh was easy and he took the time to explain each step. Thanks to his knowledge and assistance insurance paid for a roof replacement and needed repairs. AllPro was great- I had 3 roofs - house and 2 sheds- The crew was very organized and efficient. Tearoff and installation in one day. I wanted more attic ventilation, extra flashing and extra care taken in certain areas that I was concerned about leaks. AllPro did a great job at taking care of the extras that I wanted. I would definitely use AllPro again!
