Following the heavy rain storms over the weekend, we discovered a small leak and contacted Roof Solutions to assess the extent of the problem. Chris was able to come out today to take a look and determined that we had a vent that needed to be recaulked, as well as a few other small maintenance issues that he was able to fix today for a reasonable cost. Chris communicated clearly regarding the issues he found, showed us pictures of each issue and explained the remedies. Chris and his team did a great job total reroofing my house after sustaining some significant damage from multiple hail storms. He included multiple upgrades to ensure the roof is better protected in the future. He got the job done in a timely manner and he made the whole process easy. Chris was the right guy at the right time. Very friendly and does great work. I hired him to clean the gutters. Did a super job and sent pictures along the way. I asked him to clear lint out of my dryer vent while he was on the roof. Clean as new. He noted some nails that needed sealant. Sealed 83 nails around multiple flashing spots Chris gave a very fair price was prompt and super friendly. Highly recommend.

Wow! Nice, honest and great workmanship. I am a little bit looking forward to when we need to replace the roof instead of just repairing it so we can have Chris and his team back. My next-door neighbor recently had his roof replaced because of hail damage so I assumed I also had hail damage and would’ve been very easily convinced that I needed a new roof. Chris came out and inspected my roof and told me that I did not have damage that would warrant an insurance claim. Because of the age of my roof, I did have some exposed nails and venting which he sealed up for a very, very reasonable price. It is refreshing to meet someone with such integrity as what Chris demonstrated. I highly recommend his company!

After going under contract and having an inspection, it came to our attention that our roof had severe granule loss due to manufacturing defect of the shingle. Chris was able to confirm the issue promptly, worked with me to get all necessary information/photographs/samples to submit a warranty claim, and get the roof replaced within 8 days of initial contact. This means we did not have to delay closing, deal with escrowing funds for replacement, etc. Extremely pleased with the prompt communication, price point and clean up after roof replacement was complete. Could not be more thrilled with how this experience went.

Called Chris after a big hail storm in June, at the suggestion of a neighbor who had used Chris' company previously. What I got was an eminently professional and honest assessment, with a successful subsequent insurance claim and EXCELLENT roof replacement and other services by Chris' crew. Chris remained involved throughout and had everything scheduled sensibly so teams doing paint fixups or gutters weren't tripping over roofing activities and such. An all-around excellent experience, well organized, completely professional, with fantastic communication throughout. Would definitely recommend!

After a 30 minute hail storm I called Chris. He inspected my property, found damage and then guided me thru the whole process from dealing with the insurance to finishing the job. The now have a new, better roof, gutters and garden shed. Great job by Chris and the whole team.

3 year old home and we started having water leaking in a bathroom vent and the fireplace when it rained. Called up Roof Solutions as they had numerous 5 star reviews and was scheduled for the next day inspections and fix. Chris texted me when he was on his way. When he arrived he was friendly and prompt. He got on the roof and found several issues. He provided a quote that I was comfortable with and he fixed our issues. Apple Pay was also offered which made it simple. He also sent me the pictures he took when he did his inspections. First of all Chris is a great man of God and he runs his roofing company that way. He spent hours with my wife and I going over the color of the shingles and then even more hours picking out the colors for the exterior paint for the house and gutters. He was and is a true blessing to our family. The job he did was above our expectations. We have had several neighbors stop by and comment on how nice our house looks.

We had a great experience with Chris. He personally walked the roof with us to review damage, worked with our insurance to get a fair coverage, and had the roof and gutters replaced with the highest quality materials on the market. His exterior painters did an excellent job and even replaced some worn trim pieces around doors and windows. Chris did a great job. He took care of any issues right away, he was very professional and was quick to respond with any questions. He also tried hard to save us money because our situation would be a lot of out-of-pocket for us. We did get a little lucky as he new the adjuster, and it turned out to be no out-of-pocket. I did speak with a couple other roofers and in both cases they thought the adjuster wouldn't cover it. I'm glad I went with Chris in the end.

Is 10 Stars possible? Wow! What an amazing company! Roof Solutions took care of everything for us - a new roof, amazing house painting (with incredible prep work) and anything else damaged by a hail storm. First off they came out and did an assessment ahead of our insurance. This was such a help because he showed the inspector where the damage was. He went around with the inspector carefully and that increased the communication and was really to our literal financial benefit.

This house painting job was so good and we are so thankful. They pressure washed the house first thing. Then they prepped. It was amazing how they sealed every gap and small blemish or hole. They took their time and replaced every board or trim piece that was warped or rotting. We were especially pleased with how doing this spruced up our front porch. The paint they used was better quality than what was on our house already—just the right color and they used a lot of it. We had used another company a few years ago who said they would replace any boards and who said they would seal things…but we were left feeling like they put a sparse coat on and there were gaps and boards we wished they had replaced.  We feel like the exterior or our house is truly protected and refreshed and we will be good for years and years. We have a reddish barn color and feel like our house is a red sparkly jewel on the street. We truly couldn’t be any happier.  Such a quality job… Roof Solution's team gave incredible attention to detail on the prep work, kept a clean job site, used quality paint, and worked with a courteous and prompt crew. We have not one complaint about any aspect of the job. We are so thankful. We just can’t believe the contrast with others we have worked with in the past… this is a top rate group from start to finish—don’t hesitate to use them for one minute. You’ll be amazed from start to finish!

The job they did replacing the roof was no less amazing. They brought their team out and worked quickly and efficiently, right within the time frame they gave us ahead of time. They helped us choose the best roof for our house and even added a layer of protection underneath to increase the waterproofing. They were kind, kept a very clean job site and hauled all the waste away. When the town inspector came by he said “They did a good job you’ve got a great roof there.”

They even came back weeks later for a look-over and touch up a bit, and we didn’t even expect that! We’ve never had that before in our 25 years of homeownership. Roof Solutions came out and inspected my house after a hail storm. They found significant damage. I reached out to my insurance company to file a claim. This would be one of the last times I spoke with my insurance. Roof Solutions took care of most of the interactions with them. Insurance missed some of the damage and Roof Solutions was able to get them to pay for all of the hail damage. They didn't just repair my home, they improved the property value.
