Keen came out and inspected my roof since I had a spot that was leaking water into the garage. When inspecting the entire roof, he cleared away all debris as well.

He later informed me that likely had fixed the root cause for my water intrusion and recommended me to keep an eye on any further leaks and then decide to do work then.

I appreciate his kindness and patience.

Craig was professional and responsive, provided regular updates, and was very helpful in communications to and from our insurance company. He provided the facts and choices without any pressure or upselling - totally let us make the choices that were right for us. His dedication to service, and the excellent skills of the roofing team who did the work, left us with a great looking roof! He also arranged for sub-contract work for total gutter replacement and painting work. Lastly, when I need specs or other information for sharing with our HOA for architectural review and approval, he gave me exactly what was needed in a timely manner. After a great experience with M&M Roofing on my last house, I called them again for a roof leak on my current home. Within 24 hours, I had an appointment scheduled and my leak fixed. They are always professional, punctual and a pleasure to work with!

M & M Roofing was a wonderful company to work with. They responded quickly to my request for a quote and were willing to come out during the holiday weeks. I never heard back from the other companies, even after the holidays.

Their quote, for a repair caused by tree damage, came in well under our expectations. They came out to complete the repairs less than two weeks after a major snow event. Despite it only being the second day after above freezing temperatures and several inches of snow still in the ground.

The repairs were competed quickly, and there was nothing for me to clean up.

M&M did a quality job replacing my roof in May 2024. This is the second time I’ve used M&M for a roof replacement. They stand behind their work and I find them trustworthy, which is the reason I’m a repeat customer. My only quibble is I wish they’d taken greater care to avoid damage to landscaping, but I appreciate that a roof job is often big, messy work. I like that they are a relatively small local company with good crews and a commitment to customer service. Highly recommend them.

M&M Roofing installed a new roof on our house a few years ago. After the recent hail storm they contacted us to look at our roof for any damage. A representative inspected our roof, he indicated there was no hail damage, but he did find some areas that needed caulking, and a few shingles that had come loose and needed replacing. A technician came out to the house just a few weeks later and made all of the repairs. I offered to pay M&M, but they declined indicating it was part of their service. I HIGHLY recommend M&M Roofing Company, Inc.

We needed a roof replacement after a hail storm and Craig and his team were fantastic to deal with. Craig was professional and knowledgeable. Was in the process of selling my house and the home inspection had questions about the roof. I wanted to get a second opinion and called M&M. Even with being fully booked out for weeks they were able to inspect the roof to meet my deadline needed. The inspection turned out to be okay but the fact they came out free of charge and so quickly speaks volume to the company they are. Will definitely use for future repairs if needed.

We had multiple quotes done for roof repair or replacement, and of all of the contractors who came out, Craig from M&M Roofing was the ONLY one who actually got on the roof to assess it. He inspected the whole area, taking pictures to show what needed to be repaired (even taking pictures of some siding that was badly damaged and couldn't be seen from the ground). He gave me options for repair or replace, whereas every other company just quoted me for a replacement without even getting up to look at the problem areas themselves.

I felt he was very straightforward and honest with me about the pros and cons of doing just a repair, and he even stressed multiple times that our roof could have some life left in it if we didn't want to do a full replacement yet.

We decided on a full replacement for various reasons, and we are incredibly happy with the finished roof. It looks fantastic, and the crew was friendly and thorough with their work and cleanup.

We had a leak in our bathroom and Craig came out to check our roof. He did a patch at no charge and offered to come back and go into the attic, if the leak persists. The crew we had put on our new roof and of course taking up the old roof worked hard and cleaned up before they left that evening. They came back the second day to finish the job and really cleaned up our patio the side yard‘s driveway in the front yard. Matt Jensen is very professional and not a high Pressure salesman. We have M&M Roofing do another house that we lived in 20 years ago and we’re very pleased then and that roof is still holding out great. So we feel comfortable doing business with them again.

I recently had a roof replaced with M&M Roofing after noticing a leak. Craig was at my house that day to inspect my roof. A bit overdue, but time escapes. They replaced our entire roof back in May of 2021 I can't even begin to describe how amazing they were! They communicated everything start to finish, kept us updated, and they got the work done way ahead of schedule. We were out of town at the time of work but neighbors commented how fast it got done. It looked amazing! I will forever use this company now for our home needs because of this experience. Home repairs are NOT fun, it's costly and stressful and just puts more on your plate....but with that being said, I have nothing negative to say about this experience! They just made everything so seamless, I told them what I needed and they just took over and let me know how it was going and when it was done. Can't recommend enough!

M&M installed my roof about 10 years ago and did a fantastic job. I recently wanted to have it inspected. Matt came out within a couple of days and found a shingle that needed repair. He fixed it on the spot and for no charge. These folks are the best I've ever used, here or anywhere. Highly recommend them

We had a roof replaced in 2010. They were very through in getting us all the options of looks and referrals. We have had so many compliments since they put it on. We just had our gutters cleaned and he told us we had a couple tiles missing. We contacted M & M now 2021 and they send someone out. He repaired it and fixed some other minor issues. We were ready to pay and he said that's part of what we do. Highly recommend!

So, I have been battling with my insurance company over a roof replacement because of hail. One of the best experiences working with Craig and ALL his crew replacing my roof due to hail damage. I had 4 companies come to look at my roof and give estimates and all agreed it needed replaced from hail damage and all companies had good reviews. The reason I chose Craig with M&M was that he took the time to explain everything better!! He went over and beyond what anyone else did when giving me my estimate. We have a wood shake roof, and most roofing companies will not repair these, they want to replace them entirely. We have used M&M's a few times and they are always courteous and honest.
Even small repairs receive the same attention as big jobs.

We were pleased with the quality of service and our new roof 4 years ago when we had our roof replaced. After a recent storm we found a piece of flashing on our deck. They were very quick to come out and reattach the flashing. Impressive. Four years after the original service.

They fixed my shed after a wind storm dropped a large limb on it and punched a whole all the way through. Did it at a fair price and in the time they promised. They helped me find a quality gutter guy to fix some other issues: Olathe Sheet Metal.

I needed a roof replacement and quickly got a quote from M & M. They provided me a quote on the spot and walked through all the specific considerations for my roof. What I liked most about their quoting process was they listed out all the roofing brands and options all at once rather than just giving me a single option and having me to ask "what would this other shingle cost". I got quotes from 5 other roofing companies and I liked M & M the most because they had a competitive offer, helped me pick the right roof for my situation, and kept me well informed on the process. They provided all the literature I needed to make an informed decision. I was mostly concerned with the type of shingle they used and making sure they did a quality job when finding a roofing professional and they did not disappoint! I was impressed by the speed they put the roof on (one day for me) and how hard their crew worked. While I don't expect to need a new roof anytime soon, if I do, I'm going to call M & M.

They came out quickly to review the problem with my roof and gave me an estimate within a day or two. I approved it and they got the repair done more quickly than their estimated start time. Excellent job and no complaints. What I also liked is when they told me they would quote by a certain date and someone would followup with phone calls, they always did. You can trust M & M roofing! 25 years ago they roofed a house from 1889 that should have been torn down! Never was there a problem with the roof. After a hail storm, another roofer swooped into the neighborhood and helped with insurance claims. After realizing they were not getting permits and more importantly, they were not following the shingle manufacturer recommendations for waterproofing-therefore voiding warranties-we returned to the " Select" master installers!
Our skylights are 25 years old and Craig recommended replacement to prevent future leaks. At first We were wary and concerned for cost but it did not take long to realize this was a genius move! as Craig recommended, we protected the floor but only a few spots of dust came in the house. The skill of their installers is exceptional. They were very careful and worked around the many obstacles in our yard and a complicated roof with many additions to the 1889 structure.
We frequently choose to "cut corners" and Do it ourselves to save money but not with the roof! Your roof is the one thing between you and the storms!

Honest and dependable.

They were on a list of roofers recommended by GAF under warranty. We have GAF shingles on our house and couldn't be happier (e.g. 50 year warranty, 110 mph shingles, practically hail resistant). I contacted them because our insurance company stated we had hail damage to our r&r raincap that covers the furnace vent.

They came to the property to check the flashing around the vent, the caulking, and the hail damage. He said most of the raincaps in the KC area look like ours and that it didn't need to be replaced, although if it did need to be replaced, an HVAC company would be the best option because they are certified. He easily could have replaced it and charged us $150.

When we have to replace our roof again, which I hope doesn't happen for a long time, we will definitely use this company.

They gave me an honest appraisal of what my necessary repairs would be and saved me a lot of money. Highly recommend

We had a leak in a second floor sealing so we made an appointment. Craig was early, kind, and knowledgeable. He made the repairs and inspected the whole roof. We highly recommend using them!

Original review from 2017: During some recent heavy rains with strong winds, we noticed 3 different places that water was leaking and ultimately getting into walls (in one location that wall then leaked onto the ceiling of the garage). Matt from M & M Roofing came to look at the issues for us and discovered that all 3 of the leaks were likely to be related to window installation. He added a bit of sealant to the roof in one location just in case there was any water getting in at that point on our porch roof and declined any payment when I asked him what I owed for taking time out of his day to have him come check things out. Easy to work with & highly recommended!

2025 update: I had some leaking from a ceiling in some recent very heavy rains. Keen from M & M was able to come within a couple days of filling out their online form, provided clear pictures of the problems that were identified, and got mitigations for those in place for less than the minimum trip fee that another company had quoted me. Still easy to work with & highly recommended!
