I recently asked Jamey Shook of Elevated Roofing and Exteriors to assess my roof because of recent hailstorms in our area. He was strongly recommended to me by a close neighbor who I trust.
Jamey promptly checked my roof, explained his findings and worked with my insurance company and adjuster. His crew had to work around weather changes including snow events. Despite these challenges the job was completed in good time. The crew was experienced, courteous and cleaned up after completion.
I am very pleased with the work done and would suggest Elevated to others.

I do not recommend this company for any roofing work. Some of the crew was smoking cigarettes on my roof and I live in a fire zone. Worst of all, a worker was caught on video peeing on my house right near the front door.
The job took about a month to complete. Elevated will say that there were 2 snowstorms and that is true. However, my neighbors that got roofs replaced in that time period had it done in 1-3 days.
Workers were scheduled but did not show up. They also showed up when not scheduled. Very little communication was left for me about scheduling changes.
Leftover shingles were left in my parking space for over 2 weeks, so I asked for them to be moved. Once again, no one showed up that day so I had to move about 700 lbs on shingles by myself.
Heat cables were not installed correctly, which resulted in me calling another contractor to fix them.

This experience made me think twice about hiring "local"

Jamey and his crew(s) were incredible. I had gotten several quotes for a metal roof, but it was so expensive that I continued to postpone the purchase. I called Elevated Roofing, just to replace my old tar and gravel roof, which as leaking. Jamey would have happily fixed the roof, but when I met with him, he inspired such confidence and gave me a such a good quote that I went ahead and replaced my old roof with a beautiful new metal roof. He expertly guided me through color selection. His team(s) were also excellent craftsmen, polite and careful. Elevated roofing was a God-sent for me!

Jamey was the best! One stop shopping. He handled the replacement of the roof due to hail damage, new gutter installation, painting the entire house and redoing the front and back decks. Our house looks like new.

Owner is quite knowledgeable about products and services offered. Owner & crew were very professional and gave due care to the house during the installation of 3 skylights into an old roof. I waited a week to write this review to allow the excitement to dissipate before deciding on the quality of the work. I am very pleased to report that all has been GOOD both inside and outside regarding the installation. It is a big decision to cut holes into your roof, but I believe this company can be trusted to do it properly. I hope all others have as good experience as I did. Good Luck!

The owner jamey was fantastic to work with and his guys did a beautiful job. I was careful when searching for who to do the work at my house.... the roofing industry has some fly by night individuals...

Jamey IS NOT one of those ... Very knowledgeable and thorough...attention to detail is spot on...and that is a big thing for me..the small stuff.

Elevated Roofing and Exteriors recently replaced my roof and gutters. Jamie made the entire process stress-free and provided high quality work. He communicated throughout the process and always returned calls within 24 hours.

I needed a roof repair. Jamey gave me an estimate and we started the project. Once the existing (old) shingles and paper were removed, it became clear that the damage was much more extensive than could be originally thought. Jamey wanted to do the job right and met with me to explain the situation and that the damage was much more extensive. Jamey gave me a very fair estimate for the increased cost associated with the expanded repair. I'm glad I used Elevated Roofing and Exteriors for my roof repair and will definitely use them again in the future. I strongly recommend.

Jamey was extremely professional and helpful getting repairs done to our shake shingle roof as well as updating our damaged gutters.
Many roofers will not repair or maintain a shake shingle roof, and only offer an estimate for a full replacement, but Jamey did an outstanding job at a great and reasonable price.
On budget and on time work.
I already have more work for him to do with fences and other repair work they offer as we wait for the ground to thaw.
I have and will continue to recommend Elevated highly.

In the recent heavy snow-low_temperatures-thawing-low_temperature cycles, one of our roof drains malfunctioned. I contacted Mr. Jamey Shoot for help. His response was prompt and an immediate site visit revealed exactly what repairs were needed. His understanding of the problem, his precise knowledge of needed replacement parts/repairs was as thorough as his courteous and professional explanations, plus maintenance advice, were comforting. In a busy season for his firm, Jamey selected a weekend because it was sunny and windy (suitable for drying), acquired modern parts, worked all day alone without help to rectify the problem, and his robust repairs are holding even as bad weather continues. My wife and I are very pleased to have Jamey to reply upon, we intend to use his firm's services in the near future, and have no hesitation in recommending him to our our friends and acquaintances.

The owner Jamey was a pleasure to speak with. He answered all my questions in a timely manner either by email or phone. Jamey was onsite everyday and supervised my project and his crew were courteous and hard workers. My roof was completed as promised and exceeded my expectations. My husband and I highly recommend!
