We had a leak and Roof Works was recommend to me by a friend who is a local contractor. His words were "Roof Works will give you a dry house". They came out quickly to make an assessment, the assessor applied a temporary fix, and then had a crew out two days later to complete the job. Pricing was upfront and fair, and there were no surprises, and my house is still dry.

I can't say enough about how good this company is. Both our installation and repair-work after recent storms was done well, fast and affordably. When it's time to replace my roof, I'm calling Roof Works!

We built our home in 2018 and Roof Works installed the original roof and did an excellent job. A few years later a branch hit the top of our roof penetrating it. We didn't realize the damage until it was raining on my wife in the middle of the night. Roof Works immediately responded the next day, replaced plywood board and broken shingles for a very reasonable fee. In January of 2024 our neighbor's tree came crashing through our roof breaking several trusses and penetrating the vinyl siding on the side of our home. Roof Works replaced a good part of the roof over the garage and replaced the siding in a manner that makes the repaired area indistinguishable from the original roof and siding. I have needed a shed roof for about a year. I had contacted other roof companies with little to no luck. I received a flyer in the mail and contacted Roofworks of Virginia and spoke to Mary near closing time. She provided good information and was very pleasant and courteous. The next day I received a call from Vincent who scheduled an estimate for Thursday May 9, 2024. He phone on Wednesday May 8 and was in the area and could stop by if I was available. (I'm used to getting calls to reschedule for a later date... Not an earlier one) He provided a very reasonable and detailed estimate and i agreed to the job. The next day TJ contacted me and informed me his crew is available Tuesday May 14. Two workers, Eduardo and Elias arrived as scheduled and began working immediately. They did a great job from start to finish and even trimmed some tree limbs that were hanging over the shed. They informed me as well as showed me some plywood that did not need to be replaced and allowed me to decide. The next day Vincent phoned and provided me a updated price for the job which reflected cost savings for not replacing all of the plywood. Very impressive. Some businesses might not be so upfront. I highly recommend Roofworks for any roofing needs. Form beginning to end a very pleasant experience and extremely prompt.

Kudos to the crew at Roof Works of Virginia for an outstanding job on our new roof at our Lake Monticello house. They were on time, on budget, did great work and handled the cleanup well too. Shout out to Vince, Scott, Jose, Richard and the rest of the crew for making this a very positive experience.

I had my entire roof redone with roof works 2 years ago, all wood, shingles,soffit and facia was wrapped. They did awful work, awful clean up and everyone who comes to my house thinks a clown did it. I chose a small pitance of a discount over a redo because i did not want them back here.i have had to nail wrap back up myself after it started falling off. They suck!!! Edit to response-The job is on ladysmith road and i have a reciept and cancelled check if you woukd like to see it.- K.C

resealed it..Great customer service.

They installed the roof on our house but needed to come back to fix an issue. December marked a year since we’ve been in the house and roof works STILL has NOT come back. My husband is going to get up on the roof and try to fix the problem himself. Don’t waste your time with roof works—they are highly unprofessional and obviously not dependable at all.

After receiving several estimate for replacing my roof and gutters, I decided to go with Roofworks. Vincent came out to meet with me and sent over my estimate. After I sent a few dozen emails asking questions (this was all new to me) Vincent was very patient and answered every email/question I sent. The crew that came out to do the roof was very quick and proficient. They did a great job on the roof and took great care with the clean up. The crew that came out to install the gutters were just as quick and proficient. Over all my experience with everyone I spoke with at Roofworks was fabulous! I really appreciate all the time and effort put in to my home. Thank you!

We got an appointment after describing our leak problem. They came out in a reasonable amount of time and in less than an hour, they went over the roof, replacing three vent pipe collars. All done professionally and at the price quoted. I recommend them.

I had the siding, gutters, and soffits replaced and everything wrapped in aluminum. The crew was fast and they did excellent work. I would definitely recommend these guys to anyone needing work done on their home's exterior!

After getting a few different estimates from top rated roofing companies we decided to go with Roof Works of VA to replace our roof, and we couldn't be happier! Their estimate was a little lower than the competition and Vincent provided us with multiple different options to suit our needs. Although the roof replacement took longer than anticipated, this was due to the complexity of our roof and the extreme heat. The roofers took great care not to damage the plants and landscaping surrounding the house, and they did an excellent job cleaning up afterwards. The new roof looks AMAZING! More importantly, even when our roof was brand new we had a small leak near the chimney whenever a big storm came through. However, our chimney was dry as a bone when yesterday's storm hit! I totally recommend Roof Works of VA for all your roofing needs!

UPDATE: In the 4.5 years since Roof Works replaced my roof, we have had a few fierce storms and high winds in my area. A few days ago I noticed a few ridge caps had blown off my roof so I called Roof Works to come out and replace the missing ridge caps. Less than 24 hours after I called, a crew was at my house and replaced the missing pieces under warranty. I couldn't be happier with my decision to go with Roof Works to replace my roof!

I had a roof put on my house about a year ago by Roof Works. Shortly after the roof was replaced I started having a warping problem. I have contacted Scott the owner on numerous occassions to try to resolve the issues at hand and for him to take responsible for the warping of the plyboard that was replaced but he refuses to take any responsbile. I have talked to several lawyers to find some ground of litigation and certainly found enough of them but it would cost a small fortunate to take Roof Works to court and they know this because of how you live and what kind of house you live in that you wouldn't be able to afford a civil litigation case against this company. I find it very applauling that a company of this size just tosses you aside after they get their money and will not deal with any problems that arise afterwards, even though they guarantee their workmanship for 10 years. Think again people, I would certainly not recommend this company to anyone for all reasons above. Do your homework as much as possible before you choose a contractor to do any work on your home especially if you are a woman, we seem to be hit the hardest by these scums!

Had a roof installed by this company about seven years ago and I am trying to sell the home now and the inspector found moisture in the attic. Called them to see if they can come out to look at it, was told I would hear back within two days...nothing. A week went by I called back and the gentlemen stated he will look into it and I should receive a call back, nothing this was four days ago. I find it very unprofessional and insensitive to not return someones call in a timely manner, especially when you give them a timeframe.

Tried to get an estimate for repair/replacement. Didn't hear anything from them for a week so called and they had lost my address but would go out. Then after another week of nothing they said they had my phone number wrong. After hearing it would be another 2 weeks before they could come do an estimate (not repair work, just the estimate), I said it wouldn't work. Got a call back 5 mins later and told that the whole roof needed to be replaced and there wasn't storm damage (even though the insurance company had already approved the repair). Don't waste your time on this company.

I need my roof replaced and of course I'm not going to get only 1 estimate. Their estimator came out an hour and a half early when another contractor was there and I asked him if he could come back in 15 minutes and he never came back. I called them back and they said they would not come back again because "we don't deal like that". Apparently they don't like competition. Won't be calling you guys back but thanks for nothing!
