Three roofers came to my door. I chose Roof Experts because Aimal was kind, caring, a good listener, and exceptionally thorough from start to finish. He spoke to the insurance company and was present for the inspection with the adjuster. Aimal went above and beyond to ensure that my roof was perfect. Aimal used the best quality material.

When his team arrived, they were kind, fast, very efficient, and hardworking. They placed close attention to every detail.

It was a pleasure to do business with Roof Experts. Aimal is very positive and shows a great work ethic. Thank you Aimal,it was a pleasure working with you.

They did a very professional job, were on time, cleaned up properly and Aimal was great about keeping me up to speed on insurance payments and requirements, warranties, and timelines. Highly recommend.

Root Experts are awesome with a great crew. They are very professional and Aimal Ata was our Roofing Specialist and he keep updated every step of the way. He even went above and beyond helping with our car the was hail damage d keeping updated on their progress.

I'm very happy with my house they had to do a lot of work and I'm very satisfied and I will recommend them to anyone

If you are in need of roof work or any general contracting work, I DO NOT recommend Roof Experts. We went with them because they talk a good talk. They answered texts, calls, and emails immediately up until the contract was signed. Then it was impossible to get a response.

This is a review of their new branch in Valdosta, GA

Some complaints:

➡️ I was told on January 28th that the materials would be dropped off on Wednesday, January 29th and work would begin Thursday. January 30th. 7am January 30th, the workers show up and no materials were delivered. They leave and no one says a word to me. Finally I am told they will deliver materials and be back Friday, January 31st.
Half the materials are delivered at dusk on Thursday night. The workers <amazing 5 stars for the workers> got right to work on Friday morning. Mid day they take a 3 ish hour break because they ran out of materials and had to waste their time sitting around waiting for the rest of the materials to be delivered. My issue isn't lack of materials, it was the zero communication and lack of organization from the company. The poor workers lost that time out of their day.

➡️ I handed out Roof Experts name to multiple friends in the area. With the promise they were amazing and that I could not wait to work with them (this was before I signed the contract with them.) I put my name out there only to be massively embarrassed. Roof Experts never gave promised quotes, requested payments for said quotes, and took over a month to go out to my friends houses to tarp their roof when it was promised to be done within a week.

➡️ In my contract I was charged for "front door repair." The person who drew up the contract (Jeremy) saw the door and knew the frame needed full replacement. When the person came to fix the door said it needed replaced, as was discussed in person with Jeremy, Roof Experts called me to tell me "technically the contract says repair not replace, so if you want that done you need to pay more." I was still charged for the repair that was never done.

➡️ Roof Experts cares more about quantity of customers they can bring in rather than quality of services they give to the customers they already have.

There is more. I have receipts for email and text exchanges up until they fully ghosted me and stopped responding. It took my husband calling from a different number to finally get in contact with someone. If you're thinking of working with them and want more details feel free to ask. They are not worth their extra costs.

We went with them being more expensive because we were promised 5 star customer service. We got 2 - 3 star at best. They were amazing up until the day we finally signed to work with them.

My parents home needed a new roof and the insurance company was awful to work with. Thank goodness we found Roof Experts in Garland, as they handled everything and forced the insurance company to pay more than they quoted. Great, honest company!! Everything done in 1 day!! Highly recommended...

Roof Experts (Aaron) and the team is very professional, the service they provide and completed documentation, is a big asset when your a GC. I would recommend Roof Experts and will use on future projects.

Roof experts are INCREDIBLE!! They made the entire process of replacing my roof a breeze. Jessica Cotten walked us through literally every process and made the paperwork simple. If I ever need major house repairs again, these are the people I want!! Roof experts came in exactly the time we needed them most!! The entire work crew seem almost like family.

We had a great experience with Roof Experts! They were steadfast in their follow up and helped us get our roof approved through insurance and they then completed the job including cleanup with no issues. Communication was also great. Highly recommend!

Roof Experts did a great job replacing the entire roof on our home. Started and finished in 1 day, while leaving no mess behind. They took care to cover our swimming pool, keeping debris out. I'd recommend them to others looking for a high quality roof.

Couldn't ask for a better experience. After being robbed by another roofing company, Roof Experts came in and replaced my roof in a single day. Showed up early, covered the doors and windows before they started and cleaned the area as they went. Very little to pick up after they left. They also coordinated reinstalling my solar panels that had been removed by the other construction company. They were also very quick and efficient. Could ask for a better experience.

RE has always been prompt, professional, and cost effective. I have always been given a feasible and lasting solution whenever I had an issue.

These guys came in, stripped my roof and had the new shingles on and cleaned up in less than 7 hours! Amazing!

From start to finish, they were professionals. They worked at it right away and had everything completed and 1 day except for the rain spouts which took him another couple of days. But everything looks beautiful and professional. They cleaned very well. Make sure there is no nails or any kind of metal material around. I recommend these people 100%.

I had the best experience working with Roof Experts after a hailstorm did significant damage to my roof. They were quick and thorough in assessing the damage, and helped me navigate the process with my insurance company, which was overwhelming at times. Overall great quality work and exceptional service.

Aimal Alta is the Alpha in this business. I interviewed several companies. He came prepared with shingle samples answered all my questions and was patient when explaining my ins contract. His personality and excellent professionalism was amazing. My roof look so beautiful my stupid neighbor copied my color. I can SHOUT from the ROOF top how satisfied I am with Expert Roofing. They are truly the experts in the roofing field.

Aimal from Roof Experts came out a few days before the work was done to confirm the insurance company's findings. He was knowledgeable and professional, answered all my questions and helped me feel more at ease with getting the work done. They upgraded my roof to the higher-grade shingles at no extra cost. The crew did a great job and thoroughly cleaned up around the house after they finished.

They were great. They spoke to my insurance on my behalf and kept me updated at all times. Aimal was my go to guy and he was exceptional. Jeremy was great as well. Excellent service with quality work and quality materials. I liked them so much I had them do my father's roof as well. Highly recommend Roof Experts.

So awesome when a company like this fails to follow the most basic task of reading and following not one, but two “No-Soliciting” signs at a house. This all in addition to an existing roofing company sign staked in the front yard as well. Even better is when the sales person actually ARGUES with the homeowner when they say “not interested”. Seriously, get your employees in line.

We had our roof and gutters replaced by roof experts. I could not have been more pleased. They were so professional and helpful. We had issues with insurance and they supplied all the information requested by the insurance company.
Whe I came home that day you would have no idea that any work had been done that day. The roof and gutters are perfect. We have a pool and there was nothing in the pool. The yard and garden were clear of any debris.
We are just so pleased and would recommend this company any time. Anyone we worked with and spoke with were pleasant and professional. 5 stars for sure.

Roof Experts installed a beautiful, high-quality roof for my home after I had multiple disappointing experiences with other roofing companies. Roof Experts really delivered! We worked with Aaron and were very happy with his communication, professionalism, project management and knowledge throughout the process. Roof Experts worked with us during a long battle with our home owners insurance company and ultimately delivered a fantastic new roof! We still get compliments from neighbors on how great the house looks. I wholeheartedly recommend this company for your roofing needs!!!!

Anthony Cass and his company have completed over 13 hotels for our company along with many ground up retail buildings and day care centers. They have always completed the work as we agreed on and actually back up their work with their warranties. This is a tough task to undertake with the amount of poor workmanship roofers we have in the DFW metroplex.

When a tornado hits your home and you don't know who to call, don't call Rip-off Experts. They didn't bother to give an estimate, just send a bill for $2465 for an hour worth of work tarping the holes in our roof. For these type of rates they should be in the medical industry not roofing.

I've been working with Anthony at Roof Exports for many years now. They are great with communication and response times.

I used this company for a small roof repair due to
wind damage last year. Had a terrible bout with a Hail storm earlier this year. Decided to go with them for my insurance claim.

Let's just say that my insurance company did not want to cooperate however Dee helped escalate my claim and they also did a fantastic job on the roof. They facilitated my fence and garage door repair as well.

I have nothing but great things to say and I would recommend them to anyone.
