This is the 3rd time we have used Servpro of Fort Dodge. They continue to exceed expectations. They take the time to do things right. They use corner protectors to protect walls and cabinets as they move hoses in and out of the area. They work together to not only make things easier, but talk through potential trip hazards that their work inherently causes. They explain the process of cleaning solutions and equipment, ask question about high traffic areas and areas of concern. After their work was completed they explained what happens next and how long the drying process would take after the carpets were cleaned. Well done Servpro of Fort Dodge and thank you!!

This is the second time we have used ServPro. We have been very satisfied with the cleaning they did on our carpets. This service time we had Jacob and Austin do the work. I had servpro come and and shampoo my carpets I have 2 dogs and with it being cold they don't complete the job outside. I was so worried about the urine not coming out of my carpets but they got it. Austin and jacob(i think it was jacob that come too) they were so professional and knew what they were doing. They were right on time. I wasn't home at the beginning of the job but was able to stop in on my lunch break. If I could give a 10 star I would. I will be definitely be using servpro again in the future. Thank you guys. Austin & Jacob did a wonderful job cleaning my carpets! They were able to come do them within a week from scheduling. They were very professional and called ahead to let us know that they were on the way. The carpets look great!

I am very thankful that we have a Servpro in Fort Dodge! I haven't had this house very long and wanted things deep cleaned, so to speak. On September 5, 2024, Jeff & Austin cleaned all my air ducts and furnace. They did an amazing job!
September 18, 2024, Tyler and Connor did a very efficient job with some water damage restoration today!
Bob, Corey and Joel also came earlier this month and did measurements to clean the entire basement and will be coming soon to finish the job.

They were very professional, great to talk to, and did an amazing job in a timely manner. If anyone needs their services. I would not hesitate to give them a call. Don and Tyler were fantastic to work with explaining step by step how the process works of extracting the water and getting the air moving and dehumidifiers going to dry and move the air. Came in and got right to business every time they showed up whether getting readings adding equipment and the removal of equipment, even plugged our fans and dehumidifiers in! They did a great job all around! Thank you Don and Tyler!! Highly recommend them!!

Hired the compant to come do some work over the summer. Had to hire a different company to come do the work since they didnt know what they were doing. The whole time they worked they talked inappropriate and cursed alot. When I did make contact with them they treated me like i was stupid.... Low quality work.. employees need more training on how to do their job and how to treat customers. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Max and Jacob did an amazing job on our living room and hallways. They were super personable and paid attention to detail. Second time I’ve used them and already recommended them to friends.

Jeff and Dawson cleaned our ducts and furnace. They were here when scheduled, were polite, and stayed on task until the job was finished.
Jerry and Robbie came the following afternoon and cleaned 4 rooms of carpet. They also worked until the job was finished and offered to and helped put back our king sized bed and recliners.

I would recommend Serve Pro to anyone who is in need of their services. They came and cleaned everything in two rooms of our home. We had soot from our fireplace, and it was everywhere. I can’t say enough about the Ladies that came to our home and cleaned. They were professional, friendly and were here 1 1/2 days. It’s not easy having strangers in your home, but they were the exception. I actually enjoyed having them here. Besides doing a great job with the cleaning, I was completely comfortable leaving my home while they were cleaning. They are a trustworthy group who stay on task. Becci, Jody, Stephanie and Amber, Thank You for doing such a great job cleaning all our walls, ceilings, windows and absolutely everything in our family room and kitchen. This is an on going job as carpet cleaning, furnace vent cleaning and painting still need to be done. I will do another review when the total job is done. The team that provided duct cleaning services were great. They had keen attention to detail and were very pleasant to work with. The job came in under quote and that's always a big plus! (And thank goodness they found my cat for me.. she went missing right before they showed up. )

I highly recommend SERV Pro for air duct cleaning. If you have never had this done in your home, you NEED to. Trust me - your air ducts are layered in dust that is blown throughout your house every time the heat or a/c is ran. I had Jeff and Dan here yesterday for over 6 hours and I have a small 2 bedroom ranch. They are good. They are thorough. They are professional.

I called Servpro of Fort Dodge to have my ducts cleaned. Jeff showed up promptly at time given. Pictures were take before and after. I took some to. The results are amazing. The air quality in my home is better than it has ever been. I am no longer coughing when I wake up, and my wife is no longer sneezing all the time. The cleaning done by the crew of Jeff and Dan in our residence was duct and vent cleaning.

On Thursday, October 20th Jeff and Dan arrived at the time given to me by Servpro staff. They both were very kind and polite. Each of these two men worked steadily the entire time. They worked well together, almost knowing what the other needed before a question was asked.

They were tidy, thorough and informative regarding what they were doing. They showed me pictures of stages of the job before and after they had cleaned the vents. All their work was completely to my satisfaction.

Robert and Jacob showed up to clean up a room with a horrible sewage backup in our basement, it had flooded the entire room and basically ruined everything in it, the were extremely professional and efficient. They removed all of the ruined items without causing a mess in the rest of the house and cleaned all of the walls, floor etc, my house feels like home again, I highly recommend this company based off of my interaction with them.

Robert and Jacob did a great job cleaning my carpets!!! They even got the wax out of my carpets!! My carpets feel brand new :)

Jeff & Dan showed up promptly on time this morning to clean our furnace duct work. They got right down to business after review- ing our installation. The work was done with efficiency and photo's were taken throughout the process to share with us. After the work was completed, everything was put back in place and all cleaned up. We were extremely pleased from our first contact with Servpro of Fort Dodge to our job completed with total satisfaction. I highly recommend this Servpro!

the next day Hayden, Ethan, Jordan and Robert were at our house cleaning Walls, Ceilings and Woodwork from a Floor sander blowup. Our house has alot of glass and 17ft vaulted cedar ceilings. The 3rd day Hayden, Ethan and Dan were able to get the job completed. Excellent experience and they stayed at task and did great work!!!

If ever you need a company to help you with clean up, Servpro should be your choice. I had sewer backup in my basement, when I called servpro they were at my house within 45 minutes. Hayden Grundon the on site supervisor was very professional in explaining everything that had to be done, besides Hayden, the team consisted of Ethan McMahon, Jordan Mrozek and Robert Kramer, all were very professional and friendly, by the time they finished with all the clean up you couldn't even tell I had a mess in my basement. On Sunday April 24th we called your company to assist myself and my husband in removal of sump pump back up water in our basement. The young employee Robert Kramer came to our home promptly to evaluate the clean up process and shortly after Hayden Grundon joined in the 1st day of clean up and water removal. Robert informed us that every moring they have meetings to know what is going on in the company and where each will be working on what projects. I find this to be the most important time of the day and most important part of a company, so all is employee's are well informed of their roll in the day's work. Robert came to me well informed each day, so that I could make decisions based on his knowledge of the company's policies and best practices. Each day this gave me the opportunity to consult with my husband to make the best decisions for our home. On day 2, we made the decision to have all carpet and flooring removed based on Rpbeert's knowledge and understanding of the company's policies. This gave us both a sense we were in the right hands dealing with this mess. On day 2 Jordan Mrozek joined in the cleanup with Robert. They worked very quietly, diligently and efficiently to removed the carpet and other flooring all while keeping me informed (and CALM) in the process. Robert and Jordan both were here for most of this project during the week that it took to remove and cleanup placing what we now call the (crime scene of fan traps) lol , each day to dry out the walls to make sure the job was done correctly and to the standards of your company!!!. On the last day Jeff Johnson assisted Robert in the removal of the fan traps and the last of the cleanup. I am greatful to all these young men and for the hard work, dedication and knowledge of their job and policies of your company. Robert Kramer deserves a raise for his upmost professioonalism he showed each day on the job and for keeping us informed to make good decisions for what was best for us and our home and for keeping my anxiety in check each day.

We had a water leak in our lower level bathroom that caused quite a mess. We called Servpro of Fort Dodge and they were very quick to respond. I used servpro to clean my carpets and they did a fantastic job. The two technicians were on time, professional and very courteous. Hayden and Dylan moved some furniture to do a thorough and complete job. I honestly thought that I may have to replace my carpet but Servpro got all the stains and odors removed. Great job! From inspection to clean up took one day. They worked hard and got things taken care of in qyick time. Jordan and Robert did a clean removal of the mold and Hayden and Maliq were there to clean up as soon as they were finished. Very happy with everyone involved. Will yse them again if I need to.
