EXCELLENT!!! a quick rundown - called a few places and Brad was by far the best priced along with telling me no money upfront just pay when he completes it which goes along ways with me, if he can trust me then i can deff trust him...most want half up front which always leaves you with an uneasy feeling when large amounts of money is involved. We spoke on a Monday and then on Wednesday i had a crew at my house at 7am and completely done by 4pm...again this was only 2 days after first talking to him. Had a good vibe from him since the start which made this process effortless and worry free. You would be doing yourself a disservice using anyone else.
