#1 - I was never irate.
#2 - I didn't delete anything from Facebook.
#3 - I asked you if you had any photos from the repair that was done and you flat out told me NO.
#4 - I never said you were responsible for the original workmanship of my roof. What you are responsible for is the repair I paid $800 to fix that wasn't fixed. Which come to think of it. You didn't do the repair, you sent someone else to do it. And you haven't been on my roof since, so. You have ZERO idea if the repair was done correctly and at NO TIME did you acknowledge that.
I am absolutely going to question the character of a person that cannot take responsibility for their work. I had someone come and Re do your work and guess what, NO LEAK. it had nothing to do with the valley.

Since this situation occurred, I have had TWO roofers take a look at my chimney. BOTH roofers said the previous job was "not done well", "rushed" for the exact same reasons. Both roofers said the job needed to be redone. BOTH roofers said the job would cost $300 and SHOULD HAVE NEVER COST $800 to begin with. The new roofers also pointed out to me that this company reused old shingled that had holes in them from previous nails.
I paid $800 and couldn't even get $20 in new shingles to do the job well?
I would like to first state that my review was originally 5 stars. I thought they did great work, clean, professional.
If I could give ZERO stars now, I would.
I have a leak in my ceiling. I pointed out that I thought it was at the chimney. At not point was there any investigation, the professionals just took my amateur word for it.
They came, did some work. Everything was fine. Paid $800 CASH
Then it started raining. My ceiling started to leak again.
I reach out to Derrick late on a Sunday night via text message as I didn't want to forget. I was NOT expecting a response. He got back to me, told me what he believes the problem is and said he would get back to me to set something up.
Monday - no call or text.
Tuesday morning I call their main number found on google. I leave a voice mail asking to speak with someone else besides Derrick because I would like to work with someone who takes me seriously, and as a customer I believe that is my right. I recieve a phone call from Patrick, I begin to explain the situation to him and he IMMEDIATELY cuts me off stating they do not guarantee the workmanship of my roof - I would have NEVER thought or expected this as they didn't do the roof to begin with. Patrick is extremely defensive, yelling at me. I am getting frustrated, he can hear it in my tone. He raises his voice and tells me to "stop yelling" at him. I am not yelling. In my frustration I do call him a scam artist because of his defensiveness and unwillingness to listen to the issue. I do hang up on him.
He then begins texting me. I block him.
Next, Derrick calls me. I answer the phone very clamly. He is calling me a liar. I have not lied. He then tells me he planned to come to my house today - but never thought he should give me a heads up, and also it is raining outside so that seems like a lie. He continues to yell at me and tell me that he provides great customer service.
I do hang up on him.
He then comments on a social media post I had wrote, stating that I am "weird" and a "liar" among other things.
This could have all been avoided if Patrick called me, let me explain the situation at hand and we scheduled a time for some one to come back out and look at the roof. It didn't need to be all of this dramatics.
I am not a liar, I am not weird. I am stressed out with a leaky roof that I thought I paid $800 to fix already.
