After a storm damaged my tile roof, I decided it was time to replace it, even though I had been putting it off for years. My roof replacement was expertly completed by Chris and his team, and the procedure went much more smoothly than I expected. My friends in Sun Lakes have already complimented me on how beautiful my new roof looks.

I understand the importance of roof maintenance because I own a home in Tempe. My roof was expertly inspected and maintained by Chris, who even identified possible problems before they became more serious. Excellent service, and I feel more secure about the state of my roof now.

The owner, Chris, and his team were very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to choosing our roof company. They explained every detail of what products they were using as well as videos/photos of how the work was going and final product. We have 2 flat roofs and a tile roof, and it was all completed within 3 days (6 total from the first phone call and them coming out to give us the estimate). We appreciate the efficiency and professionalism of their work. My husband and I would highly recommend them!

We got 3 quotes for our roof replacement and chose another company first but pricing was similar. That company sent workers over to the house to grab a shingle sample without alerting me (but having called me at the same time to ask me about something - luckily my husband was home to alert me) and then didn't show up on time when it was stressed at booking that time was important, also with no communication at all on tardiness, I waited 45 minutes and then had to call them. We cancelled for that day and never heard from them again. I was pleased with Chris's (the owner) customer service to begin with so I was happy to reach back out and move forward with Roof Tec instead. Price range was exactly what we were looking for. He had taken the the time to go over options per my request even after I had said we were going elsewhere (I was already having doubts so turns out my instinct was right). Chris honored our quote and got us scheduled that same week. The suppliers were early, parked outside waiting for daylight- which was pleasing to see. Workers were on time as well. It ended up taking 2 days instead of 1 because we had 2 layers of roof but Chris explained why that is hard to determine until they get up there and start demo-ing. The workers were a little delayed in tarping over the bushes etc (starting demo before they put out tarps) but it was OK nothing was damaged. We do have some scratches on a couple screens from falling debris during demo. Not sure how that would be avoided but just a heads up in case it helps. Chris stopped by both days to oversee and communicate with us. Definitely recommend & would 100% use again.

Chris and his Crew are outstanding in what they do! I had a bad leak in my roof and it final showed up with all this rain we've been getting in AZ! My previous attempts to patch it up only made a complete mess! I looked up the top rated roofers in the Valley on Angie's List and within a short while Chris, the owner of Roof Tec ..., gave me a call! We discussed the details, he explained to me what was most likely going on. We agreed it needed to be fixed and he came out the next morning. He took a look inside and explained how the water damage had got to that point..He also
got up onto the roof and immediately identified several fatal factors contributing to the leak. He exposed a portion of the area and I could clearly see the water damage. Once done, we came to an agreement on costs, which it thought was very fair and competitive for the work and materials that needed to get'er done!
