We’re most likely not the typical customer of Roofing Doctor - asked for help with carpentry work around the exterior of our home. We had a bunch of rotten wooden fence posts, balusters, beams, etc. The work required customization and they delivered. Paul and the crew were very professional and hard working. They completed the work sooner than expected and costs were inline with our expectations. And importantly, they cleaned up every day and left the site with no debris, nails, etc.

I will certainly use Roofing Doctor again based on our experience. They will be our first call when replacing our cedar shingle roof when the need arises. I highly recommend this company.

I was very pleased with the Roofing Doctors' work in re-shingling my house and garage. They also placed a chimney cap on my chimney and were very thorough in re-flashing the chimney.

This team was wonderful! Sales was social and genuine, the labor team was quick and efficient. Reasonably priced… thousands less than other quotes we received. My only minor complaint is that we are still finding some nails and staples in my driveway (not sure what we’ll find in the lawn,) just lucky we haven’t had a flat and our kid and pets have stepped on one.
I would 100% recommend them and so grateful they were recommended to me!

The Roofing Doctor has kept tabs on our roofing for fifteen years or so as we handled replacement as needed in three separate phases. The latest job finishes the whole project and ties the whole together beautifully. It is perfect from every angle and we couldn't have asked for any better outcome. This final job was major, but with a very large and skilled crew the work was accomplished in only one day and I could hardly believe the time spent by the crew in cleaning up from the days work. Everything was put back in place and plants and all looked undisturbed. We are very pleased to recommend the Roofing Doctor.

We had Roofing Doctor strip off our old shingles and replace with new flashing as well as install leaf guards on our front gutters in 2017. They banged out the job in 2 days, leaving no mess.
They also did a great job with the flashing along our roofline on garage along main house as well as around our chimney.

Shingles still look great and have no issues. Have recommended them to neighbors and friends since our job was completed.

Quality of work very good. We have been through some incredible windstorms ( a tornado and straight line winds) and didn’t lose a single shingle. The crew did a very good job of cleaning up after installation.

A friend had recently had their roof replaced and gave them high praise. 2. The written estimate and the package of materials (shingles and brochures) was so complete, every question was answered. 3. They started the job in a timely fashion, came on time and finished a 1440 sq. Ft house with a section of flat roof in one day. 4. We also had Sergei advise us on two small leaks requiring attention. While he could have talked us into a more elaborate "repair" he showed great integrity and advised on a more modest approach until the entire roof needs addressing a few years into the future.

Our experience with the Roofing Doctor could not have been better. We hired them for a moss remediation and the initial estimate assumed the work could be completed with a single treatment. It turned out the crew needed to return twice, once for almost an entire day's worth of work. I just had all new gutters and gutter guards put on my house by The Roofing Doctor. They also put a new rain cap on my chimney. They did a great job in all respects, they were pleasant to work with, and the price was reasonable.

Excellent service, the main reason I'm a repeat customer. When I had leaking where the sunroom attached to the house, they sent someone out within a day to evaluate and he performed a temporary repair to the flashing which held until the full work could be scheduled. The office manager, Dawn, does an awesome job keeping the customer informed through each step of the process. When the garage needs a new roof, they're the only place I"m going.

Just had them come out to repair work that another roofer had done several years ago. Very happy with the corrections that the Roofing Doctor made to secure the roof properly. Great job.

They are everything you want in a contractor: prompt and good communicators; problem-solvers, attentive to details, and excellent at their trade. We hired them to do some rubber roofing on a historic house. When they found a little wood rot, they did not charge us extra for replacing it. Their work was meticulous. They kept us in the loop of what they were doing throughout the few weeks they were working, and the finished on our agreed-upon deadline.

Sergei and team did really nice job. Large team came in early on a Monday morning and worked until 715 pm. A small amount of mop up next morning and job was done.

Clean up part of job exceeded expectations as well. New gutters installed, 3 new skylights and all without any issues.

I found the roofing doctor through a referral from someone I knew that had their roof done. I called the roofing doctor for an estimate, and Sergei came out and gave me an estimate. He was the owner so that being said, there’s no salesman’s commission to add on. He was knowledgeable, professional, and very likable person. Also, I like the fact that all his Google reviews were five stars. He gave me a great price. And all the materials they use for your roof are high quality, he doesn’t cheap out. On the morning of the install, they came out early, a crew of 10 people. The job was done very professional. I was very satisfied. They work quickly and efficiently the best part is there were no nails around my yard or driveway and when they left, the mess was cleaned up 100%.
I also want to thank Mark the foreman he was also very respectful and professional and any extra requests I asked he made sure they were done.

We are so pleased with the work the Roofing Doctor has done for us over the last several years. We own an old colonial house built in 1752, on the National Historic Register, which presents its own set of challenges and we are quite sensitive to keeping it in good condition, both physically and aesthetically. The Roofing Doctor has worked with us to achieve these sometimes-conflicting objectives. They completely re-shingled the gambrel roof with premium cedar shingles, repaired a significant crack in the chimney, re-worked the gutters & downspouts replacing the copper offsets (custom hand crafted), and most recently, they completely restored the pine front door replacing some rotting panels with very fine, detailed carpentry work. They were even able to keep in place an antique lock which came from an 1845 mill my great, great grandfather owned. All of their work has not only been competitively priced but done with meticulous craftsmanship. They completed each job in a timely manner within the scope of contract and they are the most knowledgeable, courteous, and hard-working team of people we have ever dealt with. On all projects the work went smoothly and the execution of the Roofing Doctor was topnotch.

The Roofing Doctor did a fantastic job. From coming out promptly and providing a detailed quote, to the job completion, our roofing project went great. The installation crew did a great job in prepping our house and yard for the demo and install. The cleanup was thorough as well, with no debris or nails left anywhere. All that and the job was finished in one day (we have an average size roof), the new roof looks great, and the rotted clapboards at the base of our chimney were replaced as well.

Sergei’s office assistant was wonderful because she helped me pick out the color of shingle that would look best on my home. The work was done promptly after I signed the estimate. The roofing crew were extremely proficient. They stripped the old roof and replaced the shingles in less than 8 hours. They were extremely tidy and the quality of their work is superior.
