Absolute worst dealership I’ve ever seen completely unprofessional nobody knows what there doing I was sold a truck with numerous issues that had multiple check engine light the first week of owning it broke down on me 3 times on the us-60 freeway in Mesa almost causing an accident and 65 mile an hour speed the truck was missing a bunch of parts such as fender flares battery guards and more was sold with no brake lights and only the front turn signals working the back sliding glass didn’t work upon purchased was promised to have the missing parts ordered after 9 months I still have not gotten them I’ve filed a complaint via the finance company and ford has been telling me there “ working on it “ for 3 months now nobody there cares about the safety of there customers or well doing of the vehicles there selling the only thing that matters to them is the commission bonus on there check I’ve drained $7,864.59 into repairs on the vehicle since day 3 of owning because courtesy ford continuously promises to get my vehicle in the shop for repairs and never does I would absolutely not recommend ever doing business with this company who swears by there mechanics but won’t own up to there mistakes when selling a death trap of a vehicle

Had a good experience with this small town dealership. They had the best lease options on a new bronco that I could get in any of the local surrounding areas. They worked with me and made the process very smooth. Their vehicles also didn't have all the dealer add-ons that many dealers do nowadays and then try and stick you with the cost. I appreciated not having to deal with that. Highly recommended. If I buy another Ford it'll be likely from these guys.

Completely recommend Courtesy Ford of Globe Body Shop. I got in a vehicle collision and they were simply awesome. They contacted the tow company and handled everything and had my vehicle delivered to their shop from the tow lot. The repairs were done professionally and quickly. Vehicle looks and drives like new. Upon picking up my vehicle they even have a thing worked out with the car rental place to leave the rental vehicle there. I hope I never need this type of work again. However it gives me peace of mind knowing that if I do, they are there. Thank you!
