Midway Motor’s employees are very nice there. Letting you test drive for a spin before purchasing the car or, just looking at the car. With no fees and they check up on clients make sure they liked their purchase and everything is going well with the car. Also, they have a generous discount plan with loan times giving 40 or more months to pay off your car amounts.

I tend to steer clear of dealerships due to past experiences. But Austin and the team, at this dealership, made buying a vehicle very smooth, accommodating, professional and attentive during the whole process. I will definitely be buying all my future vehicles from here !

However, once we got the car home
decided to take it to my Local GM Dealer. I was told I had a broken motor mount, bad strut mount & a bad thermostat. Also, Lane Departure System needs serviced. The Salesman was upfront about the Seat Control not working properly. I called Dealership & spoke with Anthony. They have Offered to help pay some towards my Repair Bill.The Car looks Brand New, but has some mechanical issues do to age.

Midway is honestly so bad. they took huge advantage of me and sold me a car with numerous issues they should have absolutely come across and fixed in their initial inspection. beyond that, services and oil changes have been the same way. I have left services where the vehicle should’ve been inspected, with low tires and washer fluid still empty after asking for it to be filled TWO different times, which shouldn’t have had to be asked for at all. I would absolutely not buy a vehicle here again, and would not recommend anyone else to waste their time and money. having a major issue once a month for at least seven months with a newer used vehicle after after it was bought is unacceptable. as well as all of this they tried to charge me $1,000 to change a spark plug! Midway WILL screw you over just to wring all of the money they can out of you.

Please go see Austin and Anthony at Midway Motors! They definitely went the extra mile to get us into the vehicle my family was counting on. The banks are very picky but these two really did jump through hoops to make sure I walked out of here a happy customer!!! Please go to Midway for your new or used car. I bought an older car a year ago. I took my car in to midway motors to have my oil changed. They found my tie rod ends needed to be replaced along with other problems. They contacted my warranty company and took care of that whole hot miss. After the warranty company said they would cover everything and the repairs were done then the warranty company said I owed 3x as much as what I should have been responsible for. Sammie Cooper stood her ground and did not allow them to charge me for more than what I was responsible for. I truly appreciate everything she has done for me. That was the first time using them but won’t be the last. Thanks again Sammie!

Insanely bad service. Shannon and some dude named Trevor were supposed to help me get my truck in for a problem covered by my warranty I paid 6k for and neither were helpful at all. Still haven’t heard back after almost 2 months of reaching out for than once. I’d rather ride a bike or walk everywhere than buy a vehicle from them. Zero stars will not be buying my next vehicle from them

I recently just bought a car from here. I had been looking for about a week and saw the car here and gave a call and got in touch with Austin.

Austin recently had just started at MidWay but how he was and treated us you would’ve thought he’d been there forever.

This was my first time purchasing a car and Austin and the other gentleman at Midway motors were fantastic. We knew what vehicles we were interested in and when we arrived Austin had already pulled the two types of vehicles right up next to each other so we could compare them side by side. This extra effort on his part made the decision much easier and we walked a way with 2025 Chevy Trax! The next time we need a vehicle we'll skip Wichita and head straight to Midway Motors in Newton.

This place doesn’t even deserve one star. It deserves ZERO. I have been helping my grandma car shop for several weeks and was hoping to find a reliable, dependent car for her. I found a car that fit what she was wanting and it being a 2023 Chevy Trail blazer they had listed at 22K. We test drove the vehicle and ended up liking it so we worked out a price and ended up driving the vehicle home to test out and were to come back the next day to finish paper work. We heard a strange noise coming from the bearing on the vehicle that we wanted to discuss a long with some other concerns including the car fax. As soon as we got there I discussed these concerns with the salesman - Eric who said his sales manager Trevor would handle and take care of everything. We finished the paperwork with the sales manager Trevor (who was a nice and respectful guy up until we declined his gap coverage pitch) and didn’t think to ask for the CarFax until we got back to the salesman. Eric printed off the carfax and then goes “Wow. This is really bad. Sometimes you see this because of Odomoter misreadings” The CarFax read “Severe Structural Damage” and Eric the salesman said “Well maybe that’s why the vehicle was such a good deal” while chuckling. I was less than impressed. They didn’t hold us to this deal, rightfully so. But they continued to waste our time for two weeks. Showing us vehicles that weren’t even the price they said they were. And just FYI this Chevy Trailblazer is up for sale on their website! Listed at $20,000 instead of the $22,000 they were trying to charge us! Beware!

Had a good salesman, Joeabel, although had some issues with details of financing that were never communicated to us even asking several times.

Dealing with Trevor and the financing part I can see where maybe Joeabel wasn’t getting communicated with from Trevor. I was not impressed by him. During the final part of buying the vehicle he made a couple of comments that weren’t necessary and came across as snide.

Joeable was my salesman and was terrific. Part of the purchase deal was to make some minor revisions to the vehicle, after the sale. They held up their end of the deal and it was a pleasure to work with Joeable and the Midway Motor's team. The next time I need to buy another vehicle, I will check with Joeable and his team first.

I do not recommend this place for the public. As a customer I had a terrible experiences with this place, especially with the service side. My first bad experience was I took my brandnew car because it was pulling to right and they told it was because of the road, they didn't fix anything. Second time I took it in again because of check engine light and was told it needed new thermostat and wanted to charge 1,300. I picked it up checked the coolant and added coolant since it was low and check engine turned off! I don't trust these damn mechanics they are horrible and liars!

They made it such an easy process and called us when they found a car that they thought fit what we wanted. We ended up loving the car and taking it. They were so sweet and helped us understand everything before we signed. I 100% recommend!

Several times, I have taken my Cascada in for service and have not only received prompt service but the service department has gone the extra mile.

Last year, my vehicle developed a problem that was covered (under an extended warranty) while we were out of state. I was able to schedule it in for service and fixed it once we returned with minimal disruption.

Service staff have been great to deal with. I appreciate their attention to detail and am happy to have experts checking my vehicle so it remains operable for years to come. It just makes sense to me to take my car to people who know what the service schedule to follow for my vehicle.
