You can trust Bethany and her team! Having a roof repaired or replaced is getting more expensive all the time. This is a direct result of predatory companies scouring neighborhoods and convincing people to replace their roof due to "storm damage" regardless of any actual need. Don't ever replace your roof because some stranger knocked on your door and told you they would make your insurance do it. If you are worried about your roof, hire a company that is local with a good reputation and people you can trust to give you an HONEST assessment of what you need. So Roof Replacement Solutions worked with my insurance company to get them to replace entire roof. The workers did a tremendous installation job. I get free roof inspections too which they can DO for YOU!

Very disorganized company. Very difficult to get ahold of throughout the process, lacked follow through, and ended up putting the wrong color roof on. They made everything right in the end which is why I gave a 3 star review. It was a much more painful and drawn out process than it should have been.

They charged me $825 for gutter cleaning and miter sealing. The workers were here for 1 hour, and the miter that had a leak is still leaking. I communicated this to management immediately and gave them several weeks to return and properly conduct repairs on the leak, but they have not followed up or made any attempt to rectify the situation.

Bethany is knowledgeable, hard working and genuine. She leads a great team and you can tell that both her and her team care about doing what is best for their customers.

We had our roof “repaired” with this company in December and now that it started raining in January, the roof is worse than before. I have called four times now throughout the month asking for help and NO ONE has called me back! Poor quality work and heaven forbid they guarantee their work or attempt to fix it knowing their repair did not work and even made it worse! I would NOT recommend this company seeing that they charged a large sum of money and won’t come out to see what they may have missed now that it’s rainy season!!!

I had a great experience with Roof Replacement Solutions. Mike Smith, the sales guy, was wonderful to work with. He was very honest, wasn’t pushy, and gave me a fair price. I also met the owner, Bethany Sietsma, who was super nice and really cared about my business. The roof was installed in one day and it looked great. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a quality roof at a fair price.

I called originally on October 26, 2020 based on the great reviews. They were immediately responsive and came out that day to look at our roof and gutters. We requested a quote and they were both very nice and professional. I have since not heard a single word. I have called three times now and no response. I also emailed based on the business cards that they left and one went through but the other person's email was rejected each time. Very disappointing.

My wife and I were impressed with the quick response we received from Jim. He offered us suggestions with options. He worked with us and our insurance provider to insure that we were satisfied with the results. Would highly recommend him and have to our neighbors and friends. They, likewise, have been just as impressed!

Recommended roof replacement solutions, out of Roanoke, VA, by my neighbor for a new roof. Worked with James Corring and Jim Lane. James stayed in touch with me and worked with my insurance company and adjuster to ensure process went smoothly as possible for me. James was very knowledgeable,helpful, and patient answering all my questions, checked in with me often, was there day of work and came back after roof replaced to ensure I was satisfied with the job. Highly recommend!

Cannot say enough about Jim Lane and Roof Replacement Solutions. They went above and beyond to make sure my new roof was done correctly. I had a small issue with vent several weeks later, probably not their fault, but Jim came back and fixed it anyway, the very next day. I also referred them to my parents, for an even bigger more complex roof. Jim was the perfect person for this job. Could not be more pleased. I've recommended Jim Lane, and RRS many times. 5 stars!!!!

We used them on the recommendation of our neighbor. We found them to be extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful not only about the roof installation but also working with our insurance! They are very responsive with questions and kept us informed! The roof was put on in one day and looks great! Would highly recommend! Definitely went above and beyond!

Ted washed a house for us around Nov 2005, it looked like new and sold in less than 2 weeks. It was under oak trees and was green and black all over. The wooden trim was about to peel but he did not disturb paint at all, it was clean with no chipping up. Again in May 2019 I had him chemically wash our vinyl home which is 16 years old. We had been getting letters from the HOA. They cleaned every inch of it, again with no paint loss on the wooden trim. They scrubbed the underside of the gutters so they are white again. Top to bottom the mildew and stains are gone (even our deck). They did a great job and were easy to communicate with. The subcontractors that he uses have specialized sprayers on poles so everything gets the chemical wash, then light brushing, and rinsing. Wish the guys had worn masks because it had crazy strong chlorine smell. I would not hesitate to use this company again.
