We engaged Pro Home Improvements to install siding on our detached Garage and to also add new gutters. We are very happy with the finished project.
Tim, our salesperson, was fantastic. His follow up was on point and he provided a competitive quote (he also met with us the same day that I called). Justin, our PM happened to be on vacation while our project was underway, but still responded to my text messages. Michael, a supervisor, came by to make sure that everything was as it should be.
I didn't get the names of all the workmen that worked on the garage. They were seriously hard workers and they worked long days in the rain and uncomfortably hot temperatures to complete our project. Superstars!

This company, Pro Home Improvement, is top notch! We highly recommend. The initial meeting/estimate with Andy was very honest and informative. Straight to the point as to what we needed and didn't need. We had previous estimates that attempted to over sell. We were given an approximate start date and were kept informed. The crew that worked on our house were excellent. They replaced all of our wood trim with siding and new gutters. They were at our house 5 days and showed up on time every day at 8am sharp! When the first crew finished then we had another crew for the final touches which was the gutters. They too were wonderful!

No complaints what so ever! We would use this company again and highly encourage anyone out there looking for estimates to contact this company.

Home pro improvement they did exactly what they said. They would do really easy to work with great job. They installers are professional and if you got a problem, you tell him they fix it. No questions I ask would use them definitely again.

Excellent work. I had siding put on the front of my house, trim all around house wrapped in aluminum and new gutters. I am so happy with the way everything turned out. Very hard workers, working the entire day. I am very impressed and will definitely use Pro Home Improvement again for future needs.

Having Pro Home Improvement do the siding on my home has been an A+ experience. I had several bids to do my siding. Most were a little cheaper, however, they were unprepared and had no clarity. Jeff came prepared, had samples, and clarity on what I should expect. A total Pro. The installers were amazing! The artists of their trade. From the office to the guys in the field, phenomenal. Recently I had an energy audit from one of our utility companies. Due to the age of my home the auditor (great) recommended an upgrade to my insulation. I promptly chose off the list provided, for a company that was approved, and scheduled some estimate appointments.

Tim, from Pro Home Improvement, came to my home and was personable and HONEST. He said I do not need an upgrade. He showed me pictures so I understood better. I will admit, being older, I had not climbed up on a ladder to look for myself.

The fact that he DID NOT try to sell me anything tells me everything I need to know for my next home improvement. Integrity means everything in today's world.

Our experience getting attic insulation installed was a positive one, from the inspection and quoting, through to the end of installation. Everyone we interacted with behaved friendly and professionally. We also appreciated that they seemed mindful of not making too much of a mess in our house and cleaned up after themselves before leaving. We would consider them for future projects.

Recently Pro Improvement completed a project on our residence. The cedar shakes on our 2nd floor were deteriorating and needed attention. We selected a vinyl synthetic shake as a replacement as the salesman, Dwight suggested. The 3 man crew who did the installation were very knowledgeable, extremely efficient and professional in every aspect. Justin reached out to us several times to ensure that the job was completed to our expectations. The final result was more than we anticipated. Pro Improvement gets a from us.

I’ve used Pro for my roof 10 years ago and had them do my siding this year. From initial quote to cleaning up after they were great to work with and had excellent communication. The siding install team are top notch!

My experience with this company didn’t fall short. I appreciate “their patience” in working with me not once but twice with my home for my entire roof(2019), and then “with my garage when it came into an insurance claim” (2024).They walked me through the process and guided me through options of “how” and the best way for me in resolving my issues. Andy did an incredible job helping me figure out the best option for my gutters. He was very professional and didn't try to upsell me on anything unnecessary, despite having multiple opportunities with things I asked about. He was very straightforward and honest which is rare when getting quotes for this type of work. I didn't feel like I was being pressured or getting a ton of sales tactics, which I dealt with from several other companies' estimates. The crew that came by to do the gutters did an awesome job and worked very quickly. They cleaned up after themselves well and took the time to explain to me a few things before leaving like how to take off the downspout extensions in order to mow more easily. I will be using Pro Home Improvement for all of my house's needs going forward.

I had my siding, windows, gutters and my roof done and everything was done professionally it all looks great with no imperfections the job was done in a timely manner and everything went perfect! The crew was very nice everyone answered any questions I had and the job was done fast! FANTASTIC!!! OUR ROOF IS ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL!!! My husband and I are are more than just satified with our roof replacement! The sales representative Dwight was professional and thorough when he addressed all our concerns! I was referred to by the inside/outside guys. My first attempt at an appointment fell through because "It wasn't posted and scheduled".
My second attempt got me an appraisal date and time but before the estimator came out, he called and cancelled saying "We only do complete roofs."
Not my idea of home improvement. Bad recommendation. I mailed Ken at Inside/outside guys to let him know.

This is a revision to my prior review based upon the lack of response of my inquiry regarding the lack of gutter guards. In an attempt to "get the job", I am quoting here, "what do I have to do to get you to make the deal?" the gutter guards that were shown to me upon review of products installation were removed from the final quote. Even though we had discussed gutter guards at length, due to the current gutter guards I had. If you are shown a product do you not assume that this is what you are purchasing? I could not be more disappointed. I live on a heavily wooded lot and "would not" go without gutter guards as they would clog the first season. I recant my impression as I feel that I was deceived and/or mislead and that's not ok with me.

Very impressed with the professionalism, knowledge afforded me when I asked for an estimate on new gutters. They were prompt and kept me informed throughout the project. They were finished in a day, cleaned up and did a fantastic job. I would definitely call them for another home improvement job.

What an amazing company! We highly recommend them. They replaced our 40 year old redwood siding filled with woodpecker holes with a gray board and batten siding with black trim and black gutters. It's like we have an entirely new house! And now it is maintenance free! Once the work started, the siding team was on site every day promptly at 8:00 a.m. and worked the entire day. They even worked one Saturday. We have not seen this amount of expertise and dedication in any other of our other household projects. They checked in with us often to ensure their work was meeting our expectations (they exceeded them!) and to get design decisions. The gutters were promptly installed by a different team once the siding was completed. This team also checked in to make sure the gutters and downspouts were placed appropriately. Both teams were very friendly and respectful. At the end of the day, they always cleaned up the site. The project manager contacted us often to ensure we were pleased with the work. Everyone was a pleasure to deal with. If you are considering siding or gutters, we highly recommend Pro Home Improvement!

We did new siding and gutters with Pro Home Improvement and are beyond happy with our results. From the first visit with Tim, to the siding crew, and the gutter crew, everyone was great. The siding crew spent a good two weeks at our house, and were so professional and meticulous with their job. We were sad to see them go. The entire group at Pro Home Improvement were fantastic.

Pro Home Improvement is the best, and did an excellent job installing our siding in 2015 and now in 2024 a new roof. I called our siding salesman Keith in a panic with a hole in my old roof, he went above and beyond the Call of Duty as he was out within 24 hours to do a repair, suggested I call for a new roof estimate as mine was already over 20 years old. Before I got a chance to call to make that appointment, he came back out within 24 hours again to fix the hole in my roof from the wind. I called the next chance I had and scheduled my estimate. Dwight came out to give us the estimate, the price was very reasonable and since they did such an excellent job on my siding in 2015, we said yes go ahead and do the roof. Everyone who I came into contact with was a joy to work with. In a summary Pro Home Improvement met and exceeded all our expectations. I would highly recommend them to meet your home improvement needs.

I definitely enjoying the warmth after getting the attic insulated. The team were honest in their sales and didn't over sell unlike other companies that I got qoute from.

Setting up the initial appointment went smooth enough, waiting for the call to set up the day and time took a couple days. I have limited availability due to my own job and they worked with me well enough. Day of the appointment for the insulation to be added they arrived about 4 hours earlier then expected, thankfully they came back at the appointed time, as I was at work. Everyone was polite and pleasant to work with. They called the following day for final payment, as of the next day I’m still waiting for a payment confirmation (they emailed my survey link! Lol! Still no payment confirmation though!) If you need insulation added to your attic, I would say they’re a good choice!

Edit just shy of a year later: I’m going to have to switch to them being an ok choice, they did do the job. If you want no follow up. Also they stated the insulation was suppose to have something in it to deter small rodents and bugs, well as I lay in bed at night and listen to mice move around in the attic the last few nights, I would have to say that was a false claim!

The service provided by the skilled carpenters workers was excellent. They were very professional and paid great attention to detail. They made appropriate recommendations that enhance design of the house. The problem that I had going into this project was not knowing exactly what I wanted. Our interaction with the sales rep did not go as smoothly as I would had like and I was considering switching to another company. However, the team that is responsible for reviewing and approving the projects would not move forward until they felt, in which we agreed, that the project was done, right. The sales rep did however, work very hard to make sure that we understood that the job needed to be thorough. We are very satisfied with the completed project.

Pro home improvement recently did my roof/attic insulation and gutters. They did an excellent job. I enjoyed working with Jason, Justin, Jordon, Keith, Christina and all others from the roofing and insulation team. They worked successfully through a few snags and went above and beyond to satisfy all requirements. I am glad I picked Pro Home Improvement to do my house!

I had gutters installed in 2021. Got job on the the roofing clean up was ok. They left a lot of nails around my property I had to go out and point out nails in my driveway. Also the showed up on the day I was told was cancelled via email. Other then that it was good. My 2nd use of this company for attic installation, the 2 guys were nice and explained everything show pictures of before and after done within 45mins. 2024 Oct I had insulation put in my attic which was done fast. They explain what they were doing and got to work immediately it only took them 45 minutes.
I had 2 Windows put in the scheduling for the windows was a little off but was finally installed after a 2nd install date.
The guys were nice they explain everything that was going to be done everything was done in an hour and maybe 15 minutes they cleaned up after themselves and I was happy with the results I had a picture window put in and a regular sliding window put in.
