Called Roof Sharks looking for an estimate to compare against two other contractors. The work was a small flat roof over a back room in the house.
The problem was that there were two roofs that needed to be stripped off due to improper installation.

Roof Shark repaired flashing on my roof on two of the coldest days of the winter. The work is neat; the workmen were hardworking and efficient under difficult conditions. John communicated well.

In contrast to almost all contractor professionals I’ve met w over many years of paying for house upkeep, John has the exceptional quality of dialogue about the work need and procedure for this.

Instead, as most contractors whom I’ve asked for prices do, listening in order to insert double talk and redirect my mind to alarming worst case scenarios, create doubt, then announce some unnecessary and expensive fix as their heroic save, he listens as a way to genuinely understand and honestly address my questions.
