Our experience with Roof4Life was nothing less than wonderful. Mike and Gio were very prompt to do the inspection of the roof and to provide different options for the leak that we had. After a period of going through the different options, we decided on replacing the entire roof and we are happy that we decided to go with Mike and Gio's team. They were able to finish the job in 3 days and they identified the problems that caused the leak in the first place. They made sure to do the right job this time around to give us peace of mind about not worrying about any future roof leaks. Mike and Gio were very responsive each step of the way, and we felt that they were very trustworthy especially given such a big expense like this. We got updates on the roof on a daily basis and the team did the best they could to get the job done efficiently which we really appreciated. One did not even look at my roof and inside my attic, and another told me I needed to replace 43 pieces of plywood. I decided to check Roof4Life after a referral. I've spent the majority of my career in the Quality Assurance field with my last five years as a Quality Assurance Director for the US Navy. My primary focus was to ensure that work accomplished by a highly skilled workforce was both technically and administratively accurate. Roof 4 Life was amazing from start to finish, and did an beautiful job at a very reasonable bid. We had a complex project in many ways- our property involved 4 separate homeowners under the same roof (townhouses), with logistics that involved a very tight alley and overhead power lines. The crew was hugely accommodating and worked really hard- due to the logistics of our alley and power lines they could not use a crane and ended up hand-carrying each stack of roofing material via ladder, each weighing 100 lbs. They got the job done in record time- 2 days- in order to give driveway space back to residents as soon as possible. Gio, Chris, and Mike were ultra communicative, proactive about giving updates, and were always available by phone. The new roof looks amazing -we received an album full of photos. We are so glad we chose this company for our project and would recommend them to everyone.

Had about 9 estimates. some of them didn't even want to do the job. One of them wanted $18,000. I went with roof4life. They did the job for under $7000, and I'm so happy with the job done. We needed to get our full roof replaced and I cannot be happier that I chose Roof4Life. Replacing roof is a costly job and we gave ourselves enough time to research and compare pros and cons of multiple companies. Roof4Life has been efficient with communication and very competitive with pricing.
Ben, Chris, and Gio are very delightful people to work with and has great teamwork. Their role is different, but so transparent and prompt that it seems like I am working with a single person. I liked how they communicated very straight forward - there was no surprise, sales pitch or any hidden cost.
Gio came for the inspection, gave good recommendation for any issues he found on the roof, and explained their roofing materials with samples so it was very clear what to expect.
It has been a rainy winter and had to wait for a clear day to start the job. On the day of roofing replacement, it was sunny, but very cold. I worried about the roofing crews and thought I had to reschedule, but they came prepared and worked very professionally.
A lot of our plywood were damaged and we had to replace almost half of them. Their plywood replacement cost was also most affordable compared to other companies. It took two and a half days to total to complete. They made sure the roof is covered up and cleaned up very nicely before they left each day.
I am satisfied with the look of the new roof. and the warrantee on roof material and labor gives me peace of mind.

The team that replaced my roof are craftsman. I would recommend them to my friends. They removed the old roof and laid the new waterproof underlayment in one day. The second day they laid the new shingles and reflashed the chimneys and sky lights. They used and expert to rebuild the built-in gutter system. The crew worked quietly (no radios playing). They also ran a magnet over the yard to pickup up lost nails.
The project coordinator visited twice to verify the work. He took a picture of the roof showing the consistent effort and the absolutely straight line of shingles on the ridge We were both pleased with the results. The weather was an opponent the whole time. But the same crew returned to continue the project after each delay. I really liked that. The office staff provided excellent support during the project.

My husband & I got several quotes for a roof replacement, and Roof4Life seemed to be the best value for the cost. We were frustrated to even be having to replace our roof, as a roofing contractor had inspected our roof and certified it for five years when we bought our home (it began leaking into our home within the first year). Peter, Ben and the rest of the Roof4Life team made what could have been a negative experience and a nuisance to have to take care of a very positive one. We'd recommend their services to any of our friends & family. The one piece of feedback I have is that the installation team could have been a little more careful with nails (we have found quite a few in our yard, which is a bit of a hazard for our 1.5 year old and our dogs), but I imagine that would be the case with anyone we used. Overall a great experience with these guys. Our new roof looks great and the warranty gives us good peace of mind.

We bought our first home in January of 2021. Given the state of the market we had to waive inspection. Even without the inspection, we knew the roof was a major concern, and my wife and I were dreading the process of replacing it. I collected 18 quotes across 6 different companies, creating a detailed spreadsheet that covered costs, material, skylights, under laymen, gutters, and everything else related to our roof. Roof4Life was the best priced option out of all the quotes I collected.

We loved our experience with Roof4Life. Claudio came by our home for a quote, was very knowledgeable and asked a lot of questions, highlighting aspects of the roof I was unfamiliar with. It was really nice to have him to really help educate me on how a roof is replaced. From all the companies that came out for quotes, he got up on the roof to inspect it, and gave useful insights to the job. He didn’t treat the encounter as a sales pitch, but more of a educational opportunity, helping me understand what it would take to replace my roof, and the various parts to it.

Leading up to the job, Craig at Roof4Life often communicated with me via email, providing quotes, and was very helpful for any questions I had regarding the quote. As I was new to the process, I had many questions and he always replied in a timely manner.

The job took a little over two days. The team that worked on the roof were all very polite and considerate. They moved vehicles to help me leave in the morning for work, and then knew better where to park from then on. Although I gave them permission, they never once came inside the house. They all seemed very aware to be as least intrusive as possible. While the property had the typical debris across it throughout the workday, they cleaned up every piece at the end of each day. This was actually quite surprising as the debris was extensive at times. In addition to the removal, disposal of existing roof, under laymen, new plywood, flashing, and roof material, the team also replaced all our fascia and barge boards. They worked with me one of the mornings to provide me with time to paint the boards too. They even helped me paint them. All in all, this was a great crew with incredible professionalism.

Lastly, the workmanship was superb. The roof looks incredible, the colors of the material were exactly as they depicted. There were no through-nails in any of the eaves. Our roof had several skylights, and they did a marvelous job installing them. My wife and I are so happy with the new roof, and thrilled we decided to go with Roof4life, they were the most competitive in pricing, and we were worried that would represent a loss in some other aspect of the job. However they were exceptional across the board. I highly suggest you use them if you are considering roofing work.

We r very pleased with Roof4life, in first place I made at least a dozen appointments with roofers , 2 gave me quotes over the phone but never came out , 4 did come out and only one other was thorough as Roof4life. I called "Roof 4 Life" out to replace the leaking roof on my detached garage. They were very competitive on price and flexible as far as down payment. This company did a Great job! From a timely estimate to the install. Good communication, and great quality. They also cleaned up very well. They were very careful about not leaving any nails around.

These guys replaced our roof. It was a two-layer tear-off and my only issue was that they left debris and nails covering the front steps for us to walk through when we got home. It was rectified quickly and they did great work. Good pricing also.

It was about a year ago I reached out and got 4 quotes from different companies. Roof4life just stood out to me. Peter came out and he was very knowledgeable about the specific issues with our environment and the type of tree and other debris that falls on our roof. I hired Roof4Life to do a roof replacement for my mother who's roof was damaged and leaking due to one of the big storms last year. I started my roofing project by unintentionally getting 7 quotes. Except for Gio at Roof 4 Less, each appointment took well over an hour. The prices quoted ranged from $13,000 to over $47,000! Gio handed me a written quote in less than 15 minutes (we did spend another 45 minutes on the phone discussing details after he left). I checked Roof 4 Live reviews and while they were the lowest price, their credentials were solid, so I chose to work with them. The team is solid, from pricing and sales, to helping with financing, to the installation crew. My career was in construction and I observed the install throughout the day. I was very pleased with the attention to detail and quality of the work. Roof 4 Less was on time, on budget, and provided a quality product. In addition, I elected to add plywood to my roof deck, which was not in the original price provided. Roof 4 Less gave me a fair price for the additional labor (I provided the plywood). Roof for Life used ice/rain shield on overhangs, valleys and ridges as well as drip metal throughout perimeter. We had vent-a-ridge installed on multiple ridges and it really made the roof look fantastic. Not to mention
it is far superior to regular vents.
