I recently had the lower portion of vinyl siding removed to install a stone veneer front. The contractor that installed the stone was not a siding expert but their attempt at the siding where it meets the stone was just ok but not great. So, I needed to find a contractor that could repair and replace what the masonry contractor did. After going thru several(8 or more) siding contractors, most of them came out for a estimate but, never followed thru by contacting me with a price for the work. I even had a contractor ask that I email him pictures of the siding that I needed repairs on, that was a no go with that contractor. So, one day sitting at a stop light I notice Romero Home Services LLC signage on a truck in front of me I decided to give him try, called the company and explained my situation to Mr. Romero we made an appointment for him to come out the next day to give me a Free estimate on what it would cost to fix the Siding on my home. The next day Mr. Romero showed up on time and looked at the siding he was hands on with the estimate showing me were all the problems were and the potential problems that could arise if I left the siding as is over a period of time. Mr. Romero was straight forward with me and provided a fair written estimate the following day for all the repairs that he would do. A few days later I contacted Mr. Romero told him I wanted to hire him for the repairs and replacement of the siding were needed. On the day of the repair, He and another helper show up on time, greeted me and began working by mid-day the two were done with all the work as described in the estimate. His attention to detail and quality of work is was great! Both men were respectful of my property and cleaned up around the job site when done. Mr. Romero went over with me what repairs were made and he always asked me thru out the installation/repair process if, liked or had any question about his work. I would recommend his company for Home Siding repairs and replacing Home Siding! The Following day in the morning Mr. Romero returned with the new gutter elbows and gutter down spouts that needed replacing. He matched the new gutters parts colors up very close to the oringal gutter parts color! Very Happy Customer!!!

Very good work, replaced shingles, replaced flashing around chimney, vent pipes and dormer, had to replace old, rotted wood. Crew arrived as stated, cleaned up after completion. Fair pricing.
I would consider them for other work.
