Rented out a dumpster for this local contractor and “MayCo real estate” in Desoto County, MS and at the time we only accepted checks from local contractors and didn’t make them save a payment methods on file for extra fees due at pickup. Unfortunately, they had a small balance left over for extra fees due that we as a business had to pay for at the local landfill due to household garbage being placed in one of our dumpster. This information is stated in person at drop off and in our rental agreement contracts. The balance is currently 124 days past due.

This company rented a storage container from us in Amory right after the tornado to come do repair work & left us hanging with a large invoice that they will not respond to us about after several attempts of texting & calling the owner as well as the company. The owner will not answer the phone or text after months of trying to even try to explain what has happened or any effort to make it right.

They will lie, cheat and blow you off. Had them do work on my home after 2022 Christmas freze burst a pipe and flooded my home. Poor workmanship, cut corners screwed up many thing including fridge and stove. Did not replace subfloor as outlined in build sheet which should have been 1/2" plywood under 3/4" osb. They only put 3/4 osb and didn't screw it down or put bracing where there was no lounge n groove. Vinyl plank flooring had to be redone after initial install because it wasn't done right. They drug their feet for 3 weeks on installing a tub valve, set toilet and hook up vanity sinknin bathroom so i coule get koved back in so I fired them and sub contracted the work out myself and had it done in 3 days...Now the subfloor is moving from lack of bracing and not screwed down with enough screws. Tried to have them come out to see it or fix it, sent gopro video and pics of all the problems and was told to get a bid to fix. After I got a bid to fix floor no one responded for weeks. When I finally contacted my attorney I got 1 text saying I'll see you in court. I've got receipts, texts video and pics of his non documented workers leaving a hot plate on in my house for heat. They did replace my stove that workers broke and paid for gravel for my driveway after they rutted up my yard and driveway with their trailers. A worker pulled up to unload flooring from his truck at my front porch instead of carrying it and left ruts in my yard from being stuck. I had to pull him out with my 4 wheeler. Then there's the granite kitchen countertop that blew out of the truck while being delivered by the installer. This company is as crooked and bad as it gets.. talk a good game but I literally had to go to the house everyday for last month to see what was being done to make sure it was done right. They were never here supervising or checking on work. Only showed up when they wanted money. Do not do business with these crooks. Promised a 6 week to 8 week timeline I fired them after 12 weeks and had the house totally completed in 2 weeks after that.
Lastly they would not give me my key to my stuff in a storage facility. They are in a partnership with said facility, saying I owed them money. Paid them the money and had to rent a truck and move my stuff back in myself. They were paid for what they did in full and now will not respond about fixing their shoddy work.

1) live in filth, you mean water in my floors in which I had to shop vac myself until your company could come out. No filth in my house just a bunch of clothes on floor in bedroom... nice try
2) You never drove to my house in snow.
3) My house is complete for all repairs that my insurance paid for. I will post pictures first thing in the morning to validate all my statements.

You had many opportunities to make it right. You thought you could take advantage of someone.
Not today, tomorrow next week or year.
You didn't even come do a final walk through after multiple agreed times and day therefore the gopro video approved by Mr. Dilworth.
Your math doesn't add up. 10x better than when you took the job. You replaced 2' sheetrock and subfloor installed moisture barrier and packed and moved my stuff in storage. I've got a 1" gap between subfloor and walls in my house.
You screwed up more than you fixed. Subfloor has to be braced and flooring redone as its cracked from subfloor moving.
