I reached out to Jose from ROOF USA because I had damage to my roof. He came to my home and inspected my roof. He was very informative in explaining what he saw. He also explained that my insurance company would agree to replace it, something I was not aware of. After calling my insurance company they sent an adjuster to my house. Jose wanted to be here during the inspection to be my advocate for my claim to get the roof replaced and I was approved!
Jose’s crew showed up on time, were very thorough in removing the old roof, worked hard and now I have a beautiful new roof! They also did a great job cleaning up.

Roof USA made the process of replacing our damaged roof super easy and convenient. Jose was great! Friendly, extremely knowledgeable, diligent in following up with the inspector sent by our insurance carrier, and so much more. Due to the storm damage we were able to have our roof replaced for the cost of our deductible. I must mention that the team of workers were phenomal and relatively quick for what was required. They also did a thorough job cleaning up after. I have already recommended them to several friends.

Jose (Roof USA) and his crew were excellent to work with! Our home had a large section of vinyl siding blown off and some interior water damage during a heavy March rain and windstorm. With a weekend of heavy rain in the forecast, Jose and one of his crew members came out on a Friday night to put a waterproof underlayment (tarp) over the missing section of siding to prevent further interior damage while we worked with our homeowners insurance company for repair/replacement approval. For nearly 2 months our homeowners insurance company insisted that “matching siding was available” and that we could replace just the large section that had been blown off. The insurance company clearly hoped we would just tire with the process and repair with a mismatch shade of siding. However, Jose worked diligently with us and our insurance company to prove & document that there was no matching siding available. Thanks to the diligence and experience from Jose, our insurance company finally approved a full side siding replacement. The Roof USA crew completed the quality siding work in 2 days and the interior damage was made good as new a few days later. Jose is very responsive and a pleasure to work with, and the quality of work is excellent! So much so that we recently referred Jose (Roof USA) to our nephew, whom Jose managed to get a new roof approved by his homeowners insurance company AND installed within about a one-week period! We highly recommend Jose (Roof USA)!

Jose, the owner, is very professional and after he inspected our roof he diligently explained it's condition to us and expressed his suggestions about replacing it. His work crew consists of several very hard working men who completed the whole job in one day. We are very pleased and highly recommend them.

After 24 years, I needed to finally replace the roof on my house and matching shed. Insert JOSE ELERA, contractor & insurance specialist for ROOF USA. Jose had done work on several roofs in my development, so I had a conversation with him regarding my roof. Jose came the next day and conducted a FREE roofing inspection (he went up on my roof and provided me with pictures of missing shingles and a gutter that had pulled away from my house). After seeing the damage for myself (none of which I was able to see from ground level), I knew I had to get the work done.

Jose and his team of skilled professionals arrived at my house on Dec. 15, 2023, worked all day, and completed my entire roof and shed on that same day. On the following day, they returned and made sure that everything was cleaned up (all items put back into place, including furniture on my deck), and no nails or debris were lying around my property.

This business is top-notch, and their quality of work and professionalism is impeccable. Jose is an incredible communicator (both in English and Spanish) and he works well with most major insurance companies. I was surprised to see the reputation he had with my particular insurance company. ***IMPORTANT: My insurance rate did not increase by submitting a claim and my insurance company paid to replace my entire roof and shed's roof. Jose and ROOF USA have proven to be incredible advocates for me and countless others in my community, serving as a liaison between myself and the insurance company. He represented my interest throughout the entirety of the process, making sure all damage was accurately assessed and documented for my claim to be fully approved.

yes at first it seemed to good to betrue but Jose walked us through the whole process and he knew who to call and what deptarment to use and now we have a new beautiful roof paid for by our insurance, he works hard and is so friendly and caring. He provided references of others in my neighborhood who had used his services and I was able to speak to several of them who also highly recommended him. Jose from Roof USA helped myself and both of my neighbors with roof damage from a storm earlier this year. Jose and Roof USA were absolutely incredible in working with our home owners insurance to have our roof replaced under insurance. Roof USA repeatedly fought with insurance to prove that a replacement was required, discussing directly with reps to make the case on our behalf. I cannot stress how important and helpful this is. Of course they do it because they want the business, but this is also how they're demonstrably different from the other guys who just want to push for a new roof without working with insurance and using scare tactics. All work was completed in a single day for a 3500 sq ft roof, job site was cleaned up properly, really couldn't be happier. A professional company who actually gives strong customer value, HIGHLY HIGHLY Recommend.

Were 30 minutes late to the appointment for an estimate. I had to reach out to them after being late. Personal issues was the excuse. Was told I would receive a text quote for the job. 8 hours later I text requesting a quote I get a "liked text message response " over 24 hours later I get an overpriced response. No stars!

I was very pleased with my experience with Roof USA. They kept in contact with me from start to finish and even handled 95% of dealing with the Insurance Company. They were on time and had it done in one day and had everything cleaned up the way they found it. Definitely recommend them!

Jose and the team at RoofUSA were awesome! He knocked on my door one day and I’m so glad he did! With his help, we were able to open a claim with insurance to get a full roof replacement covered, only having to pay my deductible saved us thousands! From start to finish, the process only too about two weeks (with the install only taking a day), it was so easy! Jose took care of everything and we are so happy to have worked with him!
