I am really impressed with the professionalism and knowledge of the staff at rocky ridge exteriors. We were at a loss for identifying the source of a leak in our siding. We called multiple places trying to problem solve the leak but no one seemed to have a good answer. Thankfully Quinn was able to easily identify and diagnose the problem. I will be using Ricky ridge exteriors in the future when we are in need of repairs! Thank you!

We were really happy working with Rocky Ridge to replace our sliding glass patio door. When our old door started having problems, Quinn came by the same day we called in the pouring rain to help out. He made a great recommendation on a new door and we got it ordered right away. Installation went well and all the little adjustments we requested were made. Christina in the office was organized and very responsive. We would definitely work with them again.

I had a siding/window emergency and Quinn came out same day and advised how to fix at the lowest cost available. This company is honest, fair, professional, and should absolutely be one of the first you call for any exterior work. I know I will!

We had Rocky Ridge Exteriors replace almost all of our windows, all of our sliding doors and instal stone on our exterior. They are very responsive, on time and generally the kind of business you want to hire. They were within our budget and provided even more than we thought we were going to be able to afford. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an exterior remodel.

Overall, they did a great job on our project. Quinn was easy to work with and the finished project was great, and the project was completed very quickly. The only issue we had involved inaccurate estimates. Our siding project came out to almost $600 dollars over our estimate. This was due to dumpster/portapotty charges missing on the original estimate. When asked, the office manager informed us they don’t HAVE to include this on the estimate because of some contract verbiage that says if they need a dumpster/portapotty, we will pay for it. A simple, “I’m sorry we forgot to include this cost on the original estimate,” would go a long way. Otherwise, they did great work.

Quinn's crews replaced our front and back doors and put a combination of board & batten and shingle siding on our entire house. On his initial visit he took photos of the house and gave us access to a program that allowed us to virtually "try on" different combinations of siding materials. When time came to start, his crew finished replacing doors on the first day. I knew immediately that I'd made a good choice with Rocky Ridge. In well under 3 weeks the entire project was completed and inspected. During that time, Quinn made multiple visits to be sure all was going well, to explain exactly what his guys were doing and how and why, and to be sure all our questions were answered. The experience was pleasant overall, and the craftsmanship was excellent throughout. I'd use Rocky Ridge again anytime and would highly recommend them to anyone!

I'm very impressed and happy with how my experience went with Quinn. He was able to come out to my house in less than 24 hours after calling for a window inspection and quote for replacement, due to water leaking into my house after rain. He showed up right on time, which I greatly appreciate. After looking at the windows for less than a couple minutes, he identified the problem as clogged weep holes and said there's actually nothing wrong with the windows. He then cleaned out the weep holes, which drained the standing water, and then refused payment. The guy saved me potentially thousands of dollars, which I was fully expecting to pay for new windows. This company has integrity, which goes a long way in my book! I seriously recommend Rocky Ridge Exteriors. If/when I ever actually do need new windows, I'm calling them straight away. Thanks Quinn.

They did an Egress window that was phenomenal. Replaced all of my basement windows. Excellent job professional and contacted the utility company had to move a gas line. They coordinated everything and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend

I had Rocky Ridge Exteriors come and replace the siding on my home. I had multiple companies come out for quotes and Quinn gave me the best one. I explained my budget and he worked really hard to stay under my price range. I had LP siding installed to replace the junk that was on there. I already had some LP siding (which I didn't realized) on my home and just finished off probably what the previous owner wasn't willing to do. I had the siding and trim repainted and the house looked brand new. I left the soffits and fascia in place to save some money and was actually advised that they were still in okay condition to leave alone. I never felt pressured or was sold more than what I needed; although they could do pretty much anything I wanted done with the exterior. The crew that came was extremely professional and talented. They really are talented to make all those cuts and bend metal flashing and make it all look so pretty. I even had them throw up some new light fixtures since they had to remove the old ones anyway. I HIGHLY recommend this company. I wish they were here in Texas to do my new home.

Rocky Ridge replaced the siding on the entire north side of our house that was rotting. They provided a competitive proposal and did an excellent job on the work. They were professional and transparent. Definitely would recommend them and will be using them in the future for exterior needs.

Excellent work done by Rocky Ridge Exteriors at a very good price. I had several windows with rotting exterior trim and siding which needed replacement. After an on-site inspection, the quote from Rocky Ridge Exteriors was far better than other contractors. Rocky Ridge Exteriors was able to get the materials and work scheduled within two weeks. Work was completed in one day. I was very happy with the work done and will look forward to working with Rocky Ridge Exteriors again in the future.

I contacted Rocky Ridge Exteriors using the email interface on their website on Monday evening, heard back first thing Tuesday, and Quinn was here on time on Wednesday morning to take a look. He worked carefully to not damage anything on our leaky window while he took apart the trim to find the problem. He identified the problem, cleaned out old caulk from previous attempts at fixes, and installed new materials all the same morning. He explained thoroughly his thinking about the problem, the materials he was using, and how they would work to divert water away from our leak. I found him very easy to work with. I wanted to take pictures of all the steps so I could remember what had been done later, and he was very accommodating of that as well. I highly recommend Rocky Ridge - we plan to have them back if we have any future siding issues.

We had a GREAT experience with Rocky Ridge Exteriors. Quinn and his team helped use retrofit new siding to match existing siding (Which is not easy to do) and painted our house. We removed a stone veneer and found that the veneer had damaged the face of our foundation walls. Quinn quickly had a reasonable and revised quote and repaired the foundation walls and now they look brand new. We had received quotes from other contractors, but the professionalism from Quinn and his team were head and shoulders above the rest. They were knowledgeable, clean, punctual, respectful, safe, and gave me daily updates on progress. Would highly recommend.

Quinn and his team were incredible. Great product and great effort getting everything done and done well. We had to replace windows that were leaking due to poor installation and the stucco siding around the windows was peeling away as well. Quinn's crew replaced the windows, took the stucco off down to the substructure and then restucco'd the front of the house. The match with the other stucco areas was incredible, the inside finish work is much better than was there and it was all done on time. I couldn't be happier with the work.
My neighbor even comments about how great the house looks, but also how the workers cleaned up his yard too as the wind was blowing pretty hard during the tear off stages.
I have additional work that will need to be done in the future and Rocky Ridge will be the only call I will make.

Rocky Ridge was by far, one of the best companies to work with when it came to our recent Siding Project. Quinn was top notch during the entire process. Quinn is a wonderful person! He came out to give me an estimate for windows. He, then, came back out after I received estimates from other companies and pointed out what crucial mistakes they had missed in giving their estimates. I was very impressed with Quinn’s knowledge and time devoted to my concerns. Quinn’s company also came in at $5000, $10,000, and $15,000 less than the other companies. The windows he proposed were of a very good quality and very pleasing to the eye. In the end, my loan for the windows did not go through; so, I was unable to have the windows installed. However, Quinn was there for me again and fixed 3 of my existing windows because I didn’t get the loan. 5 stars to this business!!!!

Quinn and his crew did a great job replacing the siding that needed to be done due to woodpecker and water damage. He was honest and told us if it were his house he would only replace what needed to be done and not the whole house which we were considering doing. The crew went above and beyond by doing the little things like power washing a section of the house that they weren't even doing any siding and fixing the house numbers that were crooked. The crew even went above and beyond by painted some trim around the garage. They did a great job and I highly recommend them!

I was so pleased with this company from start to finish. I found them through a Google search when I needed repairs to my home siding. My highest praise is that they are honest and reliable, which isn't always easy to find in the building trades. They were quick to respond to my initial inquiry and to my calls once we were under contract. They did quality work, on time and on budget. I had woodpecker and weather damage to the side of my home. I knew I needed some urgent repairs, but also had budget limitations. The guys assessed the situation and helped me understand just how much had to be done now and what I could reasonably defer to a future date. They listened to me and didn't try to over sell like so many companies do. They just educated me on the pros and cons of my options and gave me the space to make the choices that worked for me. No high pressure selling to increase the scope of work! Matching the old paint was challenging, but they take pride in their work and stuck with me till we were both happy with the outcome. I would definitely hire them again.
