Lance really came through for us. We had one day left on contingencies in our contract to buy a house and needed a roof inspection before making a decision. He squeezed us in last minute and came through with a fair estimate, and more importantly offered some much needed information about what future maintenance and a roof replacement timeline would look like. We will be using them to repair when we close!

A hailstorm hit my neighborhood a few weeks ago, followed a week later by a couple of houses down the block putting signs of roofing contractors on their front lawns. After researching reviews of roofing contractors, I decided to try Ethos and requested a free roofing estimate from them online. Lance Hardison called me within 10 minutes to set up an appointment, and I was exceptionally impressed that he gave me a specific time he would show up instead of a 2 or 4-hour window. Lance was the epitome of professionalism throughout the entire process. He arrived on time, conducted a thorough inspection of my roof, and gave me an honest assessment of the condition of the roof with no scare tactics. My roof wasn't damaged by the hailstorm, and Lance didn't try to create reasons for me to have a new roof installed. His honesty and integrity says a lot about him and Ethos in general. As I said, I don't need a new roof now, but when I do, I won't hesitate to contact Ethos through Lance.

There is no secret how Ethos gets so many great reviews. I personally worked with Nick, the project manager whose crews did a great job fixing my leaky roof. Ethos beat 3 other quotes I got as the most reasonably priced. I am very satisfied with the work done. That is why I will not hesitate to leave a good review here.

We had a great experience with Ethos Contractors in all stages of our tile roof repair. Dean took photos and a video of our roof, noticing damaged tiles. He gave us an estimate of the cost to repair the roof, which was very reasonable.
The repairs were done in a timely manner, and Dean kept in contact with us regarding the time workers would be there.

Josh came by yesterday and performed a free roofing inspection. He found a few nails in our flashing that were not sealed. He very graciously grabbed a tube of sealant out of his truck and went back up on the roof and sealed those nail heads for us gratis. Very professional and I will call him again whould I have any roofing questions.

Ethos Roofing & Restoration was recently employed to repair our 25 year old tile roof which had many damaged areas caused snow and ice. Salesman, Dean Cerrone, was able to do all required tile replacements by substituting a locally acquired tile for the damaged ones. This saved us a lot of money from having to buy a larger quantity and shipping for a long distance. The installers did great work and we were very pleased after the crews 2 days of hard work

I had a bad experience with a contractor who left my metal standing seam roof incomplete. It was difficult to find a company willing to finish the job due to liability concerns. Many companies either refused or quoted an exorbitant price. Then I met Nick from Ethos Roofing & Restoration. He was professional, courteous, and got the job done quickly. I'm very satisfied with their service and highly recommend this company.

I've never had such a positive experience with a contractor before. Nick and his team were professional and such a delight to work with. They helped guide me through the insurance claim process and what started out as a daunting repair, in the end, really felt more like a remodel. Our home is better off now than before the hail damage!

I had an excellent experience working with Sam at Ethos Roofing. Sam was readily available from start to finish via text or phone call. Sam answered all my questions and worked very well with our insurance company. Sam was very patient and nothing seemed rushed. Sam explained everything along the way. We needed some detailed fascia replacement and skylight trim work in addition to roof and gutters. All the work was done to my satisfaction. I recommend Ethos Roofing very highly and would use them again.

After calling and meeting with over 10 contractors and one failed attempt at a hail roof claim in 2023, I finally got hit a home run with Ethos. They stepped into my denied claim, looked it over along with my roof and suggested I give them a try and appeal the insurance decision. BY FAR the best decision I made as it was quickly approved on appeal after Ethos walked the claim owner through the damage. The roof qualify is top notch and they have stood by their work and fixed a few items very quickly. My claim was not your typical claim and they have been very kind and patient with me along the way. I couldn't recommend Ethos more.

Ethos did a wonderful job on our home. The work included stucco, gutters, sections of tile roof, painting, screens and one window replaced. We had hail damage and damage to our roof, gutters, skylights, and siding of our house from a tornado that touched down right near the house. Ethos was informative, responsive, communicative, efficient, and accountable throughout the entire process of assessing damage, helping us work through challenges with our homeowner's insurance, and completing work to replace our entire roof, skylights, gutters, and to remove and replace the entire siding of our whole house and repaint the house. The house looks brand new and better than ever!

The team was professional, quick, and did great work. Dean was extremely communicative and walked us through the whole process and answered all of our questions. Upon selling our house, Dean came by to do all minor wear and tear repairs to the roof to ensure that the new owners were getting a perfect room. Dean came by for the minor repairs the same day we called him. We will definitely be return customers if the need ever arises again.

Lance Hardison of Ethos Roofing climbed up on my roof in Northeast Park Hill and quickly found evidence of hail damage. Not totally unusual for the area. He shared some information, did some paperwork and I called my insurance company. I put in a claim and when the inspector came out Lance went up on the roof with him. They did accept the hail damage claim and Lance and Ethos Roofing did a great job of communicating with me and the insurance company. Lance helped me pick out some shingles, and although there were some backorder issues, I got a great new roof in a timely fashion. Lance even helped adjust my dish so I could get my channels. Lance and Ethos did a great job for me!

Ethos Roofing and Sam, the General Manager did a great job on our house from the roof and gutter, to staining the house, repairing and painting the deck - all work teams showed up on time and did quick and professional work. In addition, Sam worked through the insurance headaches and guided the process perfectly. Sam is a true professional.

We worked with Sam who supported us through the entire process. Our insurance’s first proposal was not enough to cover our deductible. After Sam performed a detailed inspection, documented the damage and presented a comprehensive report to my insurance company, our insurance completely replaced the roof, gutters, 8 windows and repainted portions of our house. I was largely hands off and Sam/Ethos took care of the entire process. The work itself was high quality and we are thrilled with the end result. Sam was highly communicative and ensured any questions or concerns were answered or addressed in full. I certainly hope that we don’t have to go through this again, but if we do, Sam and Ethos will be our only call. Couldn’t recommend them enough.

Ethos took on our hail damage with gusto. The insurance company gave us a settlement amount, but it seemed worse than they said. Ethos worked with the insurance company on the damage to our property and the insurance company ended up agreeing that we needed several windows replaced and a new roof.

The process definitely took a while, permits take a while, but once ready to go all the work was completed quickly and with great care.

Highly recommended. Worked with them on a roofing project recently and they were prompt, professional, and completed all work to a high standard. After the roof work was completed they followed up with us consistently until our solar panel that were re-attached. Truly above and beyond customer service from these folks.

Not a good experience with this company at all. Truly feel like I was misled with multiple things communicated to me in the process from the price and money that I would be getting back to even the verbal confirmation on an upgrade from a class 3 and was suppose to be a class 4 that was installed and was not. Thought they were extremely messy with their debris they left around the house and destruction of property while installed. Nails in 2 of my neighbors car tires. Would not recommend this company to anyone, the whole process was sloppy and not transparent to say the least.

Highly recommend Ethos! Worked with Nick specifically and he made the whole process quick and easy. We had broken tiles on our roof that unfortunately had been broken for a while and damaged the plywood and weather barrier. Ethos out of a group of Yelp recommended roofers. Lance Hardison, the Project Coordinator to be came out to do the inspection and told us that there was significant damage. Based on his presentation of Ethos' standards, practices and procedures we decided to go with them for the roof replacement work. Ethos did a great job in executing the project which included besides the roof work, house painting, gutter replacement and fence painting. We highly recommend Ethos.

Even though they were on my very steep roof for hours, they honored their estimate. Uriel was great to tell me what was going on and showed me pictures of the damage they were repairing. If you live in Colorado, you probably know that insurance claims for hail damage on your home can be pretty painful and take much longer than you expect, usually because you discover your insurance company is there to fight and lowball you every step of the way (and you have very little leverage on your own). No matter what your insurance agent says, companies like Ethos can help you get what you actually need to repair your home.

I worked with Lance Hardison at Ethos on a hail damage claim on our home in Parker, and he helped us navigate the process, negotiate a much higher payout from insurance to actually cover the damage, and manage all of the work that resulted in our 50-year-old home looking nearly brand new. It's literally a crazy transformation, and the team at Ethos did a great work on our house after they helped us get insurance stuff squared away.

After a huge hail storm, we were replacing a roof, gutters, repainting, fixing damage to a deck, replacing shredded screens, and detaching and replacing solar panels on the house. This was nearly a complete exterior redo on the house that required a lot of coordination, negotiation with insurance and an overabundance of proof, and a lot of patience that Lance helped guide me through. I didn't realize that insurance claims can take as long as they do for hail damage (expect it to take months, not weeks), so Lance was equal parts project manager and therapist to me whenever I got impatient or annoyed with our insurance company. Those moments happened pretty often, and he was just a text away.

While insurance claims like this are rarely pleasant, it really helps to have people like Lance and the knowledgeable team at Ethos in your corner. Just refuse to communicate with Adam from Orix who handles some of the paint billing. He is one of the most needlessly oversensitive and defensive people I’ve ever spoken with, just awful.

I would've been screwed by our insurance company without them, and the quality of the repair and reconstruction work is great. They can pretty much do it all on exterior work, and I owe Lance a huge thank you for all he did. Ask for Lance when you contact Ethos, and he'll help you make it through every step of the process.

Great experience. We had a difficult time getting someone out to look at and complete our small repair job. Ethos came out, gave a fair proposal and completed the work in a timely manner. Hope not to need another roof repair, but we'd start with Ethos and suggest you do as well.

My roof was leaking due to the former roofer not building the addition to my house correctly. Ethos stood out because when I met with several roofers for quotes, Nick was able to offer me alternative suggestions for the repair. Others were pushing for a completely new roof and other outlandish suggestions. I would recommend Ethos to family and friends.

I don't have an easy roof. Cement tile shingles and some areas require a 30' ladder to access.
I went through multiple vendors, to find a group of professionals that could actually identify and fix my problem. The team @ Ethos was that team. They had both the expertise and the appropriate tools (drone roof inspection) to identify and repair the issues we were having.
