Our 1985 Dodge Ramcharger damaged the wall directly across from our driveway. My husband called multiple contractor's in our area hoping to get the wall repaired as quickly as possible. Art and crew were the only contractor who responded the day of the call. Art's estimator was out the Monday after the incident (which occurred Thanksgiving day). The estimate was fair and reasonable.
Rain kept the two craftsmen from working several days beyond the anticipated start date. When they started the repair everything went beyond expectations. The work, the cleanup, the stucco and painting were beyond my expectations and I'm very detailed oriented and particular. The craftsmen who did the repair were quiet, professional, efficient and so talented. One would have thought they were doing the work for their own mother.
This is not the first work Art and crew have done for us. They re-roofed our home in 1996, installed a Master Cool evaporative cooler and removed a defective leaky solar roof system. When the work was complete, I was only able to find two roofing nails. Even our very vocal bloodhound was satisfied.
Art was so kind with me--the person who selected the asphalt tiles for our roof--when I was shocked at the color upon completion of the project. He listened to my concerns and worries for over 30 minutes. When he left, I felt comforted, heard and satisfied. 23 years later our roof still looks and performs as new and I love the color. No leaks or problems have appeared after the removal of a defective solar system and the old evaporative cooler. The Master Cool cooler still works like new.
My husband and I are looking forward to Art and his crew doing many upgrades for us in 2020. Art and his crew are wonderful people who aim to please and know how to do just that. We've never been sorry to have Art be our person. He listens well, knows what you need and helps you get to your desired outcome. For the penny pinchers and OCD'rs like me, you will not be disappointed.
