Hired them to waterproof the basement from the outside w years ago. During the process I contacted the office saying they didnt dig all the way down to the foundation. I got gaslight. Once finished, after the first rain, I had a leak in my basement. Contacted them, no action.
Last week I had another company come to re-do the work. The flimsy plastic and waterproofing membrane (the tar like substance in the picture) fell off the wall once the soil was removed. As you can see on the pictures, the waterproofing ended a foot above the basement foundation which is why I had continuing water leaks. On top of this, All"Pro" had painted the membrane onto the wet soil still stuck on the wall, so it easily fell off once the soil was removed.

I contacted All"Pro" during this process too, but no one from the company bothered to make an effort to comment or compensate for the shoddy work they charged me for.

Please do not use them for this type of work. They're not good at it.

Glen was attentive and answered all my concerns promptly. He provided a fair price and also offered me a gutter and chimney cleaning included with my job. They did some repairs on my roof and replaced my chimney chaise.. I am satisfied with the work that was performed and would definitely recommend All Pro to anyone searching for a roofing company and would use them again if needed in the future.

The crew working on the replacement of the siding were the most hardworking people I have ever seen: working long hours in the summer heat. In 5 days the job was completed on the 2k square foot home. Guys was in top of the things all along. The price fot the project was decent I recommend all pro roofing .

Had work done due to squirrel damaged and blocked drain spouts. Workers came out fixed the problems. After they left it rained and I noticed the down spout and extender were still blocked. I called company and they came out to fix the blocked down spout and extender. The gentleman who came out was extremely nice.

We had a frustrating experience with an another company trying to fix our leaking fireplace, but Val and his team came to the rescue. Val suggested waterproofing as a solution and promised not to charge extra if it didn't work. He even threw in gutter cleaning and chimney cleaning at no additional cost. Although the leaking reduced significantly, it didn't completely stop. However, Val's team promptly identified and fixed another issue around our newly installed windows at no additional charge. Their dedication and thoroughness left us extremely satisfied with their service.
