So to extend its life some more we hired Roof Max to apply their magic chemical to our roof shingles. It comes with a 5 year guarantee that the shingles will not crack, weather or age any further in this time frame. Well this all comes for 1/5 the cost of a low ball new roof. I’m hoping we don’t have another hurricane or tornado.
