We use Roof Brokers regularly as real estate professionals. The response is timely and the bids are competitive. Work done recently was fast and contractors cleaned up after themselves. Recommended vendor.

They won't help you if you have a rooftop deck. I was trying to get some quick quotes over the course of a week to buy a place but they were very slow to respond. I initially sent pics of the flat roof and deck and after a few days they said they can only quote if someone else removed the deck. They claimed they had already been out to view the roof (without telling me) but never said how, since it was gated, unoccupied, and recessed from view. It would have been better if when they saw the initial photos said it was work they don't do. Keep getting other quotes while you wait for them.

Back in August I received 2 bids for roof repairs. I chose a company JN ROOFING (AVOID AVOID AVOID) and expected to hear back within a few days. When I didn't hear from them for 3 WEEKS, I contacted RoofBrokers and asked them to cancel my contract. They reached out to the contractor who said they did contact me but my voice mail was full. (I guess they don't know about emailing? and I can't imagine that every time they called my phone went to VM) Strangely, all other business calls of mine seemed to be coming through very well. RB did not even try to remedy the situation or apologize. They made me feel at fault for having a full VM box. So they suggested I call the contractor. I did and left a message suggesting to contact me other ways via office phone, email, fax, etc.
I waited another week and no response. I told RB to please find me a new contractor (since the other original bid wasn't even able to perform repairs on my kind of roof - then why did RB even allow them to bid??????!?!@) and RB said they would look into the matter and get back to me. A few hours later I received a call from the contractor trying to set up a date for the repair after a very trite, meaningless apology. I told him I was not interested. RB has not called, and could care less. TRASH COMPANY, NO PROFESSIONALISM, YOU ARE BETTER OFF TO DO THE WORK YOURSELF!

We needed a 5-year roof cert to sell our home. Our house is only 4 years old. Roof Brokers looked at it and said it needed $2,000 in repairs. We had 2 other licensed roofers inspect it, and both said the roof was fine. Quotes: "perfect" and "whoever installed this roof knew what they were doing". I can only surmise that Roof Brokers knew we had a closing coming up and reported issues hoping for some (unneeded) business. Easy money, in other words. Nope, not for me. Instead, I'll do business with honest contractors who are not out to take advantage of a customer.

Do yourself a favor and steer clear of roof brokers and j and n roofing. We have had nothing but trouble with them. We signed a contract in July. Work didn’t start until mid October. We kept getting excuse after excuse. They said there was a delay in getting the permit from the city. I called the city. City suad they didn’t have a permit request. Meanwhile sone of the new roof materials were stolen from our property. They made us feel like it was our fault. Apparently roof brokers also under estimated how much materials were needed for the job. Again j and n made us feel bad about it; that they weren’t making any money on the job. They did half the roof and then crew didn’t come back after midroof indoection. I was told 3 days in a row they would be there and no one showed up. Same thing happened for final inspection. Left work early and insoector didn’t show up. Definitely not concerned with level of sevice.

I felt compelled to write this review based on the service I experienced from Roof Brokers this week. I called Roof Brokers and requested a date for an estimator to come by and take a look at my roof. RB confirmed and sent me an email with confirmation - I love that structure because my schedule is hectic and it keeps me organized.

Mike (I believe) came by my house today and surveyed my roof. Despite probably being able to do some work, he was open and honest that the job would best be handled by another type of specialist (chimney work). I can't tell you how much I appreciate this honesty. Frankly, my house is too small to even own a ladder so he could have told me anything and I would have probably believed it.

Because of this experience, I would always recommend this company and will not do business for my roofing needs with anyone else, should I ever need service.

Roof Brokers certified and did repairs on my roof. This was not an insurance claim! $2300 over 100 shingles, and a roof vent. Follow up was terrific. Yes, I would recommend them as I have in the past.

Roof Brokers is the one company that has been a constant in my real estate business over 28 years. Lenders and title companies come and go but I have always referred out RBI. Their prices always beat everyone else's and they always give me a fair deal. They never up-sale. On one home the cost for a roof cert was $35. On my own residence they were thousands cheaper than what my neighbors paid after a storm. Recently they have saved my butt twice, installing a roof on 7 days notice and making small repairs on one day's notice. Roof Brokers Inc. gets my highest recommendation. I have recommended Roof Brokers for years to clients. They are very responsive with customer service and going out to properties with quick results re: the condition of roofs and any related quotes for repairs.

Every now and then you do business with a company where everything is just "right." Roof Brokers is one of those companies. They are locally owned and operated, and the owner Jim is especially knowledgeable and easygoing. I can't tell you how many other roofing companies were pushy and nervous and obviously anxious to get me to sign a contract. These guys are honest and earn your business. They even repaired an unrelated roofing issue for me, and worked with me on a few other mods we did on-the-fly. Colorado Certified Roofing, an affiliate of Roof Brokers, did the actual roof installation and their work was stellar. They worked efficiently and despite being a tear-off and re-roof, there was absolutely no mess in the yard etc. after they finished the clean up. In construction I'm used to hearing "well that's not really an option, or that's going to be extremely difficult" . . not from this company though. They are "can-do, will-do." Also another thing that impressed me was the actual owner coming out to the site to work a more technical/unique aspect of my job that the regular crew hadn't dealt with on a daily basis, to make sure it was done right. Also - I needed a couple months to pay off the balance and they are working with me on that too! So, don't think twice about hiring this company. I wish I had more work to give them but I just own one roof!

Roof brokers provided quotes from three companies. We went with J&N Roofing, the results have been extremely poor. The roof is less than seven months old and is pooling worse than any other roof (12 units on our street) on our street. When the owner came out and looked at it, he said it was fine, and was condescending. To make matters worse, they painted the flashing and the paint is already coming off. It started peeling after just a few months!
I would not recommend J&N Roofing or Roof Brokers.
