Wilson was polite and very responsive. The two skylights they replaced look good. However, I think the quality of their work was very bad. They damaged the drywall and did fix it, but I had to tell them of this otherwise it would have gone unfixed. Three months later I was in the attic and noticed that they either cut or did not reattach the vent pipe to the new attic vent they installed. I’ve had water coming in to the attic because of this. That is shoddy work and I would not have ever known unless I had seen the water damage.

Top-notch experience with Roofing Formula! We noticed a small leak coming through the roof, and Wilson came out the next morning to take a look. He was honest, personable and explained the issue thoroughly and didn’t upsell at all. We had another roofer come out that didn’t identify the same issue and with the same detail of inspection, so we immediately went with Roofing Formula.

The estimate was super reasonable (much less than I expected) and they came out the next day to complete the work. The repair tech that came out was detailed, quick and left the area super clean - the final amount also exactly matched the quote. I really like them because Will advise based on the problem rather than selling. I got my roof estimated several roofers and his plan was the most make-sense plan and his work was very prompt and thorough and after works, he showed the what was fixed and etc. I would hire them again

I need a roof assessment after the wind storm, Wilson came and did a thorough assessment, and didn’t recommend any service. He even helped me clean up the big branches left in the roof. The assessment didn’t cost me a penny. Thank you Wilson!

Had a fantastic experience with Roofing Formula. We had a tree hit our roof hard and needed substantial work done to fix it. Wilson provided a complete and thorough bid and was patient with all the documentation needed for the insurance company. When his his team got into the job they realized there was more damage than initially thought and so Wilson reached out immediately with a change order letting me know what they had found. The change order was extremely reasonable and I gave him the go-ahead. They did all the work in a single day including drywall where one of the tree limbs had punch through a bedroom wall. I would not hesitate to recommend Roofing Formula!

I was referred to Roofing Formula LLC by a friend of mine. I had done a roofing repair previously but there was some water trickling down the window sill in the winter. Bill dropped by and took a look. He thought that the leaves and other tree debris on my roof is clogging up the drain that connects to my down sprouts and that made the water overflow to the top of the window. And the previous roof repair wasn't done properly either as it has nails while I have a torch-down roof and there shouldn't been any nails. Bill gave me a quote for the roof cleaning, roof repair and installing drain screens and it was reasonable. Work was done 2 days after the quote. I won't hesitate to refer Roofing Formula to my friends
