Owner and employee integrity and follow-up are essential in business and this company lacks both. While driving on a narrow road their truck going the opposite way destroyed my truck’s mirror. Despite the circumstances and photo of the scene the young driver and business owner and failed to take responsibility for the damage. It became “he said she said” situation. During past 7 weeks the owner Dave never returned any of my calls or emails. This company lacks integrity. This dispute was regarding a truck mirror, I would hate to think what would happen if it was your roof!
We had to get our roof fixed because it was leaking into our bedroom. A representative from RSN not only told us what the problem was, but took pictures and provided a quote. They got the job done in a timely manner and delivered on the quote. No delays. No surprise costs. This is exactly what a contractor should be like. I will do business with this company again.
