Our insurance inquiries always ask”how old is your roof?” Well for a 15 year old roof it’s still in great shape! So to extend its life some more we hired Roof Max to apply their magic chemical to our roof shingles. It comes with a 5 year guarantee that the shingles will not crack, weather or age any further in this time frame. Well this all comes for 1/5 the cost of a low ball new roof. I’m hoping we don’t have another hurricane or tornado.
