I would recommend Diamond to anyone. They did my roof, which is steep, complicated and large. Sent a large crew and spent four days at my house. They left the site clean every evening and the quality of the work was top notch. You can’t beat competitive pricing combined with great service.

We had a great experience with Diamond Home Improvement replacing 8 windows in our 1920s home. Two years on the windows look great and they have come back to do an adjustment on one of them free of charge and with no fuss. Installation was fast and tidy, and prices were much more competitive than many others we got quotes from. Definitely planning to use Diamond for future projects.

From the very first meeting with Rod, he provided us with every detail needed to help us make our decision, from the removal of cedar shakes, to putting on plywood, to doing shingles…which was a big job! Diamond was prompt with setting a start date, to sending the most professional, efficient, hard working crew. We wanted to replace some windows so got a few different quotes. Diamond came in with an excellent quote but it wasnt the quote that sold us…it was their caring type manner..you can tell they are very proud of their work as they should be. Their work is excellent. They are fast and clean and their workers are so friendly. They offer a lifetime guarantee of their products which was also a bonus. We were so impressed that we also had the replace our main double doors. I won’t bother to call anyone but diamond for any future work i have to do around the house. My roof is next.

First time customer and had them out to replace my roof. The whole experience was awesome from inspection through to completion of the project. Their crew was skillful, conscientious and thorough. They were very careful in prepping the work area to protect landscaping and other outdoor appliances that couldn't be moved and cleaned up at the end of each workday.. The roof looks great! Will definitely use again for other projects..

Everything about this company is very professional. From Rod, who came out to give us an incredible estimate, to the very sweet office girls to otto and his crew that came out for the installation of doors and windows. The crew was absolutely amazing…i cant say enough good things about them. You can tell they are highly skilled at their job. And even though otto is a boston bruins fan, i would definitely call on him and his crew to do a job again

I’ve used Diamond for several projects over the last 2 years and I’ve never been disappointed.
The crews are always punctual, friendly and accommodating. You can tell they enjoy their work and take pride in it.
I dealt with Dan in sales every time and he’s a great communicator - always returns calls promptly and addresses any concerns immediately.
The office staff is super friendly and also great with returning calls or answering questions.
I’ve tried to get quotes from other companies in the past and even getting a return call to book a quote is impossible.
Definitely not the case with Diamond - always on time & exceeded my expectations.

Our 4 unit condo needed it's roof replaced after only 8 years. We were all very happy with the installation on the 40 year shingles and the full 20 warranty on materials and labour. During the installation the crew damaged our gutters. All 4 units gutters were replaced with brand new gutters at no cost or inconvenience to any of the residents. It is also comforting to know that if there is a problem in say 10 years that they will be around unlike a lot of the "guys with truck" that will come around to replace roofs.

The roofers were spot on. Arriving at my home at 8am and on the roof tearing it down at 8:01am. Super friendly, clean up was great. We have a non walkable roof and they had it all done in four days. I would recommend Diamond for any roof.
We also had new gutters and downspouts put in. (Diamond outsourced the gutter installation) They did an excellent job installing but their clean up needs more work. Found debris all over (I know it's impossible to get all the debris). There was a large piece of old downspout laying in visible site in my front garden. They had moved planters that they never moved back, used one of my patio chairs and never put it back. Large sharp pieces all around. It's a shame cause they really did a great job with installation.

My fiance and I recently had a new roof put on by Rod and his team and I would highly recommend them! They were amazing, on time, professional, explained everything well and made us feel at ease about the whole process from start to finish!

They gave a reasonable quote. They came on time, did an excellent job, they were respectful on site, and cleaned up afterwards. If there is a problem they come back willingly to fix it.

I recently had a 4 season sunroom built by Diamond Home Improvement. It’s beautiful, and I am very happy with the construction. Rob, Adil and his crew did an excellent job, explaining everything along the way. If I wasn’t happy about something, they were eager to fix it. The crew were very friendly and personable. They also installed a new living room window and did an excellent job with that. I highly recommend them.

Terrible communication ,worst ever ,had a new roof put on, first good rain I learned they messed up my skylight .With that came a ruined interior wall that was 6 weeks ago .I placed a tarp over my 9,000 dollar roof,and I'm still waiting for my roof to be repaired, heard back in 3 weeks .Oh yes Rod Gillen tells me I have to pay the cost of the skylight that they damaged another$ 710.00 .Would never recommend them .Still Waiting

I am currently not pleased with the job that was done on my 4 season room, nor happy with the response I received . Although Rod came out and viewed my concerns I feel there should be some compensation for the job and time I now have to wait to have it completed. The staff were always courteous and friendly, and that is always a good thing but it is a lot of money to pay for friendly service.I rarely say or do anything like this but this is a lot of money to not be happy with the job and wish they would just take it back. The 1 star is for the friendliness of the staff.

We were very happy with Diamond roofing for the work they completed on our new roof. And most recently we just had our skylight replaced. I would highly recommend Diamond Roofing if you want the job right Dan Pare was kind enough to get his guys to replace my skylight on short notice because he knew I was concerned of any more water coming through. I was so thankful that he was able to do that for me. So if you are looking for a roofing company that is reliable and efficient that i would definitely recommend Diamond Roofing. Thanks to Diamond for their quick and efficient job on our roof. They came out in reasonable time after we accepted them to do the work thus saving inside damage to the house caused by the decline in our old roofing material. While on the job, the crew found deficiencies in the old flashing installation and made certain to install the weather seal and flashing properly. The crew was very proficient and polite as is the staff at their Eugenie St. location. Thanks again Diamond and staff for a job well done!

8:00am, I opened the door to see a White pickup in the drive way. Good morning sir, sorry if I was noisy I’m just setting the Tarps up. As he came over and Shook my hand. The crew will be here shortly and we will get started. Your in good hands sir nothing to worry about.
First impressions, can say a lot. This one did! The entire working crew that day was polite, they all came over as they got set up and introduced them selves. They had on a red hoody and hat that had the Diamond logo on it. They were extremely courteous and mindful of even the neighbors. Some of the neighbors had said to me after the job was finished that same day of how professional the guys were. The job was a tear off and re-shingling plus removal of a large chimney. Then removal of the remainder of the lower half and rebricking of the wall. It was in my opinion a big job. At every point where I had a question they set me at ease and explained how it would go and be fixed. They didn’t stop, the whole day. Everyone was working and hard! I can not say enough good things about the roofers and Diamond.
The lower brick work was a very intense to me but here again Rod at Diamond set up the best tradesman. The tear down was huge but when you have the right professional that makes it look easy then your taken care of. Brian is an artist and the work he did is a step above. Brian working even on Sunday, worked tirelessly Making sure it was done fixing past damage and constantly keeping us updated on the progress. Finishing up was the soffit and aluminum trim work with and eve trough. The square lines and crisp white of the trim completes the work as icing on the cake. Rod, you should be very proud of all you staff members. From the time Crystal answered the phone to the crewmember that swept up the driveway at the end of the day. Brian’s artistic eye and hard work saved the wall of my home. Then the siding to cap it all off. The roof is water tight and quieter. The house feels warmer. The wall is safe and sound.
The whole process was seamless from the first phone call to the end. Call Diamond for your home needs they will get it done and done right.
