Dillon Hart installed the pad and new carpet for us and did a fabulous job on installation and explaining care and what to expect with the new carpet. We worked with Kelsie Bailey to finish the living room and bathroom in our basement. We are very happy with the service we received. Kelsie was very helpful when trying to decide on colors and kept the experience personal by listening to exactly what we wanted. The interior of our house was destroyed by fire. We worked with Wendy Anderson to completely design our new interior, flooring, kitchen cabinets, counters, etc. Wendy helped guide us through the hundreds of decisions that we needed to make to be able to complete our rebuild. We even used Wendy to help pick style and color for other house decisions (roof color, siding color, garage door design and color, paint color, etc) that had nothing to do with Flooring America. They came and removed the old and installed the new carpet in a very timely and professional manner!! We had Flooring America install laminate flooring and carpeting in the family area, two bedrooms and a laundry room in our basement. Staff was extremely flexible in meeting with us at times that fit our busy schedule to select products and design. They let us select flooring that fit our budget and provided several options. The work is completed and we couldn't be more thrilled. The installers were friendly and professional...and they even tucked in some carpet upstairs that needed a little attention without hesitation. Thank you Flooring America - Fort Dodge for an outstanding flooring experience in our home.

After spending many months trying to come up with the right flooring, after one trip to Flooring America Wendy Anderson came up with the perfect floor. The store even advised us how to best install the floor ourselves. We couldn't be happier with the floor and the service.
