We recently had our roof replaced by RoofOne due to hail damage, and are very satisfied witht the quality and care of the work. The finished roof looks great, and the crew did a great job on cleanup. The entire process was professional, and we received a lot of helpful information and solid answers to our questions. Would highly reccomend.

Jason did a great job of answering all my questions throughout the whole process from the estimate to the roof install. Angel and Jeremy did an amazing job and worked really hard to complete the roof on the house and garage in a timely manner, while being professional, clean, and kind! I was extremely pleased with the work and thankful for their care of my home! Would recommend the crew to anyone!

A few years ago I had Roof One replace my worn out roof. They did a phenomenal job at a fair price, and they back their work 100%. You can be confident that that Roof One will always be there for you. From the office to the workers a total professional experience. I'm so happy with the company that I just had my attic fully insulated. I would like to personally thank Angelo and Kevin for the great job they did. They showed up on time, explained every step of the process, took pictures of everything, and made sure the job was perfect. I'm very impressed with their knowledge in answering my questions. When they were done they made sure to clean up. Roof One will always be my first choice.

Absolutely would not recommend. They came out and gave us the lowest estimate for roof repairs but 2.5 weeks later, nobody has called me to schedule. Requested a copy of their insurance certificate multiple times but still haven't received one. Finally managed to get a hold of their project manager but suddenly our signed estimate didn't include additional work that needs to be done. They couldn't even find the signed estimate! They wasted 2.5 weeks of time for absolutely nothing

Mark was our sales representative. He was very professional and answered all our questions. Mark gave the most thorough presentation & detailed estimate of any company we called.
There was never any pressure to make the deal “now”. We checked out some other quotes, and chose Roof 1. Roof 1 had done two friend’s roofs about 5 to 6 years ago. Both friends were highly satisfied with their experience dealing with Roof 1 and the quality of the installation . Roof 1’s price seemed very fair and were given 3 brands of shingles to choose from. He explained the difference of each brand. We needed the complete roof decking replaced. The house is over 63 years old, therefore I wasn’t surprised with their recommendation.
We also had them blow in attic insulation.
Replacing every panel of wood, total attic insulation and the shingles took only one day. Their clean up was excellent. The next day a person from Roof 1, did a “next day” inspection to make sure the roof was installed correctly. He also inspected the gardens etc to make sure everything was cleaned up to our satisfied.
I would say Roof 1 was excellent from the sale to the last cleanup. I love pulling up to the house and seeing our new roof. With the experience of my 2 friends and the experience my wife & I had, I would highly recommend recommend Roof 1.

Roof One did an excellent job replacing my aging roof. They visited my home to provide a free estimate and explained everything to me in simple and easy to understand terms. They were patient and allowed me time to gather other estimates so that I could make an informed decision. Once the work was in progress, the workers on-site were friendly and answered any questions I had. Roof One was a good choice for me and I highly recommend them!

Roof One did an outstanding job on my roofing project. I talked to four companies prior to hiring Roof One. They were timely, efficient and got the roof done in one day. Five showed up at 7:30AM. Fifteen guys left at 9:30PM. Cleaned the surroundings and came back the next morning to do a more thorough job. Bought the crew eight pizzas because I was so impressed with their work ethic. I would with great confidence recommend Roof One for their Roofing needs.

Roof One was professional from the first meeting to the final inspection. A roof replacement is a big expense and I asked a lot of questions. Roof One is a local company and gave a fair price for the job. My home was built in the 60s and needed the decking replaced so pretty much a whole new roof. Mark was the very patient salesperson that walked me through the process. There was no pressure to make decisions. The actual process was done efficiently in 4 days from product delivery to final property clean up. I highly recommend Roof One.

Garage roof and fascia replacement was professionally done and reasonably priced. The job took about two months to get scheduled after we signed the contract, which wasn't a big issue with us but the scheduling wasn't well communicated to us even after calling multiple times requesting an update. I would still recommend them, though.

Roof1 did a great job repairing our garage roof after a tree fell on it. They came out within a couple weeks and all the new shingles matched perfectly! Highly recommend them to everyone.

We had a great experience with Roof One! Our salesman, Mark, went over every detail with us, & the office staff, esp Sandra in scheduling, was patient & helpful with scheduling around the mason that we had hired to remove our chimney to below the roof line leaving us with a large rectangular hole in the middle of our roof, she made sure that their crew was here as soon as mason was done. Just before they came out to replace our roof they sent photos of our shingle choice & the vent color that we had chosen, it did NOT look good together & they suggested that we change our choice, super happy that they caught that. The day that they were doing our roof, Antonio, who was the work crew supervisor caught that we had an exhaust pipe coming up in a valley and moved it over a bit to get it out of the valley. We appreciated all these little things not being overlooked. Work crew did great job on the repair of the hole in roof and super job on cleanup. Overall the company just seems like it is very well run. Our roof is only a couple of weeks old & we haven't had a good rain yet so not sure about leaks or not, I will update review if we have problems but fingers crossed I really don't anticipate any.

I had my gutters done by Roof One and I must say they did a great job. The guy was on time to give me an estimate and left the contract, that was on Saturday. I signed the contract on Monday, faxed it to them and they were at my house Wednesday to install my gutters. The installers were cool and did a great job and cleaned up after. No complaints from me. Good job Roof One!

While I am sure there are many reputable roofing companies in the area I only have experience with one. After watching my neighbor get his roof replaced very quickly and efficiently I asked him about his experience with Roof One. Turns out this was not the first roofing job they did for him. He couldn't have recommended Roof One more strongly. So from the first phone call to the office and meeting with my salesman Mark Weiler to the crew showing on time and efficiently and professionally completely strip my multiple roofs and repair, replace and roof it all in one day. They were cleaned up and gone by supper time. The communication was excellent as the office kept me updated about the schedule which was flexible out of necessity of weather. Then days after a Roof One master roofer came to inspect it. After he came down off the roof he ran a magnet several times around the house looking for lose nails and made sure I was completely happy with my new roof. After all that super service my Salesman's mom Mrs. Weiler came by to make sure I was happy and picked up the check. Yes they are family owned and operated... so just call them and get your new roof. I did.

Work was done quickly. Clean-up was thorough. An employee came back a couple days later to check on the job. They went over the driveway to unsure all the nails were picked up. Very satisfied with their work. On the garage, they installed gutters, which had not been there before and repaired a damaged part of the garage roof - all for no extra cost.

When I saw roof one installing a roof on my next door neighbors house and garage I was very impressed with their workmanship and professionalism so I knew when it was time for my roof to be done I would definitely get a quote from them. The quote from Mark from roof one was far more reasonable than the other companies I received quotes from. He explained everything that needed to be done thoroughly and answered every question we had. Everyone from the delivery of materials, the roofing crew and insulation and gutter installers were excellent and also answered any question I had plus explained things thoroughly. My experience with Roof One has been very good from start to finish. My initial contact with sales consultant Mark Weiler was very informative and no high pressure sales pitch. All follow up questions were answered in a timely manner. Price was fair and job completed in 2 days by a hard working crew. After getting several estimates I believe I went with the best company for my roof replacement.

My new roof and gutters look awesome and held great against the nasty winds we had the other night. Jason came out gave a great estimate a couple weeks later got a call said shingles being delivered tomorrow we'll be out the next day to put roof on. The guys were out the next day while I was at work and done about an hour after I got home. Gutters done next week. They made sure everything was cleaned up. The roof looks great and everything went smooth!

The first thing I liked was the straightforward consultation and estimate. No we will reduce the price ifs. The second was the installation, 2 days in and out. Great clean up. The third was the follow up. A call to ensure everything was satisfactory. Have recommended them a few times since our installation. The roof looks goooooddddd!!!

I had used Roof One in the past at a previous home that I owned. Given that good experience, I decided to work with them again when my current home needed a new roof, an upgrade to some of the gutters and some additional insulation in the attic. The quote I received was competitive however it took me another year before I decided to get the work done. They actually honered the old quote price. They sent a very large team to my two-story, 3100 sq foot house and finished the insulation and roofing work in two days. The team worked very hard, were friendly and communication between the team, the office and myself was good. They did a great job cleaning up and are supposed to come back a second time for cleanup (still waiting for that) for any nails they might have missed. There was a small SNAFU with gutter color that delayed the gutter install (subcontracted) by a few days but that has also been completed and is now functional. Overall, I am very happy with the work the team did would use Roof One again!

We needed a new roof and signed contracts in October of 2023 but then suspended it because of delay of services. When we started up again in the spring we found that our contract was still in place. So, we learned with any contract to get a start and ending date in contracts. We communicated with Roof one what are desires were and they fulfilled them with precision and professionalism. There was a snag in scheduling and communication but we worked it out. Their work is impeccable, but the scheduling was an issue.

My salesman, Jason, was very professional and thorough with explaining the process and products. Tracy in the office was so pleasant and answered all my questions about the installation date. The roofing crew were organized and hard working. I absolutely love my new roof. I have already recommended Roof One to my friend.

They did leave materials and did not inform me if they was coming back to pick it up they just showed up and picked it up. Over the last 20 years I have had Roof One replace my roofs, two houses and two different garages. In three of the projects I had received at least two other quotes. However, Roof One still had the best price and continued to provide a good product, on time. The crews were always courteous, took time to reviewed the project details and cleaned up when done. I have another roof project coming up in a 3-5 years and will certainly go to Roof One.

I have used Roof One for 2 separate projects. Always a great and fair price....... very friendly workers from sales to installers. The jobs were completed exactly when scheduled. The yard was always cleaned up spotless when projects were complete. I will always make Roof One my first and only call.
