Ace Hardware - Globe, AZ

I went to Ace hardware to get a cooler pump. The lady there had took me to the aisle to get it. She had seen that I was using a walker and needed assistance so she got the two pumps took them up to the register for me and I have never had that kind of service before. She was so much appreciated

Super helpful and friendly staff! I have nothing bad to say about the staff.. the price of propane is a little high, but that's the only complaint. Good Job guys!

I was lost. I knew I needed something, I had a vague idea of what it was. Oil was leaking relentlessly from beneath my motorcycle, I needed a compression fitting. They have thousands of variations. Oil still leaking. Tick tock...

Yoli to the rescue! She came up to me, sensed my urgency and picked up on my inability to correctly choose what I needed. I was ready to buy 3 or 4 different compression fittings and return the ones I didn't need. Not necessary, Yoli says. She grabbed 2 of the fittings I thought I needed, lead me out the door. I was able to find the right part without hit and miss.

I left a large oil puddle in the parking lot. I came back inside to see if I could buy some cat litter or sawdust to clean up my mess. Nope. Not needed. Yoli headed out to the lumber yard, and she came back with a sandbag. Spread it out on the oil lagoon I'd left. Wow. Thank you, Ace Hardware. Especially thank YOU, Yoli. You make a business great by going above and beyond. Keep it up!

The best place in Globe Arizona to get your Hardware needs if they don't have it they can make it happen they'll put together anything for you if you can't already find it in a package lots of parking and the staff is always ready to help you when you walk in the door it's a good place to get all your Lumber needs too

The people the employees that work you're really seem to know the store know what they're doing and they're very polite very helpful
