This company and Gordon E. have gone beyond what any company or service has ever done for me. I had a series of problems related to the manufacturer of the roofing (to clarify, it was a major manufacturer. Roofing Services Unlimited doesn't install random knockoffs of poor quality. The problem was completely unrelated to and out of Roofing Services Unlimited's control). Gordon took it upon himself to direct me to the appropriate parties capable of resolving my issue and maintained communication throughout the entire process.

I truly have never interacted with a company as committed as this, even after the fact and after receiving payment. I cannot attest enough to the accountability and dignity this company maintains while always keeping the customer in mind.
