I had my roof replaces by Rojohn over 10 years ago. Within less then a month we got a rain out of the East. My roof leaked. I called many times before I got a response, they sent a man to look at my roof. He got on the roof and said they did'nt Replace My Flashing. I told them they needed to also fix the sheetrock in my kitchen.
I never heard a word from them again. They completely Ghosted Me. NOT VERY REPUTABLE....

I called them back in the summer of 2020, and they said they'd call me back in a couple days.

No answer for a week and a half. I just wanted some estimates, i called back and they said they had me on a list to call me back. I told the gal that was ridiculous because i just wanted to schedule a visit to figure some estimates, and she said that'd she put me on a callback list to schedule a visit in a couple months.

No call, no visit. Spring forward to this year March 12th 2021, they call me telling them to call back and they said they were still busy.

Clearly they don't want my business.

Cannot say enough good about Rojohns. Renovated our home while still doing my inhome daycare in our basement. They made sure that my job and kids safety came first! We have made friends for life. Recommend highly!!
