I bought a fixer up with the intent to fix and sell, the inspection revealed that there was only a few years left on my shingles and that in order to resell, I'd most likely end up having to replace the roof. Luckily, after getting 5 roofing quotes, I ended up calling Mark and he told me about a roof treatment that extends the life of your roof with a guarantee. And it was a tiny fraction of the price of replacing the roof. After talking to Mark, I randomly had another contractor tell me about how surprised and impressed he was by the Roof Maxx treatment and a few of his other contractor friends thought the same thing, so by that time I was sold. Jimmy came out, who is an awesome guy and I'm going to be hiring him through Benchmark to do more work for me, and did a great job. The next day, I couldn't believe how nice and new the roof looked. They also installed a new ridge vent and both Mark and Jimmy were super knowledgable. As a property investor, I cannot be more grateful I stumbled upon these guys.

Mark and Jimmy are Great! Very Professional! I had a hole in my roof that was repaired along with many nails that needed to be hammered back down. One spot was needing to be sealed. Found this after the work was done and Jimmy Reyes went back up on the roof to fix. Also Jimmy installed new rubber seals around the exhaust vents on my roof. I had the oil sealant treatment done on my roof. Highly recommend this company. They worked on my roof 3 years ago also.

Mark and Jimmy were great! The application to my roof has it looking brand new! Mark also recommended a few additional options to seal some spots and prevent any water damage in the future. They were also able to put on gutter guards and bury my gutter downspouts and a water release. Bid on Friday and work was completed by Saturday. Highly recommended!

Roof Max has been a God send for us with our rentals. The cleaner they use makes your roofs look newer and the product they apply that absorbs into the shingles stops the Curling older roofs get. its nice when you use a contractor and they leave they clean up so well you'd never know they were there.
